Most of Napoli's attractions are to the east. Fortunately the taxis to the city centre are not too expensive.

The rooms are very spacious and property has a very homely feeling about it. The property manager Roberto is a wonderful person and was super helpful with all of our needs and questions. Everything is within walking distance.

The staff and property manager are very helpful, welcoming, and happy that you are here. I highly recommend this place. Fresh breakfast everyday, including eggs, toast, freshly baked cakes, fruits, latte, etc. The room is very clean and they are very attentive to guest's needs. It is centrally located near the Metro and walking distance to the Napoli vibes! I consider it a home away from my home.

Everything was exceptional!

Our stay at Magma was wonderful. The location was great for exploring Naples. Lots of restaurants, cafes and places to visit nearby. Naples is a very busy city but but Magmas location is a lot quieter. The views from the roof terrace are fantastic. The manager Roberto was brilliant. He sent numerous recommendations for our stay, quite a few of which we took advantage of and they were perfect. Roberto and Chiara made our stay special and we’d love to stay again.

Magma feels familiar; it feels like staying with friends. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable right away. The apartments are decorated carefully and creatively, making them the perfect place to stay in Napoli. The terrace is amazing and a really nice space to have breakfast and a few drinks. Roberto recommended a great day walk to get to know Napoli and really made it easy for us to do so.

The rooms are hidden behind a gated entrance and are just wonderful- the rooms are all individually designed and really original. We stayed in an apartment featuring street art with art carried out by local artists. The staff and owners were delightful and really friendly and helpful

I was traveling alone and felt very welcomed here. I came on a Sunday and they were having music on the roof. I felt included and like I had landed in the right place. Breakfast is incredible. I needed fresh fruit and good coffee. They even made us eggs and you could take it up to the rooftop on a tray. The street is very quite.

It's not so easy to bring the luggage up the stairs unfortunately. I'm traveling for 2 weeks so my bag is a little heavy. But they had someone help me.

Great place to stay with family: spacious room with bathroom, nicely decorated common spaces, a fantastic view from the roof - a perfect place for breakfast and evening glass of wine. Roberto, our host, was very welcoming and always ready to give tips about where to eat, drink or go. Consider that there is no elevator and apartments are on the third or fourth floor.

The hosts are very kind and obliging. The breakfast is fantastic! The rooftop terrace is wonderfull. Also, It was great to see, how they are supporting local artists and and contributing to the energy transition (lots of PV on the roof).

The pillow was not that comfortable (too thick), but that could also be personal preferance.

We went back to MAGMA after having a wonderful stay there last year. We very much appreciate the extraordinarily friendly staff, the green roof top terrace with views of the Vesuv and the neighborhood which is just five minutes walking distance from the city. We can highly recommend this place and would go back there again anytime…

We found this gem of a place in the midst of all the hustle and bustle of Naples. The rooms were spacious with two large roof top terraces to chill on. Very original concept. Breakfast was amazing with homemade jams and cakes, choice of outdoor terraces or open living space to eat on. Very freindly hosts. We will be back!!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Fantastic location, quiet but very central. Maga Home ahs been design with love with great rooms, shared spaces and wonderful views from the roof terrace. Lovely breakfast too. Roberto was so friendly and welcoming, helping plan my visit to Naples and beyond.

Roberto was a fantastic host. His maps to Naples were brilliant and really helped us to make the most of our time in the city. The breakfasts were excellent (I still need the recipe for that chocolate cake Roberto!) and the roof terrace was a great sanctuary feom the bustle of Naples.

Amazing rooftop and beautiful place full of art in the heart of Napoli. Roberto, with his breakfasts and tips, made the stay even more enjoyable. I can't recommend this place enough.

Only one detail that the heat into the room was through air-condition.

Location is just outside the crazy buzzing life of Naples which gives a measure of quiet before the daytime adventures. Roberto the manager is attentive and passionate, helping to create a unique experience both in the hotel and giving bespoke recommendations on a daily basis for how to enjoy our stay. Breakfast is a cozy moment for guests to get to know each other with pastries and cakes baked the day before by Roberto himself. Each room is decorated by a different local artist which allows you to feel the energy of the city from the quiet of the room, and from the the rooftop you can see mount Vesuvius directly while

The apartment is on the top floor of the building and there is no elevator, keep this in mind if packing heavy suitcases, though Roberto will come down to get you and insist on carrying the luggage for you

The concept was supercool with a lot of interesting details and cool stuff. We were lucky to get the room with the bathtub which was amazing as it rained a lot one of the days. Our host Roberto is one of the most service minded hosts I have ever encountered and made us feel like home with good conversations and recommendations

The Hotel Magma is something special, a rare pearl in the center of Napoli. We got to meet both Chiara and Livio together with the exceptional staff. We spend there a week in two different rooms, both were unique in their design and could enjoy tranquility in the busy city. Breakfast was tasty and everything was very clean. It is right in the center, and walking distance from everything. Their recommendation were great and not per se touristic which is always nice. They took the time to explain us about Napoli and about their interesting Magma project. We found it by chance and will not hesitate to come back for our next trip! Thank you, and looking forward to see you again :)

Very friendly and helpful staff, airport transfers were organised , lots of recommendations for places to visit and eat. Perfect location for exploring central Naples. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished. The roof terrace was perfect for breakfast and chilling with a glass of wine in the evening with views of Vesuvius.

