The room was very clean and designed beautifully. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly as we had to wait till our flight late evening. They allowed us to use the facilities and even gave us a free coffee. Lovely little boutique hotel. Breakfasy was also great. I would recommend

Genuinely nothing

A fantastic location which puts you close to most of the major attractions in Naples. The metro is just a couple of minutes walk away, the ferry port is 5 minutes walk away, and some of the best food you'll ever eat is literally all around you! The hotel itself was easy to find and check in smooth. The room was spacious, very clean, the bed was large and comfortable. Air conditioning was great too, which was fantastic as it was very hot and humid whilst we were staying. The bathroom was very clean and big too. The biggest positive was the staff. Before and during our stay they were incredibly helpful, both at the front desk and via WhatsApp. They helped us with taxi bookings to an attraction on the first day that we were running late for, and to the airport on the last morning. They were accommodating with extra pillows for the bed, and when there was a problem with the hot water at the end of one long day out, they were quick to fix the problem and keep us informed. For one of the days we had a trip planned to Salerno to watch Salernitana play (apologies to your staff member who supports them as we brought them no luck against Torino!), and we received a lot of help and advice on how to get to and from there, especially as there was a public transport strike that day. All in all, a very pleasant stay, at a really good hotel with some of the best staff.

There was only one thing that was poor at this hotel and that was the breakfast. The dining area is fantastic, up on the roof of the buildings with views of the city and Vesuvius, but the quality and range of food was really quite poor. It was surprising when every other aspect of the hotel was so good. We went up for breakfast as it opened on 2 of the 3 days, and they were already missing some items and others looked like they had been sat out for ages. The eggs and bacon were cold and congealed, we had to ask for bread, and there was a mouldy butter pack. There wasn't a lot of options or much of anything actually. The fruit selection was good though, and was fresh. The yoghurts fine too. If we were to stay here again we would just go out for breakfast as there are so many good options close by.

Great hotel. Located in a very central part of Naples. The staff working at the front desk is incredibly nice and helpful at providing local recommendations for food. They were also helpful in hailing taxi cabs. Breakfast is very good with standard Italian fare of fresh fruits, juices and pastries.

Good spot in Naples. It had a very comfortable bed and would be great for a longer stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. We only spent 2 nights, but if we ever get back to Naples we’d stay.

Loved the rooftop terrace, with gorgeous views of Vesuvius and the piazza below. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and they accommodated our every need. Comfortable room which was made up every morning to a high standard. The air con was INCREDIBLE! TV had a range of channels in lots of languages too. Location was ideal for accessing restaurants, bars and cafes, and was only a stone's throw from both the ferry port and the metro line so we were able to travel easily to close islands and around the city.

Jacuzzi looked dirty and could do with a clean, so we didn't end up using it.

The property was conveniently located for the activities we did. Very secure and considering it’s such a busy city the hotel was so quiet and peaceful. The roof terrace with hot tub was an added bonus and provided a little oasis for a quiet drink at the end of busy days sightseeing.

Hotel staff were very friendly, efficient, and helpful. The hotel was ideally situated for most of the things we wanted to do in Naples. Our room was very comfortable, with plenty of space and a very nice bathroom. Breakfasts were also very good. We will stay there again if we visit Naples.

The rooms and breakfast were outstanding. Everything was kept immaculately. We were in Naples during the football mayhem, and were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the rooms were. a very nice rooftop terrace. we did have to ask several times to open the hot-tub. it was on our last night.

Everything was great: the staff, the location, the size of the room, the rooftop jacuzzi. It was definitely one of the nicer buildings in the area and I liked that there was someone at front desk, I think 24 hours, but at least every time I walked by, day or night. Also, the best pillows of any hotel I've stayed in Europe, which has been many. It was very quiet in the room, even being on the busy street side. AC was clutch! Everyone was super nice.

The shower was way small and the breakfast was a little weak.

very clean and great location. the staff is incredibly helpful. If you want to book something skip trip advisor and other online companies and ask the front desk. they set us up with the most beautiful car and driver down the amalfi coast at half the price I was seeing online. they took care of all the hassle of planning and booking while we walked Napoli and ate amazing food. The rooftop was incredible. we had a very reasonably priced and delicious bottle of Prosecco from the front desk every night for sunset served with little drinking snacks.

I can’t think of a thing that I didn’t like

La ciliegina lifestyle hotel is beautiful. When you get off the elevator it's like walking into a different world from the streets of naples. It's beautiful white marble interior and the staff always say ciao on arrival with a smile. Breakfast was nice with great variety of fruits, yoghurt, pastries, eggs and sausages. The rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and the mini bar fully stock with good prices if you needed a drink. Overall this hotel goes above and beyond for there visitors

Hotel with friendly and helpful staff, who kindly recommend places to visit in Naples. Big, comfortable and clean hotel rooms. The place is in the city center and walking distance from just about everywhere.

A nice short stay in the city center. The room was very stylish and quite comfortable. I liked the view to the Piazza Municipio. Breakfasts were very good, with a variety of items for every taste. The rooftop terrace is worth visiting for its panoramic views (and you can enjoy a hot tub if you like). The staff is very competent and helpful. We loved the location of the hotel, right in front of the metro station, next to the Galeria Umberto I and Via Toledo. Despite being in the city centre we enjoyed a quiet and peaceful stay. And there are many good places to eat nearby, you should definitely try out the restaurant right under the hotel.

The staff, friendly and helpful. Tip: enjoy the view of the Vesuvio from the rooftop terrace. Contrary to the description on Booking, not all rooms are on the courtyard, ours had a narow baclony on the street.

We stayed for six nights in January. The hotel is on the third floor of the building and in an excellent location for sightseeing. Great proximity to shopping, food, and historic sights. We felt very safe walking all over that area of Naples. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. They helped arrange transportation from the airport (about a 20 drive). The included breakfast has a nice variety. We relaxed in the rooftop hot tub and appreciated the thoughtful decor of our room.

The room was a bit cool (for us) the first couple nights so we asked the staff to turn on the heat for our room and that helped make us much more comfortable.

A little bit hidden in a downtown building, occupying the third and fourth floors, we found a real gem. The room was spacious and very nicely decorated with top of the notch mattress, bedding and curtains. Everything seemed new. The manager was very knowledgeable of the city and gave us great advice for food options, directions and transportation. Breakfast was also great and included a nice variety of Neapolitan pastries. It also has a nice terrace with the view of Naples port, and the Vesuvius. Nothing else to ask for!

The hotel was small which we liked, very clean and the rooms were a great size considering it was in the city centre.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like - which says a lot considering I stay in hundreds of hotels each year for work.

The room we booked was lovely, but the day after we arrived my wife tested positive for COVID. The hotel was very accommodating -- they provided me with a separate room at a reasonable rate and helped my wife with meals while she was in quarantine. We found La Ciliegina Lifestyle Hotel to be very supportive during a brief, difficult period.

located in one of the more pleasant areas of Naples close to lots of restaurants, shops and banks. super rooftop terrace for sun bathing plus a small hot tub and breakfast served there too. lovely room with comfy bed, good bathroom and AC. good Wi-Fi very nice staff.

it’s on the top 2 floors of a building in a narrow one way street making it a bit tricky to find ( unless like mine, your taxi driver knows it) access is in a glass sided elevator in a courtyard and signage is on the small side. didn’t like the 2 taps on bathroom sink ( mixer is better) Only velux windows in the bedroom giving no view.
