The young woman receptionist was always pleasant and helpful, and after our checkout she excelled when my taxi left my wife and me at the airport without my backpack which was still on the backseat. We got a taxi back to the hotel where she called the taxi office and retrieved the bag from the taxi driver who returned it to the hotel. Seriously delayed by this point she ordered a new taxi for us and back we went to the airport where we were just in time to catch our plane. I cannot recommend her highly enough for her efficient response and also the hotel's reliable taxi service.

Very walkable location, staff was beyond friendly and accommodating with assistance for anything we needed. Apartment room was very spacious and clean! Breakfast was delicious and lots of options. Would highly recommend staying at this property!

Fantastic breakfast

The location is excellent - close to the metro, museum, duomo and so on. You can walk to many places from here. The area looks a bit seedy, lots of graffiti, but as far as I saw all of Naples looks like that. The breakfast was very good - a good choice of fresh food each day. The recption staff were helpful in recommending restaurants around the area. There is a nice courtyard where you can sit at breakfast, and have drinks, lunch, etc.

The shower could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a big deal.

The location was perfect. Breakfast in the courtyard was nice, with a good selection of breakfast items and coffees. Room was clean, and we had a small balcony overlooking the piazza. Hotel staff was were very pleasant!

Great location - close to the metro (which is so easy to use - just tap on your credit or debit card, but don't forget to tap off at the other end). The breakfast was excellent - and the staff so friendly and helpful. They will also help you to get a taxi for the airport or station for which you will not get ripped off! For a great restaurant nearby (in Piazza Dante) do try Al 53, especially if you like seafood.

Room furniture and bathroom fixtures relatively basic

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The outside area for breakfast was beautiful and felt very relaxed. The location was good - just a short walk from the national archeological museum, metro station and lots of good restaurants and the area around the hotel felt safe to walk in late at night.

We did have a few problems with the air conditioning but it was resolved immediately by staff who were very helpful.

The room, especially the bathroom, must have been renovated in recent years but the furnishing looks a bit old.

Excellent location. Really spacious duplex room with a double on the ground two singles at the top. Two great bathrooms. Lots of storage.

It was a brilliant location with a gorgeous courtyard. It was freshly and cheekily decorated, simple but really effective. We had all we needed. Staff were lovely and friendly, really willing to help. The breakfast was gorgeous!

Rooms a little tiny, but still comfortable

Great location in the historic center of Naples. The room we stayed in was well set up for longer stays, as it has a small kitchen and a lot of functional storage space. The atrium area was a pleasant place to have a drink or just hang out.

The rooms are pretty minimalist and could have used a little more artwork to warm them up.

We only stayed for 1 night because we were getting flight from Naples the following day and so only booked an economy room...still it was clean and functional. The other rooms in the hotel looked lovely. The 2 girls on reception were really friendly and helpful and the location was EXCELLENT!! Right in the heart of the historic centre of Naples. We wish we had booked a longer stay and will definitely be returning to that hotel.. Also we had a few experiences of being over charged by taxis in Naplea but the hotel will ring a taxi for you and there is a clear and standard charge so that helped! There was a great breakfast provided as well.

Excellent location, close to metro and many bars and restaurants. Upgraded to a triple room with extra room which was nice. Nice breakfast with some gluten free options available. Central courtyard was very nice to sit and relax with drink and food options. Would recommend.

The location, staff and accommodations were perfect! It was so wonderful to just walk out your door and everything I wanted was there, from sites, food and a lively atmosphere. The breakfast selection was also impressive and the staff there were so nice.

Lovely courtyard with snacks and spritzes all day which is great for cooling down away from the chaos of Napoli. Rooms were very clean, we had no issues with anything at this property. It is located opposite a lively square that has musicians playing which was a nice vibe. Very close to walk to the essential Napoli pizza street. Great location for a quick visit.

