Hotel Piazza Bellini, Naples

The room was huge we originally booked a double room standard but separate beds weren’t available for me & my grandma so they gave us an upgraded apartment unit & was super nice & big. Very helpful staff was such a difference coming from staying at a nightmare air bnb experience the night before. Thank you! Would highly recommend if staying in Naples :) oh & the breakfast was awesome selection was great.

The hotel was very good.It was close to anything.Near metro station and very safe neighborhood.Good breakfast with satisfying variety friendly staff and warm and clean bedrooms.I recommend it.

Location was wonderful,very nice building, clean room equipped with everything u need. We were 2guests but we received upgraded apartment of 2 rooms, high ceiling ,bright rooms, balcony and a kitchen with all the facilities. Breakfast was tasty,staff nice, value for money,beautiful courtyard and nice view

Hotel so centrally located , right beside the metro etc and the buzz of naples. Rooms quite big spotless clean , breakfast fabulous, hotel in a beautiful courtyard, couldn't have asked for better.

Nothing But a quick note of caution, well aware most cities now have a city tax, but thought the one for Naples was quite pricey in comparison, when added to final bill. Understandable it's nothing to do with hotel, but just to aware.

The location is perfect, so well sited for seeing the city sights, close to the Archaeological Museum, the Duomo, the Spanish Quarter and near good restaurants. It’s a very quiet situation but we visited in January. A summer experience could be different. Wonderful breakfast with plenty of choice.

Perfectly situated in central Naples and extremely comfortable. Close to the metro and non-touristy restaurants and the Archaeological Museum. Delicious breakfast!

All the hotel facilitates were very good.

To improve the experience the breakfast must start earlier. Because most organized tours begins 7.30. Some of the rooms are like a loft with stairs to toilet. It could be dangerous for some persons specially at night.

Beautiful and comfortable. Good location in walking distance of some sights and just a block from metro and Hop on bus. On a lively street with lots of restaurants. Very good breakfast and they allowed me to take a sandwich for later. Staff was wonderful.

They had a small café with only outdoor seating, a bit chilly in winter. Also the menu was very limited. Beds were a bit narrow, unfortunately common in Europe. I did roll out onto the floor once. I learned to grab the edge when I turned over.

I was given an upgrade, and my room had a fantastic view. I’ve stayed here several times over the years. I love it. The location is convenient to shopping, the heart of the old city, and hip, youthful nightlife. You’re five stops from Napoli Centrale. You’re 3 blocks from the archaeological museum. Up the block is a bus to Capodimonte—15 minutes. Breakfast is a good deal.

The hotel is in a great location—close to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Close to the subway (e.g. Dante station). About 20 minutes to the airport by taxi, which cost €24. Friendly and helpful staff - really great people. Delicious, varied breakfasts, great organization throughout the hotel. The room was very clean and prepared as requested. Very quiet, you can really relax after a whole day. Everything you need is on site. Additionally, there is an atmospheric café in the patio. A very comfortable facility, I highly recommend.

Great location within walking distance to important sites. The hotel was quiet and there was no street noise in spite of being in located near popular student cafes. Lovely breakfast, comfortable, modern, clean room. Helpful staff. Covered courtyard for relaxing.

Hairdryers installed in the bathroom were useless as they cut off after 20 seconds (safety feature). The reception provided regular hairdryer on request.

The simplicity of the decoration, clean, functional and pleasant, the kids loved the split level room, breakfast was great although a little crowded, staff were very helpful, luggage was stored after check out for free, the view from the balconies was fabulous with a beautiful palazzo courtyard garden just behind the hotel, super central location, no noise from outside in the back rooms, comfortable beds, strong shower. All in all it was a great place to go back to after exploring the city!

Perfect room and location. Beautiful building and nice staff. They were able to arrange a last minute transfer from airport on the very same day of a national strike. Breakfast was correct with many options. Piazza Bellini is fun and fantastic. Do not miss the aperitivo time! Nice farewell gift for our daughter.

The service and location was excellent.

The Hotel is in excellent location. Very clean. Good breakfast . Walid and all the dining room staff are very friendly. Erika from the reception is nice and efficient.

The hotel staff at the reception were friendly and spoke good English so communication wasn’t an issue. The room was big enough for four of us and had ample space for a dining table which doubled up not only for meals but family table games.

I didn’t realise that housekeeping was payable which I thought, at this price, should be included, comparing to the other venues we stay at in Rome.

Beautiful sanctuary in the hart of Chaotic but charming Naples. great location walkable to everything. Wonderful breakfast. Loved the room on courtyard all the updates but still had the historic charm and character. There was nothing I would change

Most of the staff were lovely and very accomodating. Breakfast was nice. Our room was lovely and airy but hot. Apparently if you turn on the air con and go out the door, it switches off. As it was a room for 3 of us that doesn't work. We ended up opening the windows (which also affects the aircon). Be warned, bedroom is up a steep staircase. But shower, bathroom etc very nice. A bit m ore light at night might be good.

The room we had was above a cafe restaurant that remained open most of the night with the consequence that the sound of talking and occasional loud laughter continued right up to dawn.

A beautiful, modern and clean hotel in the heart of Naples. Considering the noise, traffic and bustle of Via Toledo is only a short walk away, the hotel is located in a small quiet square away from all the noise. The rooms are modern and well equipped. The courtyard area is particularly nice and a lovely place to sit and have breakfast. Breakfast was really nice. There are several options to eat/drink in close proximity of the hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay in this hotel and cannot fault the facilities. The only negative comment relates to the cost of the airport transfer booked through the hotel. We had booked 1 night in this hotel before our morning flight home. When checking in, the receptionist informed us that there would be a taxi strike the next day which would impact our journey back to the airport and offered to book a transfer for us. We decided to go ahead with the transfer and when asked the price, the 3 staff behind reception had a debate (in Italian) on the cost, and without looking up any systems, finally quoted €100. At the beginning of our trip, we had paid €115 for a 50k journey from Naples Airport to Sorrento, so €100 for a 5k journey from Hotel Piazza Bellini to the airport seemed a bit excessive but because of the strikes we felt we had no option but to avail of it. We appreciate the higher demand during taxi strikes that may cause price increases, but it still felt a crazy amount of money for a 10 minute journey.
