Hotel de Crillon is an iconic and luxurious Parisian Masterpiece located at the heart of Paris on 10th Place la Concorde. The 5-star hotel is very close to the Orsay Museum and offers an airport shuttle from the Paris Airport 24 km away making it more convenient for their guests.
The Rosewood Hotel de Crillon features an indoor swimming pool, a spa and massage center along with wonderful and glamorous restaurants and bars located on the site.
Magnificent signature rooms with king-size beds have a vibrant French touch of luxury in each of them. They also include a tea and coffee maker along with concierge. The hotel staff and management are also known for their politeness and excellent service.
Hotel de Crillon also offers some facilities and services for kids and provides an option for you to go for family rooms, perfect for your child. As for the luxury seekers, the deluxe suite and Grand Premier Suite are charming, elegant and spacious suits with great views. They feature sublime Italian linen and French pillows and duvets. Spacious bathrooms with marbled floor and walls and walk-in showers are a cherry on top.
High-speed internet is available throughout the premises and bookings for private events and wedding ceremonies can also be made.

When I have stayed with my husband I have noticed that I have been treated better than alone (better table for dinner, etc).

Perfect!
Our stay was really good, we travelled with our two years old son and they welcomed him and us very kind. Balloons in the room and fresh fruit and pie. We loved the place that much that we immediately booked a new stay in October this year. The location is perfect, you can walk around Paris from the hotel.

Most beautiful and comfortable luxury hotel in Paris in our view. Excellent world class service and location perfect for shopping and sightseeing in Paris .
We believe that luxury hotels in central Paris ate grossly overpriced at the cartel like level.

This was the perfect hotel experience. With thanks to the whole staff.
From the moment you arrive till the moment you have to leave, Hôtel de Crillon and its staff is at your service 24/7, and with a smile. It's all in the details, I think they all work with a magnifying glass. Service at its best, friendly, personally, correct. Because of the Covid-19 rules and a curfew at 19.00 hr, this hôtel offers dinner at your room. Also the breakfast was with room-service. But both times, my compliments to the (cook) chef. We were spoiled. And the rooms : top ! I'll be back !

NEVER STAY IN CRILLON
NEVER STAY HERE!! It is unacceptably bad property; dirty towels and rooms; we took suits and they gave room without light; unacceptably roof personnel; every time they forgot things when you ask consierge; general manager was not available two days when we requested him

The Hotel owes us money
Location was nice
When we were trying to pay for the hotel, the receptionist had charged us 4 times. Later when we were trying to contact the Hotel we never received a respond! They still owe us a big sum of money but are not even responding to our emails!

Annoying check-in workers really wrecked the trip- room and housekeeping staff made it a tad better
Hotel staff (housekeeping in particular) was spectacular and super friendly! Property was pretty and the room was amazing!
The reception/check-in staff was not helpful nor welcoming- giving us glares. (check-out was better) the hotel manager was intimidating and despising. When we ran into an issue, he was not friendly nor understanding at all ruining our experience from the start. For the nightly rate that high, a disruptive and uncomfortable experience from the check-in affects the entire experience. Unless you wanted to be treated and looked down by a group of entitled, snobby, and uncomfortable staff under the significant price tag, DO NOT COME. There are multiple 5-star boutique hotels in the area with just as great of location and much better staffs.
