Aloft Hotel Downtown, Orlando

Super close to the Kia Center. Safe area.

Most everyone was pleasant and super helpful

The gentleman bartender was less than desirable. We asked questions about the drinks and he basically told us that it's on the menu instead of explaining it to us. Had his earbuds in the whole time talking to someone. Just a sour experience with him

The location wasn’t completely in the center but we could walk to a movie theatre and convenient store like 7/11. Now the traffic was…well it was downtown but no onsite parking which was annoying but we just walked more. Parking is valet only and $28 a night so keep that in mind.

Valet parking being the only option. I’m from Tampa and there’s some free parking options but in Orlando there is none, which is at no fault of the facility.

This hotel is trendy, great downtown location rooms are clean and neat staff, friendly and accommodating.

Only 2 mid size towels which made me check out early and head for home due to this shower and hot water not that great there were hair in shower which was not mine and water temperature took a while to get hot.

The staff were so welcoming and kind & the facility was so clean and modern. Located very well if you’re going to a concert at the Kia center like we did. They even upgraded our room when we got there just because! Even the valet staff were so helpful and kind. I will def be staying here again when I come back to Orlando

Staff and location were really great! We were traveling with our dog and they were so welcoming to us, including treats after outside time. The best Aloft we have stayed in.

Everything was perfect, we loved our room. Very clean, so large and comfortable. Our t.v. remote didn't work and we were out of body wash, but that was a minor thing. Overall, loved it! Walking distance to our concert at the Kia Arena.

It was pretty noisy. I think from the highway. Lots of trucks and loud music in the early morning.

Breakfast was not worth it. It came free with the package, but not worth purchasing. My breakfast sandwich was still cold after coming out of the microwave

It was clean, comfortable and convenient. Nice touch to have flavored water set up in the lobby with a sweets station. The lobby was friendly and inviting.

Don’t order a breakfast. It’s cost about $30/room when book on Booking.com but you’ll get a coupon for 20$ in a snack bar. Not worth of it, really. Parking is not included and costs $28 valet.

We loved the hotel! Unfortunately we were there only for one night as we were just passing through Orlando, but we will definitely choose the brand again when traveling. The rooms were big and cozy. The reception and valet staff were polite and welcoming! We felt great 😊

The staff was so accommodating. They gave us advice of where to go eat and provided umbrellas because we were not prepared. They were a blessing.

We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the extras.
