Exceptional luxury hotel right by the sea
My husband and I had a truly wonderful stay at the Hyatt – the hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Just to highlight a few things we loved:
1) Spacious, spotless rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds
2) Delicious breakfasts offering a wide variety of options, including excellent coffee
3) A perfect location – right by the sea, yet within walking distance to the city center and many great restaurants
4) Above all, the outstanding personnel – always going above and beyond to make your stay special
A particularly heartfelt thank you to Mr. Mahmud, who surprised us by remembering our 10th wedding anniversary. It was a truly touching gesture that made our visit unforgettable.

Relaxing stay with five star service and a stunning view of the Mediterranean
Beautiful location, 3rd floor is stunning. Lovely pool. Our room on the 9th floor had a spectacular view, we enjoyed the balcony so much. The room was spacious with a big bed, very comfortable and had a door to dressing/ bathroom area which was practical as we had a 1 year old with us. The level of service was five star, all the staff were so friendly and helpful and gave us complimentary treats. Very welcoming to us and our little one. Concierge was excellent and arranged a day trip to a beach club in Cannes which was a highlight of our trip. We really loved it and can’t wait to return

Great smiling personnel great location will be back
Breakfast was nice, could have had more exotic fruits. Breakfast place in comparison to the overall area rather small. If crowded it doesnt feel 5 star alike. However good was good.

Nice Hotel in Nice
It’s a beautiful hotel, good location and helpful staff. Breakfast has good quality and variety and the facilities are ok. Generally was a nice hoteal to stay in Nice.
The rooms are a bit outdated. The toilet was a separate room with no sink.
The extra bed we asked for was a small obe-person sofa-bed and its mattress was not suitable for a 5-star hotel.

A great Hotel at the Pomenade and close to City Center
A excellent Hotel at the Promenade des Anglais close to the City Center with very friendly and helpful staff
Parking Garage Cost of 40 Euro per Night is relativ high but since ist public difficult for the Hotel to change

Would recommend except that the hotel should improve on housekeeping standards.
Staff was good , food was nice.
Housekeeping was below average , inside the room and bathroom the inventory was not restored during housekeeping.

We cannot wait to stay again!
We were greeted by the lovely Sara, she was so friendly, welcoming and helpful.
We loved everything about the property.
The beds were so comfortable, the sheets were soft, the towels were thick and soft. The list goes on and on.

Excellent location, staff and service excellent, mountain room view was smaller than we had hoped
Location is excellent being close to the beach, an easy walk from the centre of the city and well connected by pubic transport to the airport and the rest of the city. Hotel is very high quality, staff exceptional and quality of linen and cleaning service very high. Breakfast is exceptional
although it had a nice view of the city and mountain, and a small terrace with seats, the room was pretty average, and less than we had hoped for an expensive hotel

great but pricey
wonderful property, staff, location, restaurant and facilities! we were only there one night, wish we hadn't been so zonked from 18 hrs of flying so we could have used the facilities! Hopefully next time!
expensive for a small room with a smoky terrace above an astroturf roof and other rooms and balconies, described as 'city view.' would prefer a smoke free floor. drinks service on outside terrace bar was very slow. and smoky, wish there had been a non-smoking section
