Omni Resort at Championsgate, Orlando

The room was great and the property had so much to do with the kids.

The price was obnoxious. And the beds were uneven and hard. I like a hard bed but these weren't that.

I like the area and I liked the cleanliness

I did not like the the fact that the property did not inform me of a $100 hold that would be placed on my card and they said they hold would be released at check out and it’s been a week and the hold has not returned my money . I do not appreciate the lies .

Bad restaurants

Nice looking landscape, lots of available parking, good location near I4/US27. Lots of activities on the property to participate in.

Lots of cleaning was needed. Found half drank water bottles in room, popcorn under furniture, and prior guests belongs left in room. Elevator floors were filthy first thing in the mornings. Pool area was in need of TLC (rust stains everywhere, garbage collecting near drainage areas).

To many people, the pool wasn't only for guest so imp9sible to use

Terrible staff; rude, not helpful. The staff seems over worked and under paid. Very rude at the restaurants on the resort. Just eat out and don’t interact with the staff if you can help it. I’ll never stay here again

Thought we would be staying at the hotel, Omni Resort but we were lodged three buildings away in a building labeled as Sunset Lodge. As far away from the main building as possible. The whole reason we splurged on the hotel was to stay there and enjoy the amenities. It was annoying because being three buildings away we had to take a shuttle back and forth. It was disappointing in that sense. Probably would have enjoyed the place a while lot more if we were actually at the hotel we made our reservations for

We loved the amenities with all if the different pool areas.

Housekeeping didn't leave enough towels for a family of 4. We were without an extra roll of toilet paper and had to call for some when we ran out. We didn't receive the daily water bottles, which was disappointing. Otherwise, everything was clean and nicely done.

Amazing property to stay at. So clean. Wonderful staff. Very accommodating. Very clean. We love that we can float along the lazy river or go in the pool with our beverages. 10/10 will always recommend the Omni. Our favorite resort to stay for vacation.

Can’t name one thing we don’t like.

The hotel is so incredibly kid friendly. I told the front desk it was my Son’s Birthday and they literally went above and beyond with making him feel special. I don’t remember her exact name but is sounded like La Nadja or Donja it was two separate words for her first name. She brought my son balloons, candy and a cake!!! The head of security also brought my son goodies. He felt so special. Also Hassan at the Trevi restaurant is our favorite!!!! He treats us like family.

Saturday was too busy. Nowhere to sit by any water area.

Everything was perfect

The pools were the highlight. I believe they have 4 pool areas plus a lazy river. The restaurants, especially David's, were phenomenal.

Rooms were very comfortable but humid. Not sure what the fix is, but a dehumidifier is needed.

The amenities were great!! Staff was great! Sake in the gift shop was great and soo was the sales lady We were there for business and pleasure. Sadly, my husband lost his belt a and it did not come up in house keeping.

The escalator was not working. The property had days to fix it before our convention started. It was inconvenient for our group to go around the property for the elevator every time they needed to go to up or down.

Easy place to just hang out.

My wife. She is limited to walking so it takes awhile to get around 😀. Ha ha ha 😂😂

We frequent the Omni @ Champions gate and it always exceeds expectations. Hope to go back in a few weeks.

The resort is massive and lots of things to do on property with no extra cost. If you are going to the attractions and want a day to relax this is the spot.

The included mini-golf course could use some up keep, some of the flags were broken and laying near the hole but not standing up in the hole. They are small and easy to move but very minor repair/replacement. Surprised it was not already fixed.

The only complaint was the breakfast potatoes weren’t cooked when we ordered room service.

We were only here for 1 day b4 heading back home. We choose this place because of the amenities but it RAINED the whole day LOL The next day b4 departure we were able to enjoy the pool for a little bit. Kids loved it. Rooms were very spacious in the villa's, bathroom was nice updated, the room smelled like lavender so when you walked in it automatically calm you, which I LOVED!!! will def be back

The resort pools and lazy rivers was the warmest water temperature we have ever experienced, therefore no matter the temperature outside, the water is always ready for you to jump in which is Phenomenal. The valet parking workers were exceptional. Victor and Daymon were the best valet servers I have ever come across, they open all of your doors for you and always greet you with a smile, making you feel welcomed. Now do take note that is a $35 extra charge where the self parking is only $26-20 so if you want to fancy yourself then the extra 15 is worth it.

