Fantastic location, amazing breakfast and great quality. Staff were very helpful and absolutely lovely.

Our apartment was really spacious and the rooftop patio absolutely superb, giving us wondeeful 360 deg views.

Great location in the center of the historic area. A great area for street food is only a few blocks away. The Archeology Museum is nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food at the included breakfast is good (except for the coffee). The hotel has several nice common areas. They ask that you leave the key at the front desk if you leave the property. If you lose the key there is a 50 euro charge.

Our room was a slit level with the bedroom and bath upstairs. I just found it odd that there was only one small waste can in the bathroom upstairs. The coffee at the restaurant is very disappointing.

Great property with multiple apartments including fully stocked kitchen area. Contemporary, nicely appointed and very clean rooms with large windows. Our view was of the Bellini Piazza. The common areas were classic Naples with original stone and fountain. Great oasis in the middle of a very busy city. Breakfast was exceptional, abundant and with a wide selection. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We will definitely stay in this Hotel again.

We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the Museum of Archaeology, which is one of the best in Europe. The hotel is very comfortable, with a delightful, shady courtyard where you can relax with a drink after a long day out and about, and it's also where the very good breakfast is served. Rooms are pleasant, if a little sparse. There is a terrific little restaurant right next door called ETTO, that serves fresh, beautifully presented modern food, with no pasta or pizza in sight! We went back again, as it was so good. They give a small discount to hotel guests.

Rooms have only the barest minimum of bathroom amenities, and no tissues or body creams, etc. Not important but an indication that it's something of a " no frills" place! Location suited us, right on the edge of the ancient quarter, but it is very disappointing and disheartening to see how much vandalism (I refuse to acknowledge "graffiti" which somehow implies public art), and litter, even with rubbish bins available. It indicates to outsiders that locals have little or no regard to their heritage or environment. The city has some magnificent historic buildings, so many of which are defaced with filth and spray painted rubbish. There are some reasonably well-kept areas, but the majority of the city (and we explored much of it, and this was not our first visit) is in a terrible state. Very sad.

We read a lot of negative media attention in relation to street crime before we left. It's a shame, if you're sensible and exercise the caution you should always adopt staying in any large city, you will be fine.

This place is lovely and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. It's a beautiful respite from the business of Naples. We felt lucky to land there! Breakfast was fresh, presented in a delicious way, with many options to choose from. There was something for everyone. The outer lounge area was especially inviting. So nice to be abe to eat, and sit outside in such a welcoming space.

The location was ideal, very walkable. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable and huge with a very comfortable bed. The lobby/patio area was amazing too.

Quiet and reasonable size economy room with comfortable oversized double bed. Hot shower. 10 %Discount at nice Mediterranean restaurant next door. 10 minute cab ride to airport in A.M. traffic. Lively area at night. Helpful reception staff who ordered taxi for us in early morning.

The massive amounts of graffiti in the area detracted from the experience but not their fault.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The apartment had a bedroom, bathroom, living area and kitchen. We had two balconies overlooking the city below. The location was perfect. It was in the historic district so it was easy to explore the area. Everything was close and easy to get to. Lots of places to eat near by. Breakfast was great. Plenty to eat with lots of options and if you wanted, cappuccino as well. Lovely courtyard to have breakfast in or sit and enjoy a drink later in the day. The staff was very helpful in every way.

Hotel had a fantastic buzz, atrium is just wonderful with relaxing music. Staff were fabulous, location was great basis to explore Naples. Lots of restaurants very close by.

Cooked breakfast was poor. Sausage and egg just inedible. Coffee, croissants were good.

A bit musty smell and noisy aircondition

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in one of the apartments. The apartment itself was lovely - modern, clean, had everything we needed, and a truly exceptional terrace overlooking Vesuvius and Piazza Bellini. The hotel really is a little oasis of calm in the middle of the action and most importantly with excellent soundproofing! The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Location is excellent, close to major sites and the metro. Highly recommended and we will return!

Excellent location with walk ability to major sites in the historic area, including the archaeological museum, the Duomo, fabulous street pizza, and lively nightlife. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful in planning as well as informative about local, cultural and live music opportunities. The breakfast and the staff in the café we’re welcoming and responsive.

Great location, breakfast was truly enjoyable experience. Freshly baked treats and continental breakfast menu, freshly squeezed juices, herbal tea and coffee, cheese boards and antipasti, fresh fruit, seeds and yogurt. Delicious! We stayed longer than planned. We travelled to Rome, Amalfi coastline, enjoyed the beautiful weather, nature and food!! Car rental service gave us the independence, more comfort and stress free experience.

The location is ideal for sightseeing, our stay was short but we made the most of exploring - Piazza Bellini is perfect for bars, pre dinner drinks & even had music on the Square! Breakfast was fab & Elena was so accommodating with getting me Cappuccinos!

This is the cutest hotel. We loved the wall art and the little courtyard—such a cute space to sit and enjoy some fresh air and some calm away from the crowds.

We loved the location of this hotel. The staff were so nice and helpful. The sitting area outside was so relaxing to sit in for a coffee in the evening. We got an upgrade to an apartment which was absolutely gorgeous with a lovely view.

I really liked cleanliness, location, large offer at breakfast and room organization/size of the room. Kids also received a welcome gift.

The location is great for seeing all sorts of Naples sights . The entrance way / courtyard offers a quiet vibe to relax and enjoy - it is covered so we could sit there even in the rain in the evening and enjoy a drink from The bar. Breakfast is plentiful and varied . The breakfast/ bar staff are helpful and attentive (shout out to Martina who found us some snacks when we had our beer at the end of our day )

The room lacked character - paper cups - wouldn’t take much for there to be some mugs and glasses and more than 1 sachet of coffee . Bathroom good size but shower cubicle very dated and in need of replacement .

The hotel has the perfect location next to the historical center but also close to archeological museum, metro stations, and so many other places. The room was spacious and we enjoyed very much. Also the common places were very nice and spacious enough to sit around and relax from a walking day.

First day we got inside the room we saw that it wasn’t cleaned very good as we found fuzz on the floor.

The breakfast was amazing and probably one of my favorite parts about the hotel. Having a gluten free option was a huge bonus. The staff was very kind and helpful especially one young lady who helped me find gluten free places to eat every evening.

The bed was quite hard and the room was a little small and cold. We didn't have a view because the windows were so high. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint.

The breakfast was very good

The hotel was clean and renovated. The staff was super welcoming and explained everything well. The room was clean and quite big. We were on the 6th floor and we were able to sleep in peace and quiet, far from the noise of the street. The location was great, a 5 minute walk away from the Dante metro station and we were able to visit everything on foot easily.

Right in the centre of historic Naples we were blown away by this beautifully renovated apartment. It was easy to reach via Metro from Napoli Centrale. Beds were comfortable and showers were excellent. Exceptional buffet breakfast and very kind staff made our stay even more pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.
