The hotel was very central to the station and trams. The room was very very clean

The room was small which made it hard for our luggage to fit but we made it work. If you’re a foodie, it was a bit of a walk to old town to all the beautiful restaurants and always far from the beach.

Fantastic location, close to train station for day trips and short walk to the beach.

We really loved the location and Nina the receptionist; she was excellent. Please praise. The anniversary decorations were excellent in the room. Thank you to the staff. The under bed storage was good, the walk in shower and tasteful room decor. Brilliant stay for anniversary.

For guest who stay for at least a week, the room floor needs to swept twice during the stay.
It would be good if the side of the bed near the window matched the other side with a small side shelf for when charging a phone.

It’s nicely located.

The staff could have been more helpful, we asked if they could change the bed sheets once, they said it was not possible because we were only staying for four nights. The breakfast wasn’t anything special.

Everything about our stay was great! The room and bed was comfortable and the staff was always friendly and willing to help.

The location is close to the train station and a tram stop. As well as a monoprix.

The hotel is located on a main high street shopping road and near a train station so it can be a bit loud but the windows blocked most of the noise. We were on the 3rd floor so if you are really sensitive to noise, I would recommend staying on the 3rd or above floor.

fabulous location - very central to Nice proper and accessible to beach area. room was tiny but comfy and funky. Bed was great. Staff were lovely. Located on main drag but not too noisy.

Great location near the station and fairly close to the tram from the airport. I thought the price was excellent bearing in mind the fantastic location.

The endless communications from Sonder asking me to check in beforehand with a broken link to do it. I finally managed to do it just to stop the reminders but they kept coming. Must have been 20 at least. For goodness sake get it sorted.

The rooms were comfortable and the location was amazing! It is near all the shops and restaurants and the walk to Old Nice is not far away! Close to a to a train station so if you want to go anywhere else it’s great!!

Sometimes the air conditioning wasn’t working but they would get it fixed for you quickly or accommodate you!!

They don't have desks in rooms, and the area for teleworking behind their breakfast spot is tiny and was overcrowded as all guests ended up using it.

Front of house staff were lovely. Room was nice and modern and enough space to move around in. Appreciated that we could help ourselves to fresh towels if needed. Central location in Nice, not too far from the train station or the beach.

No fault of the hotel’s but the street the hotel is based on occasionally felt a bit unsafe. The hotel isn’t very obvious when looking for it so many some extra signage that stands out a bit more might be helpful?

Good design and value for money in a great location. Great use of space and natural light. Lots of outlets and mirrors. Bed was comfortable and WiFi was super fast.

Main issues weren’t the fault of the hotel. The sound of the trams early in the morning, sticky cobblestones all around the hotel from the many nearby fast food restaurants. Also there weren’t enough wall hooks but this is something we’ve come across in nearly all similar class hotels across Europe. There isn’t anywhere to easily hang long wet towels near the shower. The check-in is also fairly late although the late check-out options explain that.

The hairdryer is really bad. My room was facing the street, so there was plenty of city noise. In addition to that, I could hear every guest in my floor walking in and out of their rooms.

The room was very spacious, clean, accessible to tram, train station and all the high steer shops, cafe’s and restaurants.

My tea bags was not replenished daily. I have to collect them from the reception.

The staff were very accommodating with how and where to park our car.

The location was great as I was travelling by train and I love walking. The staff were really kind and helpful. The place was clean and the bathroom is decent size

The room on the 5th floor was really noisy, sound insulation really poor, no heating adjustment was possible and my room was like a sauna.

Excellent new rooms. Efficient lift and brilliant staff.
Not sure why the free coffee in the lounge area was switched off after breakfast vs what the website says.

Stayed 3 nights in total -across two bookings. Location was great for Nice Ville station.

It is really nice and cozy hotel, the location is excelent (15 minutes walk from Place Massena). The staff was kind and helpful and breakfast was very good with a lot of different options.

- Too many notifications and emails. Property sent at least 6 emails to check in online.

- Very poor breakfast.

the mattress on our bed was ruined. I mean, it had indentations on the sides, like little holes. They're probably where people sit, but it made it impossible to sleep comfortably. I didn't report it earlier because changing the room would have caused too much confusion during my 2-day stay.

The hotel has great location but even though it’s on a busy street it was quiet inside. The staff on the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room had tea and coffee facilities. The bed was very comfortable. Iv stayed there for eight nights and the size of the room was fine for me. If there were two people I would look for a bigger room.
