Hotel Piazza Bellini, Naples

Our room was fantastic, having been upgraded on arrival to an apartment with a roof terrace and spectacular views of the city. Good breakfast and we loved the location on the lively piazza.

This was a wonderfully grand place to stay. We were given an upgrade to an apartment and it had huge windows and lots of light. It was perfect to eat breakfast in the courtyard. And staff were very helpful.

Great location and very peaceful in a typically louder area of town! Close to city centre! Really enjoyed my short stay here!

An oasis of calm right in the middle of the exuberant life of Naples. Beautifully maintained. Staff always available and helpful, organising taxis, train times etc. Walking distance to many of the main attractions.

We loved it and most rooms were not street side, ours was but the evenings bar noise didn’t bother us and soon quietened.

All the staff from reception to breakfast side were extremely kind and helpful. Hotel’s design, dublex room, breakfast and the location were wonderful. I think the hotel deserves more praise than it deserves.

Not enough hot water in the mornings

We liked everything. The grand building of hotel. The very charm garden for breakfasts and for snacks and drinks. The room was very well equipped with everything which can be needed during travelling. The breakfast is particularly good. So many choices, so many delicious things. It is so delightful to stay in hotel with 24 hours front desk. The staff was brilliant in order to help and organise excursion, order taxi and so on. We would like to thank you so much for our pleasant stay in this cozy hotel 🤗.

Our room on 6th floor had high windows so could not see any view - felt a little claustrophobic

The room was a perfect fit for a family of 4. The location is excellent and surprisingly, the room was quiet at night given that the area is busy! Breakfast was excellent and had a really good variety of things to eat. Delightful over all.

Fantastic central location close to the historical centre of Napoli.

The location was fantastic and the air conditioning was amazing (if you've been to Naples in August you'd know this was a huge plus). They also were able to arrange flat fees for taxis to common destinations (wharf, train, etc) which was really helpful. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was large compared to most European bathrooms I've seen. Even though there were lots of bars/restaurants around that were busy and loud, when we were in our room we never heard it. The courtyard was also beautiful.

Staff were perfectly pleasant and when I asked for help I received it, but I definitely wouldn't say anyone went out of their way to make us welcome. Other than that, no real complaints.

Perfect location - close to some great restaurants & attractions. Tucked away so rooms were quiet.

Great location, the Piazza Bellini itself a green and relatively calm square in middle of the bustling old town. It came to life in the evening though. Very nice. Also close to many attractions, and also a few steps away from the Spanish quarters and the Toledo shopping street. Appartement was incredible spacious. Lovely to have a drink on the balcony above looking down on the square in the afternoon. Nice-working aircondition.

No making of beds and (quick) daily steadying unless paid for. Separate entrance from hotel, with one single old-fashioned key – and also one single old-fashioned key to appartement - made it unpractical for our group to come and go as we pleased. A bit strange/slow way of ordering/receiving food/drinks in the lounge area. These things made it feel more like "just" an appartement than an appartement HOTEL. The lounge area itself was very nice though, and the staff (especially the day shift) was pleasantly helpful enough.

Central location around restaurants and shops. The property was clean, well kept and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast food was good and the restaurant very clean. Rooms a bit small but very comfortable and clean. Bathrooms spacious.

Power kept tripping off few times, Aircon stops when the power trip happens in the middle of the night. Wake up in the morning with it off. Bedside lamps not working -bulbs dead possible due to the power tripping.

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. Air con in the room was effective in the heat.

We arrived at night and unfortunately our taxi driver wasn't very good and found the hotel difficult to find. If arriving after dark I would suggest contacting the hotel in advance.

On short notice the pleasant staff got us the rooms we needed. Breakfast was excellent. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Place clean and quirky. Tastefully renovated old building. Air con good.

Hardly anything really

The room was great except the shower wasn’t designed well and water would get out and make the whole bathroom wet. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were friendly. Location is good too.

Breakfasts were delicious. The courtyard lovely. Piazza and garden plus venues very friendly. Very dirty with rubbish everywhere which is a shame.

Super outdoor area to eat breakfast. Location was very quiet with super views of the Napoli port and Mount Vesuvius. Breakfast was good with good choice but the best was the location to eat it in.

The staff at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The decor was very stylish and fun; it had a really cool feel. We were pleasantly surprised that the loft had two bathrooms so that we didn't have to walk down stairs in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. The location is great for walking around Naples and seeing major sights. We used it as a stopover to visit Pompeii, which was very close and truly amazing. The sfogliatelle at breakfast were delicious. The AC and wifi worked well.

There was really nothing negative about our stay here. It's a very cute hotel in a great location.

Fabulous location on the edge of bustling Piazza Bellini, with loads of food, drink and entertainment options as well as the old city right on the doorstep. Our apartment that was wonderfully spacious and comfortable. The breakfast in the atmospheric courtyard was delicious. Staff were super friendly and helpful, offering local advice and organising taxi transfers.

We had no complaints, it was a perfect stay.
