The service was wonderful from the moment we walked in. Loved the ability to text with questions vs having to call down. Room was clean and spacious, mini bar and snacks was a nice addition. The restaurants were excellent and the bar as well.

Room turnover, would have been nice to have the room cleaned when we took the privacy sign off, they did make the bed and provide additional towels though!

Very clean and easy to get everywhere

Aaron was a great help and very efficient upon our check in! We were greeted with a nice glass of champagne and smiles. The room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. We slept well and very quiet. We also had a lovely breakfast at the bar and had the best bartender serving us bloody Mary's and champagne with our meal.

The hotel was beautiful. Very clean. The front desk staff were AMAZING! Alexis completely made our trip. She was so nice, gave us awesome recommendations for food and was able to put our 3 room group right next to each other

It was wonderful. We were seeing a show at TPAC that was two blocks away. Ended up eating dinner at Ellington’s, an amazing meal. Elevators were prompt. On-site valet service. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The only issue we had was due to an incoming snowstorm that left 3 inches of snow and ice in Nashville we had to cut our stay short.

Good location (minus the big hill to climb back to hotel) bar staff so nice! Great coffee in the shop next to bar. Room comfy, perfect temperature. Twice only left 1 towel but quickly brought us some.

Loved the hotel! Front desk so sweet- Alexis I believe her name was. Both were super nice. No real complaints although we didn’t get but 1 towel - twice!

There was a stain in the carpet beside the bed but otherwise the room was clean and housekeeping was done daily and extremely well.

The greeting we received was warm and welcoming. The hotel was quiet and clean. Staff sent a bottle of champagne to our room in celebration of our anniversary .

The bar/restaurant smelled musty. When we went to the bar for happy hour we were charged regular price for the cocktails.

I loved the decor, especially the cupholder i the bed. :) Your staff was super helpful and kind. The location was great for what I needed for my last night in the city.

My in room phone did not work and when trying to order room service it was a bit of a hassle due to the phone not working and the restaurant not answering their phone.

The vibes of the property are immaculate. The staff were all friendly and inviting (even though we felt super underdressed checking in! haha).

I wish my drain plug in my room for the bath would have worked, but the shower was amazing!

Location was perfect for everything in Nashville. Room was big and comfy. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Only complaint was the shower leaked onto the floor as piece of plastic was missing from bottom of shower door but resolved with a towel.

The main restaurant was not open and there was only a small limited menu available for the guests so we had to venture outside the hotel for a great meal

Parking is expensive

Location was perfect for enjoying Downtown Nashville on foot. Close to Broadway and all the major things to do in that area. Room was nice with details in the decor. Welcome drink at check in and bag holding for us until the room was ready were both nice to have too. Cute bar and coffee/sandwhich shop and gift shop off the lobby.

Open shower to the room may be a turn off for some, if not traveling with someone you want to see you shower from the waist up. If I was sharing the room with a co-worker or my kids it would have been a bit too much shower action. This was a king room, so maybe the other rooms do not have this shower view feature? Smell of lotion in the room was not my thing, but I appreciate the lotion/soap/shampoo/conditioner being present in the larger re-usable bottles. Price was crazy high due to CMA Fest (which was not why we were here....) so I would stay again, but only if at a lower price point (we paid around 500/night weekend of CMA Fest).

Prepare to valet as parking can be a challenge.

Size of the room, hotel is very modern with coffee and fridge in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
