Breakfast was decent. They have superb staff who are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Overall I have loved my many stays in Europe at BW properties. The location and day staff and breakfast at this property are wonderful. However I had contacted property to confirm the upgraded room and like the first time and stay was given an inferior room. Low floor and room to the bar and loud street the second visit and the first time a much smaller room than had booked. So 2/2 will not give it another chance. And given so many of my friends and solo female travelers I work with I will unfortunately not recommend.

Very well placed hotel, in the centre of the city, but quiet, short distance from the beach, old town, shops or train station. Staff was welcoming and willing to assist. I changed 2 rooms, but finally was happy with the third one on the 6th floor that was cozy, with enough light and view of the rooftops. Breakfast was decent. Overall, it was a good experience.

My first room was a bit smaller than advertised and second was well-sized, but a bit dark and cold on the first floor.

Nice hotel, polite people. Excellent option for the price they offer their services. Close parking of INDIGO as well. Location attached to Galleries Lafayette in the center.

The location was fantastic and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel was clean and modern looking.

The room was small and didn't have much light due to a small window. The air conditioning was very drying and loud.

The service of the receptionist Fabian. He offered us a drink at check in and arranged a reservation at a great restaurant nearby. Moreover, the breakfast was very good and the bathroom was really nice Finally the location is great, close to two tram stops of different tram lines, close to the old city of Nice and close to Avenue Anglais.

An excellent hotel in the very heart of Nice — just steps away from the Galeries Lafayette department store, a short walk from Place Masséna, five minutes on foot to the Old Town, and seven minutes to the beach. The location is outstanding! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We were checked in earlier than scheduled since our room was already available. Moreover, we were upgraded to a suite, which was a very pleasant surprise. Special thanks to the administrator, Georgina. The room was clean, and the terrace offered a beautiful view of the city with its red rooftops and green hills. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Many hotels in Nice have rooms with separate bathrooms. The toilet is in one part of the room, but to wash your hands after using the toilet, you have to go to the other end of the room. This is very unusual for us.

The location in place Massena is perfect and the breakfast and morning staff all outstanding

The evening staff and general manager. And although a returning guest was out in a low floor and the street noise bar next door etc did not allow for any sleep during the stay. After speaking to manager his best suggestion was noise cancelling ear plugs. I had a similar experience the first time I stayed with the giving me a different smaller class of room until I inquired half way through my stay when they apologized and placed us in the correct room. So I gave them another chance. I will not stay here again and will not recommend to all my fellow travelers and travel sites I belong to.

Staff were very welcoming with check-in and check-out process. Clean room, comfortable bed and reasonably spacious. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of variety to choose from. Loved the location as it is close to Old Town and within easy walking distance from the beach.

I didn't like the shower being over the bath and there was no rail to hold onto which is not ideal.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the room I stayed in was very comfortable. The size was adequate, the closet space was very generous, and there were a few armchairs to sit and relax. The iron and ironing board were also of high quality. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The location is perfect in the centre and everything was nearby, didn't used Taxi except for airport, the staffs were so friendly and polit. The beds are comfortable but quite small. Enjoyed my stay there.

Location is very close to main areas. Just a few minutes walking distance to massena square, old town and the seaside. The breakfast was quite varied. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day.

It is rather a three star hotel condition wise as it needs repairs. There are issues with hot water, it is very difficult to regulate it. Not soundproof as mentioned in the description, I could here what neighbours talked about. Poor iron facilities - it is not possible to iron on the provided board. Additionally, tha was requested via the questionnaire before arrival but there was none

Bathroom lighting was poor for shaving. The heat wasn't adequate.

Location was good, easy proximity to Old town and the beach side. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.

Bathroom design was odd with a seperate toilet so you had to exit toilet and enter bathroom to wash your hands.
