-Location was perfect, easy walking distance to Ktown and other areas with plenty of food options. -Room was clean and the amenities provided were good, though would have been nice to have a minifridge. The shower soaps are great as well. - Cafe and bar downstairs were good for a quick drink. - One thing to note is that the bathroom does have glass openings which can be seen through from the main bedroom area

- The shower itself was good but could have been more closed off, as water tended to spill out onto the bathroom floor. - I'm not sure if my bathroom had a fan / working fan, if you take hot showers make sure you close that door well or it'll all go out to the room.

Minor quibble… Bathroom could have done with some shelving. “Designed by a man,” was my wife’s comment.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood so we didn’t have any issues falling asleep. The room was nicely designed, the bed was comfortable and they had free coffee/hot chocolate and free wine during happy hour.

The walls are extremely thin (I could hear the room next door open their blinds). If you have noisy neighbors, it could be a real issue.

EXCELLENT HOTEL! This might be the best hotel I have ever stayed at, and definitely the best in NYC. The rooms are great, the coffee shop and bar downstairs is GORGEOUS! There are so many plants around it really takes you out of the city and helps relax you! The staff are incredibly kind, every staff person I walked past said hello and smiled. Especially Lucas at the front desk was very kind and helped me with a slight room problem (it wasn't even a big problem), but he immediately was understanding and gave me a very unexpected upgrade that made my trip spectacular. The location is great, I walked all around the city, enjoyed the hotels complimentary wine from 5-6pm, and the rooftop view (see attached photo)! The rooms are also very nice and clean - I loved the decor and design of them. I will 100% be staying here again and already recommended it to my family! It's hard to come by a great hotel in the city, but I loved this one!

N/A - loved everything.

Hotel is very well placed in the centre of the city, close to multiple subway lines and plenty of restaurants and attractions. Rooms are clean and have good AC . Staff where great from house keeping to front desk and bar staff.

No issues with our stay only things to note are there is no fridge in the room and the bathroom door does not have a lock.

this hotel is exceptional. small and well designed room with lots of charm, a great combo - rooftop bar-tapas restaurant and good coffee in the lobby, small, super-friendly and the staff is incredibly nice (!!). Wouldn't think of anywhere else to stay in NYC on my next visit.

Cool and comfortable place. But what was truly exceptional was the staff they were amazing. Got me a cab during the pride parade and when I was stuck at the airport got me a room.

We were in a great location that was close to the airport and all the attractions. The staff was very nice. Kaylin helped reunite me with my iPad after I checked out without it. Super responsive and kind! Thanks again!

Traveled with my adult kids. Great, loved the complimentary coffee from the inside cafe and the happy hour complimentary wine...very nice touch on both. Really nice roof top bar and outdoor patio for relaxing. A nice bar inside for after a long day out that stayed opened until midnight most nights. Loved the decor in the hotel, small, quaint and charming

My partner mentioned he would like a chair in the room. The wine on offer wasn't to my liking but I am a bit of a wine snob so it may be ok for most people.WE had room service once and it was a bit average.

The hotel has a coffee shop and makes coffee and tea available all day. This hotel employs some of the kindest individuals I have ever interacted with. They were all so attentive and helpful. The bar upstairs and tapas restaurant downstairs are both excellent. We walked all over the city and felt very safe.

The only thing that was slightly off is that I love a bright light in the restroom and it had ambient lighting. It’s more of a personal preference most would be ok with it.

The bathroom shower backed up 2 times. It needed to be serviced twice but the staff came quickly. The beds were good and the location great for everywhere I was travelng to.

Rooms were quite small but manageable. One day/night one elevator was down. Other than that it was a pleasureable experience.

The hotel was beautiful and all of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We would stay again as there was nothing not to like.

We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary when we checked in! Very clean room, loved the toiletries, bed, linens. Mattress & pillows soooo comfortable—ended up buying a pillow to take home! When I’m in the market for a new mattress I will be looking into the type at Made! Room was small but we were expecting that. Great location, close to lots of restaurants, central to many attractions yet removed from the chaos of Times Square. Enjoyed the complimentary wine hour from 5-6pm daily and coffee/tea/hot chocolate daily. Very efficient, friendly, and attentive staff. Overall a wonderful retreat from our busy days!! Would definitely stay again.

More shelving or storage in the room would be really helpful; glass door to shower would be a great improvement over the fabric shower curtain that billows around. These additional touches would put our stay at an 11/10!!

A ‘How to use Hotel’ in the room would be helpful. We arrived late in the evening and weren’t able to fully absorb all the information. Clothing storage was minimal.

The staff were so friendly, it’s a quaint, clean and comfortable hotel, we loved it. Wine hour and the free coffee from the coffee bar everyday were a really nice touch. Debajo was a highlight of our entire NY vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at MADE hotel. The rooms and en-suites where thoughtfully curated and all the amenities including bath products were on-point. Sharing a room with 2 kids can never be easy, but we had the best stay without feeling too cramped. The lounge area was our favourite and going down for drinks or up to the rooftop bar was our favourite things to do at the hotel. We loved the vibrant vibe, the music and of course the exquisite artwork around the hotel. Allot of thought was put into the finer details. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, which made this our favourite hotel in New York we've ever been to. We will definitely be going back.

It was the perfect combination of luxury and a cozy coffee shop atmosphere. As soon as we arrived outside, we were warmly welcomed before even entering the property. It was our anniversary weekend and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to our room. This is a special place, and we hope to come back for a stay in NYC.

It was very quaint and personable. Very nice set up within the suite.

Small and stylish hotel. Very nice staff and a nice coffee bar which is also frequented by locals. Rooms are not super spacious but decorated and equipped. I recommend.

A coffee machine in the room would have been great. But you can get coffee for free at the small coffee downstairs.

Everything is on point, lovely set up of the hotel and rooms, amenities are superb and the coffee and common areas are great. The staff helped us and welcomed us perfectly and our stay although it was short it was definitely worth repeating again

Rooms are quite small, not a lot of hanging space for clothes.

The bed was soo confortable. The girls St the réception was friendly and super nice. We lived everything.

I liked the coffee shop and free drinks, the staff, the rooms and how they were spaced. The shower was amazing along with the Malin + Gotze products they supplied.

Loved the staff, the decor, the affordability of the room service (even though I didn't order anything), the bed and overall vibe.

The mirror in the bathroom is long and skinny and you have to stand all the way pressed up against the wall to do your make up or look in the mirror at all. No reason the mirror could not have been bigger and the shelf next to it moved over. Also, don't love the overhead shower as a "curly girl" I do not wet my hair or travel with a shower cap so the big rain shower is not ideal.

There was no wardrobe/ closet in the room (just a few hangers) which made it really inconvenient to stay there; sorry to say, but cleaning wasn’t very thorough either; expensive snacks and water; a can of beer at the rooftop bar was 14 dollars lol
