No staff. Waiting for Valet - 40 minutes Waiting at check in - 30 minutes Rooms not ready at 6pm AC too loud and had to be turned off Fridge so loud it kept you awake No free wi fi (is this 1990?) Over priced Last nights room service litering the corridors

The shower was amazing! It was huge, marble and has a large rain showerhead.

The room was smaller than the photo and it was a haul to get arounf the hotel. You have to take a elevator to get to the reservation desk andthen separate elevators to get to your room. Even after your are checked in it requires numerous elevators to enter and exit the building. It can be confusing as signage is not super apparent.

Valet parking drivers hit my husbands new car didn’t inform us tried to cover it up instead of being honest about it, manager Earl and LP had an attitude about it like we did something wrong

Beautiful Christmas decorations. Super friendly staff. Excellent location on Canal St with a quick walk to the French Quarter.

We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional.

Stunning hotel and very relaxing

Wished that the towels were not changed so frequently, there was no environmental policy

The door on Canel street is closed at night. A lot of homeless/ ruff sleepers in the area, very concerned we were exposed as we were at the door. It would be favourable to have the door manned.

Excellent location. Great place to catch a taxi or cable car from. Majority of staff provided excellent service.

Close to the French Quarter which allowed us to walk to many places. Staff were excellent. Room was comfortable.

Had to pass by many loiterers to get to the French Quarter. Resorted to crossing the street to avoid them.

Very nice hotel in a great location for all the attractions. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Nice touch with the morning coffee station and beignets in the afternoon

Spa had some nice facilities it was a shame there aren’t any communal areas where me and my husband could relax together. The treatment rooms had a very noisy fan, which wasn’t very relaxing and small details were missing that you would expect in a high end spa such as scented air and scented face cloths etc. It was also a shame that after spending 5 nights and spending plenty in the bar and restaurant, we still had to pay to have a shower, to freshen up as we had a very late flight.

All was great

It was gorgeous. And the staff were so kind and helpful. We had a stroller and the doorman every time we would walk would help us up and down the front steps. They always had water waiting at both entrances due to the extreme heat.

I can’t complain it was a great trip all around. They do only let you park using valet which was an extra charge but they probably had that disclosed somewhere in their policy and I over looked it.

Beautiful inside. Huge room and bath. Spacious shower. Comfy bed. Great polite staff. Free newspapers in lobby. Free water in lobby. And maybe best — early check in at about 11am was wonderful. Thanks.

Hallways way too cold, on third floor anyway. Took too long to get hot water in bath sinks.

We loved the study room, and going to the Davenport, they are a great band! Also the courtyard was amazing to rest in.

We tried to get dessert at the bistro but they would only seat you if you were ordering dinner. I would understand if they were full but it was late and maybe half full.

Restaurantes and public areas too cold

I loved the overall cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel. The staff was super accommodating. The younger door man with the glasses was really helpful and nice. The beignets in the lobby were also amazing. The bartenders Brittney and the man that works with her were super knowledgeable about the cocktails and local cuisine.

I was very upset that the pool was closed TFN and it wasn't mentioned on the website. I really wanted to swim and that would have changed my mind about booking my stay there. I wish I was notified in advance. I also didn't like the fact that my welcome card in my room was addressed to someone else.

We enjoyed The breakfast buffet variety which included a touch of the local flair. Wait staff were very helpful and attentive.

The check in process. Apparently even though we had a consecutive weeks stay, we had to run our credit card (4) times as it was set up as 4 separate reservations. I’m fact, my credit card was put on hold assuming it was an unauthorized transaction. being done at the same property Despite that, it is an excellent place to stay at and strategically located to shopping and eateries.

The atmosphere and facilities are beautiful! And the hospitality was exemplary! We felt very spoiled! The Christmas decorations were phenomenal!!

Everything. I never stayed at the Ritz-Carlton before and it went beyond what I expected for any hotel.

Pool was a little small but still very nice and it also had a whirlpool .

the only small thing was the pull out couch in the room was a little tough to get out and the mattress was a little thin.

I liked the area and the staff

The refrigerator was broken but quickly replaced with another one and there was a lot of hair in the shower (ugh) but someone came and cleaned it up.

parking deck and valet was amazing. New Orleans is not an easy city to travel and leave your car without worry about parking. front desk is super friendly and helpful. no nonsense and ready to help in any way possible. rooms were very clean as well.

Bar is always great and location can't be beat.

The rooms are starting to get a little dated.

Club was awesome. Food was amazing. I will stay again due to the quality of the food and staff on club level. And the spa was amazing.

The room was a bit small. And my fridge didn’t work… but they brought in a large fridge to help so it was fine.
