Staff made mistakes regarding the bill. Was over 2400$ too much… could be solved but happened a couple minutes later again with another staff member while the first one stood next to her.

We upgraded to club level and everything exceeded our expectations

The reception, baggage, and hospitality staff provided exceptional service, specifically those who brought food to our room. I loved the room service, including the table they set to serve meals. We also loved the in-house workout facilities.

I mentioned a dairy allergy and specifically asked for hot chocolate made with water. I received hot chocolate with milk and had to ask for medicine later. Staff did provide Pepto Bismal, and I felt better afterward.

Loved it! Nicely done rooms with very comfy beds. I didn’t get to stay very long, but I’ll be back and add another day or two so I can enjoy the property.

Good location and cleanly

We got room service morning and night. Fresh beignets every day. Kevin the concierge was awesome!

No outdoor pool

The hotel and room was well decorated and comfortable. The cocktails and live jazz were great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and an overall pleasure to interact with

The neighborhood right outside the hotel has a plethora of homeless and it is not well lit and poses a safety risk especially at night.

Beautiful!! I felt prettier being surrounded by so much beauty: decorum and plant displays, and every surface seemed to sparkle. We enjoyed eating in dining room as well as the lounge, being served by friendly staff who aimed to please.

This is a fancy hotel for those who appreciate ritzy style. Excellent communication and professionalism from the staff. Excellent dining and entertainment also. Comfortable rooms that are well appointed.

Close to the French Quarter which allowed us to walk to many places. Staff were excellent. Room was comfortable.

Had to pass by many loiterers to get to the French Quarter. Resorted to crossing the street to avoid them.

Spa had some nice facilities it was a shame there aren’t any communal areas where me and my husband could relax together. The treatment rooms had a very noisy fan, which wasn’t very relaxing and small details were missing that you would expect in a high end spa such as scented air and scented face cloths etc.
It was also a shame that after spending 5 nights and spending plenty in the bar and restaurant, we still had to pay to have a shower, to freshen up as we had a very late flight.

All was great

It was gorgeous. And the staff were so kind and helpful. We had a stroller and the doorman every time we would walk would help us up and down the front steps. They always had water waiting at both entrances due to the extreme heat.

I can’t complain it was a great trip all around. They do only let you park using valet which was an extra charge but they probably had that disclosed somewhere in their policy and I over looked it.

Beautiful inside. Huge room and bath. Spacious shower. Comfy bed. Great polite staff. Free newspapers in lobby. Free water in lobby. And maybe best — early check in at about 11am was wonderful. Thanks.

Hallways way too cold, on third floor anyway. Took too long to get hot water in bath sinks.
