Good location to train station but streets are not safe be aware of the people always

Check in was smooth but turned out the staff lady gave me the card but didn’t check me in on the system, so I lost the room and was changed (downgraded) from a 4 person room to a 6 person room and smaller:(

Location is convenient. Staff is helpful. Facilities are nicely organized.

Nothing to dry the bathroom wet floor.

Great location. Quite comfy beds. Shower was brilliant.

Whole place was overheated and rooms were so hot. Could only open the windows a Crack and had a lot of noise from the street. Bar never seemed to have a bar tender when I popped down for a drink.

The hostel is very close to the train station, and checking in and out was pretty easy.

It had nothing to do with the place, really. I just think that hostels in general are not for me.

The location was very good. The curtains in the room were very effective in blocking out light and noise from outside, and the electronic lockers were a great feature of this hostel. The kitchen facilities were good.

Lot of loud music and sounds from the road is loud unless u close the windows which prevents lot of air circulation.

Noisy. The private room with two beds faces a noisy street. Windows don’t eliminate the noise.

Its basic, nothing special; the location is advantageous but a drawback as well; the location and the surrounding is a bit dingy; if you use it for sleeping at night, then its fine

Nothing specific. Being a hostel with 8 sharing room, there is bound to be some disturbance.

It was very close to Munich station. Our bathroom was inside the room.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable compared to other hostels ive stayed in and it was very expensive for a hostel

Staff was very friendly and responsive. Bathroom was ok. I like the living space at ground floor and a locker with room card detect was awesome because i do not need to use my own lock.

I was aware to put on and off the bed sheet and everything my own but when it comes to the moment, just thinking it would be great if it can be done by hostel as I used up all my stamina to travel all day and just wish to lay on a bed that was ready. My shared room is facing the main street, i cant stand the noise coming from the street but the window of the room have to be open to ensure the air circulate, so much conflict.

There is a seating area in the lobby with charging sockets, there is a kitchen and a bar, a young people's atmosphere. The bed is very comfortable, the place is clean. The room was well lit

The price is a bit high for the value, but that's probably because of Oktoberfest. I didn't get a towel on time. There was no soap in the shower, only by the sink outside the shower doors. People were snoring in the room... They insisted that I wear a bracelet that proves I'm a hotel guest, that's how it is during the festival, they said

The staff are amazingly proficient and on-the-ball. Great group!

Great facilities including kitchen. Lovely staff who reserved me a bottom bunk as I was coming in after midnight due to travel connections. Great location near train station and groceries.

Not to do with the building, but a noisy room mate who rattled plastic bags for over an hour in the morning before everyone got up.

Loved the shared space, the fact that you can leave your leftover food for others is very sweet and sustainable. Free lockers are a big plus. Very close to metro, train station and old city

Location is central and very near to Main train station, easy to commute S-Bahn,U-bahn, trams .I walked almost everywhere in the city for sightseeing except to places that is further away, i need to get a day ticket that allows me to use the bus, trams, metro, train etc.. I was in a 6 per female dorm..Spacious enough room to have your bags/ luggage with you. Have charging point in each bed. Alot of Arabic/ African restaurants/ shops nearby.

No bed curtain for privacy. Room is hot in August with only one fan! Window can be slightly open with a gap, not enough air to cool down the room.If open fully, you get noise from outside. Bed mattress could be firmer but i did sleep ok.

The room had a good size, it was comfortable. The locker with incorporated key was a good feature. The kitchen had free tea, and the common space is nice. They have a place to leave the luggage after the check out, that was nice.

The kitchen is open from 7.30am to 22h. If you want to get a glass of water or have a tea outside those hours, you need to buy, that's not good. The area around the main station is a bit shady but it was ok. I don't know if I'd have felt secure if I was out until late at night being a woman alone.

The bathroom was in the room with 6 women so it was convenient. The common area was pretty. There is a bar onsite which is convenient, though I didn't have a chance to go. Good location!

