The hotel itself is a gorgeous museum. Staff are helpful and friendly. What’s a bonus is that my 2+years old enjoyed the car rides in the lobby everyday!

Everything is perfect!

I was more interested by the beauty of the view that I did not go to have breakfast. I loved humble people and services, only that I did not go to eat in the other restaurant where they oblige people to wear suits!!

To access in all restaurant without obligation to wear suits.

We particularly liked Phobe, the breakfast hostess in The Rotonde. She was very friendly and efficient and attentive to us and the other guests. The Bar manager and his staff were also very good. We also appreciated the free room upgrade we were given as frequent guests at the hotel.

Bathroom infrastructure can be improved

The property was beautiful and special. I felt very well taken care of…from our room to our car. So clean and wonderful pieces of art. We felt wonderful there with no worries.

There isn’t much we didn’t like. However, we were recommended two different restaurant that were a disappointment. Both were in Old Town; one was Le Safari and Camela’s. Both left us hungry after our meal. We did enjoy Di Pui more than any other meal in the area.

Position was perfect, Staff where all very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much to ask. The bar is amazing. Interesting artwork around the hotel.

Our bathroom needed to be updated.

We stayed her last year and loved it. Great location, friendly helpful staff, gorgeous room and the hotel is full of museum quality art and antiques. And we were upgraded to a suite!

It is a bit expensive. We may try coming in off season next time.

Phenomenal- from the staff to the rooms to the location. Faultless. Impeccable. We will not hesitate to return and the hotel most certainly deserves its reputation as a leading hotel of the world

The hotel brasserie and the waiter there. We ate there on Friday 22 Sept. The food was not of a standard commensurate with the hotel and neither was the service.

Well-maintained historic property in We have Nice. Very attentive service across the board which made our stay comfortable and memorable.

Incredible experience. Amazing hotel, very special building and location. The staff were all excellent, extremely professional, great facilities and good food. Well placed for looking around town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, v special.

There really is nothing not to like, so many places should take a leaf out of the book for this hotel.

The property was well preserved.. we can understand why it’s of historical significance and we particularly enjoyed its location.

booked to stay during the RWC. great location as easy walk to Tram, Old Town & Centre Ville. staff are exceptional with a warm welcome. Our room had recently been renovated and was beautiful. the original cupboards have been preserved and the room featured a balcony with table and chairs. we ate in the brassiere restaurant for a dinner and a breakfast. the food and beverage offering is a little underwhelming. the bar area is nice. we did not use the Plage beach club. The standout team are the valet parking team who parked our car and organised our bags. NB you have to access the hotel via Rue du Rivoli if you want your car parked

The hotel does not currently have a pool or spa area. on occasions you can hear building work during the day.

This is a spectacular property. The artwork , history and decor are fabulous. Our room was beautiful. The evening turn-down service was lovely The overall service was first rate, as was the food. The location on the Pomenade des Anglais is both beautiful and convenient.

We were completely satisfied

Great room with a charming view, cleaning service 10/10.

The last day of rest disappointed us, We agreed that we would check out at 13:00, our apartment card did not work, so we had to contact the administration 3 times, who could not solve anything and were rude, as if it was our fault, this does not correspond to such a service.