Location was excellent with great views of Naples Bay and Sorrento although wouldn't recommend to anyone that are maybe not as active or elderly as quite a walk into Sorrento although there is a bus service

The Hotel and staff were great although certain parts of the Hotel for example the stairs and halway carpets need a freshening up and rooms could benefit from refit

The location was wonderful. You are right in the middle of the historic district, just a block from the archaeological museum, which was our target for this trip. We also easily walked to the two food tours we booked. The breakfast in the courtyard was super!!

Perfect location in Naples, easy to walk to many key sites, located on a big piazza but amazing windows that kept out all the nighttime noise! Federica at the front desk went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Breakfast was fabulous with abundant, delicious options. Elevator was spacious and fast. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

Several front desk staff tried to push the restaurant next door to us when we asked for dinner recommendations and couldn't offer other options which was odd. But Federica came through in the end!

Our apartment was really spacious and the rooftop patio absolutely superb, giving us wondeeful 360 deg views.

Great location in the center of the historic area. A great area for street food is only a few blocks away. The Archeology Museum is nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food at the included breakfast is good (except for the coffee). The hotel has several nice common areas. They ask that you leave the key at the front desk if you leave the property. If you lose the key there is a 50 euro charge.

Our room was a slit level with the bedroom and bath upstairs. I just found it odd that there was only one small waste can in the bathroom upstairs. The coffee at the restaurant is very disappointing.

Great property with multiple apartments including fully stocked kitchen area. Contemporary, nicely appointed and very clean rooms with large windows. Our view was of the Bellini Piazza. The common areas were classic Naples with original stone and fountain. Great oasis in the middle of a very busy city. Breakfast was exceptional, abundant and with a wide selection. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We will definitely stay in this Hotel again.

We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the Museum of Archaeology, which is one of the best in Europe. The hotel is very comfortable, with a delightful, shady courtyard where you can relax with a drink after a long day out and about, and it's also where the very good breakfast is served. Rooms are pleasant, if a little sparse. There is a terrific little restaurant right next door called ETTO, that serves fresh, beautifully presented modern food, with no pasta or pizza in sight! We went back again, as it was so good. They give a small discount to hotel guests.

Rooms have only the barest minimum of bathroom amenities, and no tissues or body creams, etc. Not important but an indication that it's something of a " no frills" place! Location suited us, right on the edge of the ancient quarter, but it is very disappointing and disheartening to see how much vandalism (I refuse to acknowledge "graffiti" which somehow implies public art), and litter, even with rubbish bins available. It indicates to outsiders that locals have little or no regard to their heritage or environment. The city has some magnificent historic buildings, so many of which are defaced with filth and spray painted rubbish. There are some reasonably well-kept areas, but the majority of the city (and we explored much of it, and this was not our first visit) is in a terrible state. Very sad.

We read a lot of negative media attention in relation to street crime before we left. It's a shame, if you're sensible and exercise the caution you should always adopt staying in any large city, you will be fine.

This place is lovely and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. It's a beautiful respite from the business of Naples. We felt lucky to land there! Breakfast was fresh, presented in a delicious way, with many options to choose from. There was something for everyone. The outer lounge area was especially inviting. So nice to be abe to eat, and sit outside in such a welcoming space.

The location was ideal, very walkable. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable and huge with a very comfortable bed. The lobby/patio area was amazing too.

Could do with more hooks and coat hangers for clothes!

Quiet and reasonable size economy room with comfortable oversized double bed. Hot shower. 10 %Discount at nice Mediterranean restaurant next door. 10 minute cab ride to airport in A.M. traffic. Lively area at night. Helpful reception staff who ordered taxi for us in early morning.

The massive amounts of graffiti in the area detracted from the experience but not their fault.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The apartment had a bedroom, bathroom, living area and kitchen. We had two balconies overlooking the city below. The location was perfect. It was in the historic district so it was easy to explore the area. Everything was close and easy to get to. Lots of places to eat near by. Breakfast was great. Plenty to eat with lots of options and if you wanted, cappuccino as well. Lovely courtyard to have breakfast in or sit and enjoy a drink later in the day. The staff was very helpful in every way.
