loved the staff in every department they made the stay outstanding

all I would change is the lobby furniture to calm down on the very strong perfumed smells everywhere was too over powering!

Faultless, service, room, rooms, all the little touches were superb.

Breakfast and the environment was sensationally stunning and flawless.

We were on the 6th floor the restaurant is on 7 so we heard all the constant table and chairs moving while the restaurant was being set up and open and closing. The ceilings need to be extra sound proofed on 6 to avoid this.

With all the stress in preparations for THE DAY – it was the best possible decision to escape to Cheval Blanc – so stylish and innovative, team being so discreet and attentive. Epitome of luxury and excellence in every detail. Room – extremely spacious and fresh we had an impression of being the first guests there, bathroom filled for us with roses and candles around – such a romantic moment, hammam installed in the shower – a dream touch to have a magic sleep afterwards. Langosteria – with the New York vibe immediately created the right special mood, wine list, food – delicious. The whole stay created that exact magic and excitement any couple needs on their wedding day!

this 3rd Time for me in this hotel but this time I disappoint from hotel I request to upgrade me because I pay higher amount but now I didn’t get reply from any one and the cleaning not wow and I thank the staff not same in first time and when I ask for reason for not updated me they say you make reservations from booking I don’t think it’s professional way and I take every time suit with view

I have a brand new bag got so many scratches after the stay. I emailed them and they state like they did not do anything wrong. Very disappointed. My stay costs me a lot compared to the cost of my bag. But they don’t accept their own mistakes but rather run away from it. Very disappointed. That is not an attitude of high class service.