A really, really nice place! It was my first time staying at a hostel, so I was a bit nervous, and everything went smoothly. I did my check in at 12pm, and although they didn't have my room ready yet (which was expected, as check-in is at 2pm), they gave me access to the storage room and a key to go to the toilet! I stayed in a female-only room and the room was spacious, which a big table and two fans. You even get a key to a locker! The beds were really comfortable and they even had a night light! I was lucky enough that everyone in my room was really respectful, so I did not have any problems with noise. The common spaces were really nice (I didn't have time to check them out, but they look like a good spot to meet people) and the personal was top-notch! Special shutout to the lady who speaks Spanish (No pensé en preguntarte el nombre!) who was incredibly nice and professional. The location couldn't have been better, as it's right in front of the main train station, but I can understand why some people may find it unsafe.

The only thing that I think can be fixed is by adding curtains to the bed: in my room we all had to improvise with either towels or clothes. That is everything that can be fixed!

Everything was quite good. I love the attitude of the staff that are ready to help, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the roommates were great too

The location was convenient as it's close to the main station, but it did not feel completely safe in the evening because of unfriendly-looking people on the streets. It is better to return to the hostel a bit earlier

It is a good, well run, clean hostel.

It's very close to the train station, which is its greatest strength and its greatest weakness. The people on the streets close to the hostel are pretty rough. Luckily, the clientele seemed pretty good.

There were cleaning people coming everyday cause when i got there the bathroom was dirty and made me think it's how it'll be little did i know that it was the person who i found there who made it messing.

The elevator was soo small and i had three big suitcases i had to take one or two at a time and squeeze myself there

Breakfast wasn’t up to the basic standards.

It is located in a great locations. The facilities and spaced were are pictured and described.

I would have appreciated curtains around the bunk beds for more privacy.

Location wise it's great if you need to catch some early morning trains. Nice staff.

Noise outside til 3am and Brits and their,"sieg heil" they were so abusive rude german too it got very personal the behaviour was disgusting they know they not allowed to do that.I dont even know them .I came to get away from their abuse.they were rowdy foul mouthed abusive quite frankly obnoxious abusive rude guests.very very racist.8n street no one could fleep.cslled police innend .they should practise what they preach its been going on for decades this stslking lying caling liar and the outspoken hatred.I hope they are banned permsntly from coming here.esp after what they did to us I wanted to get away from them.they were horrible cocky smarmy and as police said just nasty .this time in telling them bescheid,.smashing glass was alarming too.and their foul language a Ghanian woman also complained in another hostrl considering i suffered assaults abuse in another hostel linked

The hostel is located right outside the main station and very close to the city centre, which was a plus, because I only stayed in Munich for a day. The shared areas were well equipped and clean. Overall, it was a great experience!

Excellent location, just outside the train station where is also a 24h market inside. The hostel is not very far away from the marienplatz.

The weather was very hot during my stay and there was no air-conditioning, there was just a fan in the room, so we had the windows open but there was a lil bit of noise coming from the outside.

Staff very helpful, good sized family room, great laundry, good fun bar. Great central location.

It was immensely hot, very small window opening, one fan, noisy at night. This is not the fault of the hostel! It is a hostel with very reasonable rates and lots of happy young people!

Great people cheap place to stay. Extra points if you like strip clubs and gambling.

Location is amazing and so close to the hauptbahnhof! Rooms were super clean (tried the 6-bed room). Didn't try the breakfast there but it's around 9 euros per person. Staff was friendly if I take an average. I liked the common area which had AC but it closes at 11pm (maybe keep it open for longer)

Even the location is amazing, sometimes it's too loud at night so you have to close the windows while going to bed. But that's the dilemma because if you close the windows, the room gets so hot (August at least) that it's unbearable. I would appreciate if they upgrade to have an AC set up because the loudness may not be under hostel's control.

Very good hostel. It’s a very big operation so lacks some intimacy.

Breakfast has limited variety of optional and juice is available at extra cost.