The room were outdated and the bathroom could use a remodeling touch but the main point of this hotel is the amenities therefore if you want to just stay in your room just rent a hotel that doesn't have a lazy river or golf so your pocket doesn't feel burden.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. It has plenty for all ages to enjoy.

The pools were warm and clean. Staff were excellent.Kind and excellent customer service. The food was delicious and readily available all day.

The ice machine was broken on our floor.

Staff at Omni are outstanding. Every interaction was warm and I got a sense their whole team is well trained and capable of handling things. Facilities are also great - many restaurants, room service until 10pm and a 24 hour gym. Was also really impressed with their valet team - getting my car took less than 30 seconds every time, even though several conferences were going on at the time.

Construction is creating a weird septic smell in the spa area - sauna was unusable due to smelling like a sewer. Water coming out of the faucet / shower also smells like sulphur, even on the 16th floor.

Views were nice even though there was active construction site in plain view. (Hopefully the new guest wing will be open soon and offer better amenities). It was neatly contained so was only a minor eyesore. Pillows were plentiful and comfortable. Room attendants were nice and responsive to requests. The front desk staff are super nice, helpful and responsive. Never a bad interaction. The biggest plus is that the hotel was convenient because it was the host hotel for the dance competition I was there to attend. So I could go back and forth with ease.

The resort is very far from everything and the prices charged for the room per night is excessive in comparison to the amenities it offers. The rooms are old, basic and offer nothing you cannot get at any other less expensive hotel. To justify the price it should be newer with better amenities/appointments in the rooms. Toiletries should be higher grade and more plentiful. Threadcount on sheets should be higher and more covers should be available. Rooms should have a better/colder refrigerator and offer a microwave. T.V. should have free cable and not have to pay on demand fees for everything. Room service/vacuuming missed some spots as there was debris under beside table and behind the TV console they missed. Coffee station was not well stocked and coffee tasted horrible. The on-site restaurants are very expensive and the quality of the food is not commensurate with that price. There should be more food options at varying price ranges. Not everyone wants to drop $50 per meal or can afford to and shouldn't have to. After paying thousands to stay at the resort we deserve a break. The resort needs more entertainment options and outlets on site. The arcade is horrible. Small and not many game options. Unless you love golf or love to be in the pool all day there is not much to do. Parking is an extra daily fee, and not part of your nightly stay fee. That's a bummer. More fees. Already there are tons of taxes and fees that are as much as the flat rate for the room! The ice machines are old and outdated so we had to search different floors to get a full bucket. The microwave in the ice room is tiny and you have to share with the entire floor. There is also ONE small garbage can in the room, and it was overfull the entire stay....so not sure if it gets changed with any frequency.

The resort is huge and has fantastic array of facilities like shops. the staff are really friendly and helpful. the rooms are spacious and clean with ample room to hang your clothes and do your ironing etc. the sandwiches and salads in the deli are really decent

room service is practically non existent. the restaurant downstairs isn’t open all hours throughout the day which isn’t great if you miss the lunch hours

The pillows are too soft and mooshy. You should have a firmer style away in the closet for usage in this regard. Please repair or replace the unsightly 2"x2" tiles in the fountain outside the main entrance. It's a very bad look! I'm in the business. I know.

Breakfast was good, room was comfortable. The only bad thing was at check in, the lady at the check in was not very helpful ,apparently the third party where I book the stay had cancel the reservation even do I had a confirmation from the hotel. She said I had to make another reservation and I say ok thats find just honor my price , she say we can't do that and it wasnt until I ask to speak to the manager wich was very nice and resolve the issue. He said without asking that He was going to match the price! The lady should have been more sensitive to the situation. That make me feel very bad . The rest of the stay was very good, we went to the spa and had a very good experience, they were very professionals.

It was amazing. Food was magnificent and our Waiter Ahmad was amazing. He truly is an asset and made my family feel like royalty. We also interacted with Mabel and she too was great and helpful.
