Excellent staff, special shout out to Jeremie for warm welcome and Angelina for great service. Also efficient and friendly cleaning staff with attention to details. Jean Kevin was a super driver😀 Spa area super nice and roof top bar magical.

This is the first time after many stays at the hotel that the room service was not as good as previous trips. Whether it was the quality of the food or taste.

Exceptional everything, world class.

Great location at the foot of L’Arc de Triomphe. Despite the bustling location, our room was serene and quiet. The noise of the aircon almost imperceptible and non-irritating to my nose and throat. Amazing rooftop bar and restaurant. Our Junior suite was very spacious, ultra luxurious without pretension. Staff are incredibly professional, low-key, friendly and intelligent. Despite a couple of minor issues with one of my meals, the staff were immediately available to remedy my concerns to my satisfaction.

One of the main entrances being situated through a restaurant can feel a little overwhelming when walking in with luggage.

Great location near the Arc de Triomphe. Check in was great and staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was outstanding, large, quiet and very comfortable. Large double bed, sofa, desk, separate dressing room and large bathroom with marble bath, good shower - nice towels and fluffy towels and toiletries. A separate dressing room with an dressing table and safe which was useful. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and the Hotel had left a Card, cake, champagne and flowers in our room as a celebratory gift - such a lovely touch! And when we came back from dinner the bath was run with rose petals and candles as a romantic gesture. Breakfast served in the mini Versailles Room was delicious- service was leisurely but we weren't in a rush. We visited the lovely Spa and had a swim in the spacious pool. Check out was smooth. I would recommend this hotel if you want to treat yourself.

Premium "palace" style 5 stars luxury. Opulent, beautiful and tasty Breakfast room and bar. Very clean, very high class.

Style is a bit old fashioned. Some elements in the room were a little outdates/not the most convenient. Location isn't the best but it is what it is and right next to the arc de triomphe. But all in all exceptional experience.

Hotel and staff was beyond expectations. Best experience ever. Make sure you don't forget to have dinner in Restaurant L'oiseau on the top floor too. We will be back soon. Greeting. Mr. T.

Breakfast menu choices are so complicated and also restricting. Throughout the 4 days we stayed we never understood how the bill was calculated. The day we ate little we paid as much as we did in a day with plenty of plates on the table.

It's modern, clean, staffed by friendly and professional staff. The rooms are nice, comfy bed, nice sized tubs in which to relax. They have a nice restaurant on site, from which my girlfriend and I ate throughout our stay.

The restaurant at the top of the building is only open during the summer.

Everything was perfect EVERYTHING! We had a terrible start, cancelled flight, our baggage was lost, arriving at the hotel we was both so stressed! The hotel on arrival took all the stress away, I was overwhelmed with their kindness and they did absolutely everything they could to make our stay just perfect. The staff are all amazing and the manager in my eyes is the best ever! Thank you all so so much x

Price is high. But it’s worthwhile

Highly recommend this property; it is luxury at its fullest! The hotel truly made the experience in Paris one of the best ones we’ve ever had! Absolutely must stay when in Paris ! We will definitely return !

Breakfast was not clear.....pastries were already on table and then given juice/tea which meant we were locked in at 72EUR each for breakfast. Only downside of the break as felt this was not right....also charged for the 2nd day breakfast without us having it although think this was a genuine mistake

Room size, amenities, comfort, spacious & luxurious marble bathroom with separate tub, shower toilet & double sinks, lots of closet & drawer space, comfortable bed, complimentary macarons, fresh fruit & chocolate bellman on first day, complimentary Espresso & bottled water every day, first floor restaurant with outdoor seating & top floor restaurant with exceptional view of Eiffel Tower at sunset & after dark when it is lit up!!!

Wonderful hotel, amazing restaurants I dined in three whilst staying. Staff were really accommodating and concierge helped with days out. The room was little small for the price I paid.

Very high standard in all aspects. Customer service, well organized and well trained staff on problem solving cases. Very clean with beg areas and very comfortable beds.
