Patricia and Tom were excellent hosts. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were as pictured. The location in the Garden District was nice because it was easy to get to the French Quarter via the streetcar and we had a calm and quiet place to come back to at night.

Fantastic, welcoming hosts. A charming house with lots of character and very comfortable in a beautiful neighbourhood. Location between Charles Avenue street cars and Magazine Street is perfect. The alternative, local vibe of Magazine Street nearby is delightful.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Maison Perrier in New Orleans. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house is full of charm and character, beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet — a true haven after a day exploring the city. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared each morning. The location is ideal, in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to all the main attractions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended! Liana and Pierre

The owners, Tom and Patricia, couldn't be nicer or more helpful. The location is superb, just a few short blocks from the best Magazine Street has to offer, and a quick cab ride to the CBD and the Quarter.

It is in the old part of New Orleans where a are a nice amount of nice restaurants and places to go, three blocks from St Charles St and the tramway, but the best part are Patricia, Tom and all their team that work so you feel as you are in your home!!

I was in the second floor, for the construction there is not an elevator, so you need to take care at the moment to go with the luggage, but this is not a critic, it is a recommendation

Tom and Patricia are exceptional hosts for whom nothing is too much trouble and I would have no hesitation in recommending Maison Perrier. The ceiling fan was a little squeaky for sleeping but some low level background noise on the phone easily dealt with that. Both Patricia and Tom were always on hand to dispense helpful tips and suggestions and the overall offering really makes you feel like you dont want to leave. Many thanks!

The breakfast was delicious and we also loved the location. Tom and Patricia were very helpful and accommodating. They also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and jazz music performances.

If you want a true New Orleans experience in a lovely neighbourhood, away from the hotel chains and noisy downtown area, then Maison Perrier is the best option. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is a beautiful, well maintained, New Orleans mansion. We stayed in the Clair Room. The room and bathroom were clean, quite large and the bed was comfy. The antique furniture, the wooden steps, the jazz music playing in the background while you ate breakfast, made this trip incredibly memorable. The hosts and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us great info on restaurants to try and things to do. Breakfast was simple and just enough to start the day. Both Magazine Street and the St. Charles Street Car line were walking distance (about 5 mins) and the street cars were quite frequent. It took about 20 mins by street car into Canal Street and even less time by Uber. It was my first time visiting New Orleans and staying at Maison Perrier made the entire experience completely worth it. Absolutely loved it and will definitely return!!!

What didn't you like? ...... Not a valid question .... because we loved everything about Maison Perrier.

We loved staying here. We really wanted to support the local community and a community business. Tom and Patricia were wonderful. Tom would give us incite on music to go see every night and great restaurants to try. He also helped us plan our visit. The place was quiet and quaint. Wow and the pastry and quiches were exceptional! Thank you!

We love how the owner (Tom) is very communicative and informative. All the staff took care of us and made our stay very comfortable. The location is accessible to many places—within walking distance from stores, restaurants, and tram routes. The breakfast is superb. You can order ahead of time. Never pass on the quiche and pastry, they are amazing! We had to leave super early, so they prepared a to-go breakfast meal for us, which was very thoughtful. We will return to New Orleans and stay in Maison Perrier!

There is no end to the praise we have for this WONDERFUL B&B!! The moment Tom greeted us we knew this was going to be a great choice. Tom gave us wonderful dining advice, kept us up to date daily with live music choices and he made sure we had everything we needed to really explore New Orleans. Patricia's breakfasts were delicious and all the little things she did to make us feel special...sweets left for us at night, breakfast choices always fresh hot and YUMMY!! TRY THE QUICHE!! We felt at home here while also being spoiled..we cannot wait to come back and we will always choose Maison Perrier!!

Exceptional on all levels. The owners went the extra mile to make sure our stay was just perfect. Their attentiveness not only allowed us to relax completely, but also left us with the feeling that we made the most out of our short stay in New Orleans. The Maison is very bright and sunny, the neighbourhood is safe, peaceful and nested away from the French quarter, while at walking distance from the Garden District.

Warm hospitality, comfortable and beautiful house. The location was central and close to the St Charles street car and the magazine at shopping!! Tom and Patricia and their staff were so kind and thoughtful!! We were going to skip breakfast since we were leaving early one day but Tom insisted on giving us our choices to go.

Would have loved to have spent more time in the house!! We were always on the go, next time will be a more relaxed trip and enjoy Maison Perrier.

The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Property is within walking distance of some great food and good beer. We loved how quiet it was compared to downtown

Location was great. Breakfast was prefect. Nothing heavy but nice healthy choices served in a very comfortable area and perfect services.

The only 2 recommendations I have are: taller toilets and a grab bar in the bathtub. Older visitors sometimes need those options.

Maison Perrier is a Historic, lovingly preserved and operated B & B in a safe, quiet Architectural area of New Orleans, close to the central French Quarters accessed easily by inexpensive trolleys. Surrounded by delicious easy walkable restaurants! An ideal choice for travelers wanting to experience the charm of New Orleans!

The ONLY drawback would be that there is no elevator but there are accessible rooms without stairs. The history of this beautifully restored and maintained property is worth experiencing!

Tom and Patricia are not only incredibly kind, but also SO knowledgeable about the city. They gave us so many local tips and even texted a chef directly to get us a reservation!!

The house is an amazing jewel, pristinely kept by lovely hosts Tom and Patricia. The decoration is so authentic! Breakfast is homemade, and the quiches and pastries are to die for... Air conditioning and wifi work great in all corners of the house. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Three blocks away from street car and great location to reach other parts of the city. The Irene room was spacious, very comfortable, and spotless clean. Loved it and would certainly book again -- have to book way in advance because it is a very sought for property!

The BnB was absolutely accommodating to my schedule. The Southern hospitality like thick molasses the whole experience---from making arrangements ro the thoughtful to-go breakfasts. Plus booking was easy. The innkeepers customize your stay and are attentive. The location is away from the tourist traps and nestled in a sleepy, but lovely neighborhood of historic homes. Gorgeous property that is kept very well and with the NOLA flair.

Really loved everything about our stay!! Amazing hospitality, lovely atmosphere and rooms, wonderful location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Tom and Patricia were wonderful hosts who make the stay perfect, room was comfortable and had a balcony. Very close to magazine area for restaurants! Path on st Charles for running! Perfect for visit but not close to downtown but can get there easily.

Its proximity to the trolley bus and magazine street. Safe neighborhood. Lovely property. And last but not least Tom and Patricia with their personal touch. They both have obviously been doing this for a few years now because they have great B&B guest management, attention to guest personal satisfaction and a lovely inviting residence.

Everything during our stay was exceptional. Tom and Patricia are very gracious hosts that ensured we received detailed information about every aspect of the inn, how to traverse New Orleans via streetcar and recommended wonderful restaurants and sights. Their attention to these details was definitely a 5 plus!!!

Tom was a great host. He was there for anything we needed and gave great restaurant recommendations. The house is set up very nice with multiple locations to relax and hang out besides your room.
