Another wonderful stay at The Ludlow. My favourite hotel in the city which is in a lively part of the lower east side but provides tranquility once inside. Beautiful decor, rooms and staff! Hotel is also a short walk from soho and easy subway links

The property itself is so unique and beautiful.

There’s a bit of street noise but that’s so typical of hotels in NY. Not anything we aren’t used to staying in the city.

Lovely bar and lounge area, super friendly and helpful staff and comfy bedroom. Bit of outside noise but I was in quite a low room, so if city noise bothers you then I’d go for room on a high floor. Had a balcony which was brilliant! Great area with lots of food/drink/entertainment offer but outside of the midtown tourist area. Five minutes from the subway.

Balcony furniture could have done with a clean/tidy, but only a small thing, overall a lovely hotel. I found the F train subway slightly less regular than other lines.

The location, the staff, and the design.

There was a small leak where you would hang the toilet paper. Which resulted in the toilet paper to get wet. I removed the toilet paper and left it on the sink in a clean dry space.

I particularly chose this room for the view and the great neighborhood, and hotel met my expectation there.I really liked the ambiance of the hotel overall.Room was very quiet, great soundproofing. Nespresso machine was a plus. Toiletries are of good quality. TV/screensharing worked perfectly.

Heating is horrendous, the air conditioning is louder that anything I have ever heard in my life. Unfortunately, as it has warmed the air only temporarily, like AC-s do, i had to use it almost all night. Room is indeed tiny, my stuff has been all over the place and it was just 1 person. No room for the suitcase, no wardrobe to put clothes in. In the mornings, the smell from the kitchen has infiltrated the room and the corridor. Bathroom did not look like the one on the picture, it was a slightly different room.

Excellent hotel, stylish interior, welcoming and unpretentious helpful staff. Tasty breakfast and coffee, well located to the lower east side .

Ask for a higher floor room to get more light.

Staff were warm and welcoming and provided outstanding service. Check in and out were a breeze and our room was superb!

A little pricey but so is everything in New York

The location, deco and vibe is very cool.

The rooms are very small and it’s quite pricy for what you get.

Was expecting a better view with the room upgraded. Th e roof top deck could use a some updating (the bar lounge is exceptional)

Loved the urban style of the hotel, stylish, fashionable with an industrial edge. The room was perfect, with a comfortable bed and divine pillows. The bathroom was modern with a bath that could fit two and a perfect walk in shower. The staff were amazing and hats off to the housekeeping team who made the room up impeccably every day. I will definitely be back. Loved The Ludlow ❤️

It’s was great

We upgraded to a larger room with a nice view which was definitely worth it. The restaurant was very good for both breakfast and dinner, and the bar area with the fireplace was perfect for meetings.

The Skybox room was lovely with amazing views! We felt so cozy and the bathtub was extra luxurious. Wonderful place to stay for part of our honeymoon!

It’s great-

Only 2 elevators and no service elevator. No dresser in my room for clothes or a luggage rack would be great.

In the hotel everything just perfect..! Love the rooms, the bathroom, the gym, the location.

Too much staff in the restaurant Dirty French, but it's not managed by the hotel. Nobody seems to know who is in charge of what. And as a result you don't know who to talk to. But food is great and the hotel as well so no big thing, just minor thing to improve.

Supporting staff

We absolutely loved the skybox loft, the bathtub and the mini balcony! We also enjoyed our robes, and slippers. The view was absolutely beautiful and not to mention the service. Our experience was perfect.

The room was undoubtedly crammed, though still perfect given the location, our fave amenities mentioned above, and the service.

Overall everything I wanted. Will definitely be coming back

They had everything you need. Toothpaste, wireless phone charger, qtips and bathrobes. The shampoos and lotions were of excellent quality. They had a chromecast on the television that was easy to use.
