Modern , easy access , good ambiance. Clean and spacious rooms.

Was a good 25 min walk from centre . They charged my card , 100$ per night and the refund is not immediate , can take up to 7 working days . As I didn’t owe them anything bar the parking I felt this was unnecessary .

Room smelt like cigarettes, some of the electronics didn’t work, and was generally a bit more shabby than expected The $400 damage fee then another $100 “incidentals charge” PER DAY was crazy. Hopefully this money goes back into my card quickly.

The bed was so comfortable. We had a suite and over the separate seating area. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming!

It would have been nice to have a restaurant on the property but I understand we were a week too early as it was opening the following week. It is walkable to downtown/Broadway but the heat in July made it difficult. We ended up using Uber to get around.

The ambiance and decor of the property was top notch! Definitely gives you the true 'Nashville' vibes instantly which is exactly what we wanted! Also loved that there was live music in the lobby and we were given a complimentary drink voucher too! Room was spacious and I loved how large the bathroom was

Our room phone did not work so I had to go down to the lobby to ask for a few things and I wish they validated parking in the connected garage to the hotel because it is very expensive even for one night

Location was great with a short walk/drive to the bars/nightlife of downtown Nashville without being in that area when ready to shut it down for the night.

The staff was very helpful. The beef was super comfy. And the room was pretty clean. And the hygiene products they provided were great! The resort was only a 10min or less, drive. But if you're hoping you walk, it was more like 30min

I wish the shower had a hand held head as well as the rain shower. The hair dryers need to be updated. And I really wish the hotel had a restaurant or even a vending machine, since nothing notable is within walking distance. But my two biggest issues were that the cleaning crew, that we were not expecting, had thrown away a non disposable water bottle for my AG1 supplements. It had a metal lid and it was made of hard plastic. So not sure why they would've done that. And the worst complaint, a party that was scheduled to have been from 6:00 to 10:00 on the second floor, went on until 1:30 in the morning. Making it nearly impossible to sleep since it seemed to shake and thud throughout the whole building. And when I called at 12:30 in the morning the front desk told me it was a planned event and had at least another hour to go. But the website clearly says from 6:00 to 10:00.

It was unique and walking distance from downtown.

There were no free tv channels to watch. Not even basic cable.

The facilities were very nice and upscale. And it was in a very great location for the downtown Nashville area.

The AC in our room ran all night and the room never got cool. And the shower controls were a little complicated for my country self.

Location was great. My husband had a heart transplant and we were there for testing at Vanderbilt Medical Center.

We would have liked an ice machine and not to have to call guest services every time I needed ice. The employees were very prompt and friendly. I also would appreciate a mini fridge in the room. My husband has medication to keep cool and we would like it for drinks and snacks. I wished the room was not handicapped. I did not request it. The beds are too low in handicap room. I did not tell them this at the hotel. Overall we had a good stay. Just a few tweaks to make it great.

Beautiful hotel, staff was very friendly.

The amount for the parking was horrible. It was my first time in Nashville and maybe it was a normal price but it seemed awfully expensive given we were staying in the hotel.

They offer complimentary use of a guitar and amp for the room, and that was a really nice perk. Our son loves to play guitar, and this was the highlight of our stay! The bathroom is very modern with great amenities, and there is a well-stocked and reasonably priced mini-bar in the room.

I couldn't believe how much on-site parking cost. I realize it's parking in the city, but this hotel is not on downtown Broadway...it's midtown. I was seriously surprised that there was no discount for parking when staying on-site. It was cheaper for us to park when we went downtown, and we were there during CMA fest! We have been city travelers for years, and I have come to expect these prices in New York or other big cities, but I don't think it's appropriate for this area of Nashville. One other thing (and this isn't the fault of the hotel...it's because I didn't know the city at all). This hotel is near Music Row, which is NOT where the action is. Music Row is interesting to walk, because there's a lot of history there, but it's a bunch of recording studios, many of which you cannot visit. We thought we were going to be closer to more live music, etc. So if you haven't been to Nashville before, do know that you're staying in a quieter area of the city. Hattie B's just a couple of blocks away, and Parlor Doughnuts is only one block away, so there are places to eat, but if you're looking for Honky Tonks and all that, you've got about a mile walk, just FYI.

hotel was very nice, valets were awesome. we got there late morning expecting to have to store our luggage. but instead was able to get our room even though we were several hours early

Not very close to Mainstreet bars. And no pool, no coffee out at all, other than for purchase.

The dining venue was not available. It was being updated. However room service was available. This really was not an issue since there are many other restaurants close by.

The concierge or check-in staff did not inform me that the venue in the lounge was free to hotel guests. The refrigerator needs to be accessible to hotel guests. I have medications that need to be refrigerated. I do not drink beer and do not need that in my room at all. Perhaps that should be a choice at check-in! The garage check-in and out are not senior-friendly.

My wife and I visited Nashville for the first time. We were recommended to stay at the Hutton. We stayed 5 nights. We thought the location was great. We did alot in 5 days. We plan to return.

The only negative was that there wasn't a restaurant on premises. There were many other restaurants near by.

I liked the size of the room. No street noise. The vibe was fun. Didn't really have time to do much hotel-wise, we were on the go.

The a/c was not ideal. It came on and off and was quite loud. It also was cold or warm.

Loved my room, the decor, live music in the lobby, and front desk staff.

Limited room service and lack of a restaurant are major downsides as is poor wifi.

It was located right in the middle of all the activities we wanted to do, from downtown Broadway, The Parthenon, to 12 South and more. Also, you can tell thought is being put into the property. It’s super eclectic, the bar right outside the elevator is fantastic, and the daily presence of a musician was a neat experience. The Analog on the second floor was really unique; it was a differentiator for sure.

The AC unit in our room kept going on and off throughout the night, which in my opinion means the temperature was controlled or maintained very well. It wasn’t uncomfortable when in a deep sleep, but if you’re a light sleeper like myself, it’ll keep you up. Also, the restaurant not being open was a bummer. We heard it’s been over a year, since it started getting worked on.

There could have been a shuttle to the airport. That would have been nice. Also we had to borrow an umbrella on a rainy evening for a walk. The guy at the desk said 'bring it back'. 😡

No restaurant on site - breakfast only in the bar-area so we had to got outside for a real breakfast. Parking is quite expensive and there are more parking possibilities around (which you realize once you're there and not before...).

Hotel was fine, staff was friendly and professional. Booking messed up my reservations. I had originally only booked one night. Then I tried to add an additional night and ended up getting charged for 3 nights and only stayed at the property 1 night. I will never use booking.com again.

I tried to add Monday night the 6th to my already reservation for the 7th. Booking told me to contact the hotel. I did and they said since I went thru booking i had to add the other night through them. Then Booking sent me an email on the 4th saying my request had been denied. So, I booked a room on the 6th with a different hotel. When I arrived at Hutton on the 7th, they said I was a no-show on the 6th so, I had to pay Hutton directly again for my room and Booking charged me for two nights at the Hutton, and Hutton charged me for 1 night. So, all together, I stayed 2 nights in Nashville and paid for 4 horriable And, of course you can't find anyone with Booking to talk to .......

Rooms were nice inside and very comfortable

Parking fees. The distance from the parking to the rooms. The staff seemed a little over worked, it showed in their attitude.

Room was great and so were the beds.

But, the breakfast room service was not good. It was not hot at all. No restaurant.
