The perfect place for our wedding in Paris last Friday. We stayed at the Karl Lagerfeld suit room 404 with great views over romantic Paris. The staff was great, especially the butler and concierge team. They did everything to make our visit to Paris to an unforgettable moment. Hope to be back soon.

Everything about the stay was wonderful. From the moment we walked up we were treated with the utmost care and attention. The room was fantastic and overlooked the gorgeous winter garden courtyard where we had some of the best meals in Paris, especially for breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a special stay in Paris.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip. the hotel itself was superb. we enjoyed everything about it. the attention to details is very clear in this property and the staff are very friendly. the room was spacious and comfortable.

Very comfortable room, chic and modern. Location is great.

When I have stayed with my husband I have noticed that I have been treated better than alone (better table for dinner, etc).

Our stay was really good, we travelled with our two years old son and they welcomed him and us very kind. Balloons in the room and fresh fruit and pie. We loved the place that much that we immediately booked a new stay in October this year. The location is perfect, you can walk around Paris from the hotel.

The food and the service at Nonos was wonderful.

The lady who took the order during my first breakfast was quite arrogant. She fluffed the cushion very heavily in front of a client when his wife and children just left and he was still sitting there and reading something. This would really make people uncomfortable and it was not surprising that the husband left in a few seconds. When she took away the empty bowl and the coffee cup from my table, it seemed she was in a big hurry. She finished the job so fast that when I realized it, she was already few meters away and I already lost the moment to thank her. Is that a Rosewood standard? Well, it was my first time staying in a Rosewood hotel, so I was not quite sure.

NEVER STAY HERE!! It is unacceptably bad property; dirty towels and rooms; we took suits and they gave room without light; unacceptably roof personnel; every time they forgot things when you ask consierge; general manager was not available two days when we requested him

Location was nice

When we were trying to pay for the hotel, the receptionist had charged us 4 times. Later when we were trying to contact the Hotel we never received a respond! They still owe us a big sum of money but are not even responding to our emails!

Hotel staff (housekeeping in particular) was spectacular and super friendly! Property was pretty and the room was amazing!

The reception/check-in staff was not helpful nor welcoming- giving us glares. (check-out was better) the hotel manager was intimidating and despising. When we ran into an issue, he was not friendly nor understanding at all ruining our experience from the start. For the nightly rate that high, a disruptive and uncomfortable experience from the check-in affects the entire experience. Unless you wanted to be treated and looked down by a group of entitled, snobby, and uncomfortable staff under the significant price tag, DO NOT COME. There are multiple 5-star boutique hotels in the area with just as great of location and much better staffs.
