The air in the room did not get below 75 degrees.

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean/nice

Terrible entry, check in… and common area… looks like it’s not inviting, not much furniture. Needs more art, plants, variation of heights of tables and seating. Very sterile

The location was great and the beds were comfortable. The staff was great.However, for the price, I don't see it. That's about it.

No microwave no refrigerator no coffee maker, dust mites no complimentary breakfast they didn't credit the entire stay for the dust mites. We couldn't enjoy just sitting around with jumping and scratching. I sent a message to maintenance. No response, no call the next morning. They showed no concern and only gave $150 credit. Do they understand how that disturbed our night. It's a 4 or 5 star hotel. Why would we expect that? I noticed that the

Very nice hotel but there is a lack of gathering spaces. The lobby bar only has a few seats and you aren't allowed to stand at the bar. There is a rooftop bar but it was closed. I was also charged for valet and I didn't have a car. Still working to get that corrected.

We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional.

Loved the modern rooms

First, the entry, and lobby are well decorated and inviting. The room and corridors are clean with lots of lighting. The level of "smart" features is superb! Example, you walk in the room and the lower lights come on, you walk into bathroom and the same happens. Tablet in the room for requesting items was super. The room had everything we needed and more.

The only negative was the rooftop pool area cabanas having a $250 minimum on a day where we are the only guests during a cold day. Consider making it a seasonal rate, low season could be free or less expensive?

I cannot say enough food things about this hotel!! A true LUXURY experience while still feeling welcoming and homey.

I can’t think of anything. Every detail was considered, and the staff was incredible kind and accommodating.

I liked the rooftop bar and food. I liked the location to the music venues.

I wish it was a little cheaper but I would stay there again.

Clarisa (at the front desk) was wonderful! We arrived very late due to our flight schedule, though received a warm & friendly welcome! After inquiring about food options, Clarisa offered to pick up some food for us. She then delivered our order directly to our room. We appreciated her kindness so much, and this was above & beyond our expectations. The breakfast was very good, though the hostess seemed disorganized.. Our server was great … attentive and friendly.

We loved the pool area, though it’s always frustrating that seating gets saved with towels for too long without use. Not sure how to resolve that.

Not enough sun beds around pool - space taken up by private booths (that were never used) could be utilised better in my opinion.

I only stayed at The Joseph for one night but it was one of the best stays I've ever had. There service was genuine and friendly, my room was much larger than expected and the best SO comfortable. Everywhere was superbly clean including the rooftop pool area which felt exclusive and cool and not at all uninviting like some 'trendy' places can. The breakfast was delicious and it's got a good location.

The staff were wonderful. Polite, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and luxurious. The beds were out of this world comfortable. The rooftop bar was wonderful Perfect location to access all of the tourist sites, the Nissan stadium and the Ryman theatre, which we visited to see Ed Sheeran. We walked there! Free bottles of water whenever we asked.

No room service post about 10pm! WiFI did not connect automatically and you had to connect each day (but thankfully no charge as a guest. Cafe always seemed to be closed in the day! Shower had only lukewarm water but the staff fixed it quickly.

The rooms are amazing. I love the shower, comfy bed and ipad etc. I like the coffee bar downstairs. The one in our room didn't work. The location is fabulous. Staff, except at the pool, were all amazing. They allowed a late checkout for my birthday ❤️

Everything about the rooftop experience was bad. The pool is small and in need of repair. There is not enough seating, and the wait staff is slow. Then, the food was horribly overcooked and barely edible. The Holiday Inn pool looked better, and I was paying a 5-star price. Breakfast was clearly an afterthought. There weren't that many people working so there was a long wait for bland food..

We loved our brief one night stay at The Joseph. We got into town really late that night but we're greeted and helped quickly. The staff was very professional and attentive. We used valet to park the car, the car staff was experienced with attention to detail as well. I am planning a special trip back just to experience all the hotel has to offer the next go around. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable experience.

The only thing we didn't like was that our stay wasn't longer than it was. We really enjoyed everything we were able to experience while there.

The denim bar is not as high class as the hotel. Plastic cups are gross, drinks were made poorly.

centrally located. easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. the room was gorgeous and spacious. the bathroom was beautiful and the shower was large and had great pressure.

my only complaint, and it’s trivial, the hair dryer heating mechanism was broken.

The staff was very attentive and that is what you’re paying for in a nicer hotel is the customer service. The room and everything was very clean, new and nice. Comfortable pillows and beds. Nice sitting area for breakfast in your room (I wish there was another side table as it was too small for more than one breakfast tray).

Doggy relief area in the alley was very sad. Literally just a small piece of turf that my dog refused to go near because it was gross and smelly.

Coffee bar could stay open a little longer. The online process to notify valet that you need your car needs a little tweaking. I would never get a message when the car was ready.

Location to downtown

Good food and location is great for Broadway.

Felt the hotel was beautiful boutique hotel that could not have done more to make our stay 5 star. The pool staff was non-stop service. Really felt very special and being so close yet so far from all the high energy action was the perfect blend. A f 10 minute walk to Broadway yet like being in another world of elegance when at The Joseph

We asked for a beddings to be changed on the first day we were there and they were never changed we spilled coffee on our covers

This is a great hotel - great location close to all the action but also quiet enough for a great nights sleep. Extremely attentive staff. Nice clean room - great restaurant and fab food. Roof top pool with loungers. Would definitely stay again!

The entry and exit were not well labeled and were very tight for my Sequoia to negotiate.
