Fairlane Hotel, Nashville

Location was perfect! Complementary champagne on arrival and coffee was appreciated

There were no ice machines on the floors so you had to have I sent up by staff.

Great location and facilities

No response from hotel following emails. We left behind expensive belongings and hotel were unresponsive

The greeting we received was warm and welcoming. The hotel was quiet and clean. Staff sent a bottle of champagne to our room in celebration of our anniversary .

The bar/restaurant smelled musty. When we went to the bar for happy hour we were charged regular price for the cocktails.

Repeat guest and the staff was just amazing. Valet, front desk, room service… I love staying here and after the week I had, they unknowingly made it so much better.

I loved the decor, especially the cupholder i the bed. :) Your staff was super helpful and kind. The location was great for what I needed for my last night in the city.

My in room phone did not work and when trying to order room service it was a bit of a hassle due to the phone not working and the restaurant not answering their phone.

The vibes of the property are immaculate. The staff were all friendly and inviting (even though we felt super underdressed checking in! haha).

I wish my drain plug in my room for the bath would have worked, but the shower was amazing!

Location was perfect for everything in Nashville. Room was big and comfy. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Only complaint was the shower leaked onto the floor as piece of plastic was missing from bottom of shower door but resolved with a towel.

Cost of parking is high. We parked at Nashville Public Library and walked to the hotel

The main restaurant was not open and there was only a small limited menu available for the guests so we had to venture outside the hotel for a great meal

Location was perfect for enjoying Downtown Nashville on foot. Close to Broadway and all the major things to do in that area. Room was nice with details in the decor. Welcome drink at check in and bag holding for us until the room was ready were both nice to have too. Cute bar and coffee/sandwhich shop and gift shop off the lobby.

Open shower to the room may be a turn off for some, if not traveling with someone you want to see you shower from the waist up. If I was sharing the room with a co-worker or my kids it would have been a bit too much shower action. This was a king room, so maybe the other rooms do not have this shower view feature? Smell of lotion in the room was not my thing, but I appreciate the lotion/soap/shampoo/conditioner being present in the larger re-usable bottles. Price was crazy high due to CMA Fest (which was not why we were here....) so I would stay again, but only if at a lower price point (we paid around 500/night weekend of CMA Fest).

Beautiful room in a central location in downtown Nashville.

Prepare to valet as parking can be a challenge.

Size of the room, hotel is very modern with coffee and fridge in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A Magnifying mirror would be good.

Alexis at the front desk was awesome from the time we walked through the doors. Location was close to Broadway, the Stadium, Bridgestone, Music Hall of Fame, and Restaurants all around. Valet and the rest of the staff were great.

No ice machines but the staff would bring ice if you reached out.

Apart from a couple of coat hangers there was no where to unpack your clothes.

The location was absolutely perfect for access to all areas of Nashville that we wanted. Just about a 5 minute walk to Broadway itself, and then in close proximity/short Uber to all museums, the Grand Ole Opry and the baseball. Gorgeous and comfortable rooms with all the amenities, a small but functional gym and friendly staff.

Our shower wasn’t great and it leaked but that’s all I can say on a negative note.

Quiet, clean and rustic

Great location close to Broadway, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Walkable to bars and restaurants and sightseeing. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, especially Lauren, who provided us with some great recommendations.

Housekeeping could have been a little more detail oriented. Workout room is super small, but clean and stocked with towels and water.

Our experience with the room being serviced wasnt great but the concierge sorted it. Both our hotels in Nashville needed us to “tell” them to service the room at the reception but we weren’t told that!

Property was lovely, room was spacious and the staff were all friendly and super-helpful.

Just would have been nice to get a later checkout than noon when requesting a “late checkout”, especially on a Sunday.

Only that the rooftop is no longer open :(

Fairlane has a great location. It was convenient to walk anywhere we wanted to go. Rooms were nice and staff was friendly.

Great location. Can't beat the 24hr calzone place right next to the hotel. Got checked in early with no issues.
