Need more attention to details !
The room was spacious and modern with all resources for a comfortable stay.
I was charged incorrectly for extra breakfast after the third night that I never had despite a breakfast that is included in the stay.
I required clarification from a member of staff who insisted that the bill is correct and there is cap of 59 euro for breakfast and mine was above 61 !
I didn’t argue much and paid .
I then asked for a detailed breakdown of the breakfast from another member of staff who was very kind to find out that someone else had signed on my room number hence the extra charge . she apologised and I offered the refund on the credit card .
incident like that can damage what would have been a good stay .

Very nice hotel but poor staff

I've booked through booking.com for my supervisor (CFO of Holcim Group) and one of your staff (Dave) called me on Friday afternoon saying that I have to pay in advance. As the process didn't work with Citicard (he couldn't tell me the error message he got) it took me several attempts which was very time consuming and I've told him that I would have to work! Finally, your employee called me again in the evening through whatsApp (when preparing dinner) and wanted to charge my company credit card. After several trials he wrote back that he spoke with the reservational department and costs will be paid whenever I would arrive. No more need to do it before. But why did he make up such a big story and bothering a customer in such a persiting way? Is this how you treat your clients? I'm very disapointed.