Only negative Magma on the third floor no lift and up 10 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us but if you have large luggage bit of a climb!

We stayed in the family room with 3 beds. The entire place was quite charming and all the staff very friendly. I looked forward to breakfast on the roof every morning (coffee, juice, breads and homemade jam, eggs, pastries, and more!). Roberto was so kind and accommodating, offering recommendations around Naples and calling me a taxi when needed. The area felt safe for my young children, and very close to the metro, museum, restaurants, and Underground Naples tour. I would absolutely stay here again!

We definitely got our excercise climbing 3 flights of stairs! This was probably a good thing, though...

Everything! What is there not to say, but this is truly one of my best experiences in a B&B. Authentic, helpful, and so friendly. What an extraordinary place near everything!

Magma Home boasts an excellent location just a short stroll away from the historic district of Naples. Let's kick off with an unavoidable inconvenience - it's on the fourth floor without an elevator. However, the gracious Roberto was there to assist us with our luggage. This authentic Italian building has a charming ambiance and friendly and attentive staff. The common areas are adorned with various art objects, lending a vibrant and youthful atmosphere. Whether you prefer to relax in the spacious living room, the dining room, or the kitchen bar, the true highlight is the rooftop garden that offers panoramic views of Vesuvius (the volcanic mountain) and the city. There's nothing quite like witnessing the sunrise and capping it off with a lemony yellow coffee and cake on the rooftop in the evening. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily. Overall, it's a delightful place to stay, and climbing the stairs offers an opportunity to work off a few calories.

It was wonderfully decorated, very artistic, and a nice relaxed set up.

Definitely the lack of a elevator and having to carry heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs was a big downfall.

The friendly atmosphere and good service thanks to Chiara and her team. The location gives you a great insight into Neapolitan life. It's a great location to base yourself to explore the city. The interior design of the building give a really nice loft feeling.

Sometimes it took a bit long for the shower water temperature to heat up.

Wow, this place is really special. Magma Homes covers the 3rd and 4th floor of a early 19th Century building in the heart of Naples. Fully renovated throughout with brilliant artistic finishes within the rooms and communal areas. A wonderful relaxing roof terrace providing views across to Mount Versuvius. And a superb breakfast that we looked forward to each day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, just wish we could've stayed for longer - but we'll be back! Chiara was the perfect host (thank you!), made to feel like one of the family. Wish you guys every success going forward, you deserve it.

The stairs, but v much worth the climb!

Location is really close to the archeological museum, what deserves to visit and not far from a Dante metro station. Supervisor Roberto was really kind and super friendly. You can enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast on the rooftop with a view of the city and Vezuv. Amazing! We didn't make a few planned trips, so we will be back for sure. Thanks for all Roberto and Magma Home staff :)

After an all day wallking it's a really struggle to get back to the room after all stairs on the street and all stairs in the building. Not recommended for older people or people with walking problems.

Really unique vibe, with wonderful staff, and we felt super comfortable there. The roof terraces are an added bonus!

Wow, this accomodation was amazing!! We booked last minute, because another accomodation cancelled on us. The staff were so helpful and friendly- showing us the best places to eat and sightsee. Special mention to Kristal and Roberto! The rooms are so lovely, spacious and clean. the rooftop terrace was the perfect spot to relax and the views were amazing. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer. It was the perfect Naples stay!

We loved everything about it

Host has been very friendly. Roberto (from home's staff) was not only very helpful and friendly but also has been making some cappuccino and scrambled eggs, always asked if we needed any help, etc., etc. He also booked a taxi for us in the morning before the flight back. House itself has very good location, 10 min till the metro station, and also some of sight-seeing places. We loved the design of the flats. Feels like you're in the art gallery, and at the same time, things made comfy. Rooms have air conditioning, and have been cleaned every day. There are also common spaces at the rooftop. It's definitely worth spending evenings there. Looked so romantic, actually, boyfriend proposed to me there.😊

Courtains at the bathroom could be hanged on a bigger hanger. That way, there would be more space while having a shower.

Had to carry my heavy bags up three (tall) stories. My bed was on a loft not easy to access (of which I was forewarned).

The accommodation was beautiful, really unique decor in a lovely building. Roberto and the other staff were so friendly and helpful over the course of our stay. The rooftop terrace looks over the city to Vesuvius and was a great place to relax in the evenings.

The appartment was very nicely renovated and the hospitality from Roberto was exceptional. We will definitely go back if we visit Napoli again.

Everything was great with the place we stayed. The only downside is that Naples wasn't as nicely kept city as we were expecting. Other than that everything was great.

I loved everything but It isn't easy to find and there are many stairs. don't bring too much luggage.

Excellent location with rooftops to escape the bustle of the city, relax on and eat breakfast on with fantastic views. Spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfast including home baked cakes. Roberto and Kristel could not have been more friendly and welcoming and gave us really good recommendations of places to visit and eat.
