Amazing location. The complimentary drinks in the minibar (refilled daily) were a generous and thoughtful touch. The room was huge and very spacious, with plenty of storage.

The air conditioner was very noisy and didn’t cool the room effectively. Water pressure in the shower was weak, and there wasn’t enough hot water for two people to shower consecutively. The cleanliness could be improved. I even spotted two cockroaches in my room during my stay. Breakfast felt overpriced for what it offered.

Location! We were away for a night and the hotel allowed us to keep some luggage at the hotel. They offer a free mini bar to every room.

This feels more like a hostel rather than a hotel. No lobby, no hotel facilities - very strange experience.. The room is a bit dark and there is noise from the outside.

There was no aircon in our room under the roof. It can become very hot in summer. The rooms have wooden floor, hence you hear a lot of the neighbours stomping, trampling and kids jumping or throwing luggage pieces. You could also hear neighbours showering or flushing the toilet. We used their valet parking and got the car back with huge scratches on the side door. Unfortunately we saw it only when we had left as we were in a rush…. Bad luck - probably also not the hotel’s fault

Outstanding location directly adjacent to the Viktualienmarkt in central Munich. Walking distance to all of the sites, beer halls, etc. Hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Really liked this hotel and will return in the future.

I never had hot water in the room. Only warm, at best. I reported the problem to the hotel on the first morning, but they were unable to fix. On the second morning, they offered me a different room, but it was too late for me as I departed the following morning.

Super cosy room with funky lighting options, fab shower and comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Complementary Gluhwein and stollen in the reception area. Perfect location for visiting the Christmas markets.

Our room was a little smaller than I would like. The fact that the one wall was slanted made the room much smaller.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great location. Gluwein and stolen at reception were a nice addition. Staff were very helpful. Included minibar was much appreciated.

Hallways of hotel were a bit drab and ‘brown’. Bathroom was small.

To have the bedroom next to the bathroom is not good.

Very comfortable, modern, clean, great location, bed was very comfortable, free mini bar, excellent shower. We were able to control the temperature of the room very easily. Our room was extremely quiet so we slept well. There was a little welcome tray with mulled wine and stollen which was lovely.

The breakfast wasn’t great. They ran out of plates and when I asked for one was told they didn’t have any more. This limited our choice of food from the buffet as we could only eat from a small bowl or a paper napkin. Also the tea and coffee arrived long after we had finished eating. The tables stayed with dirty things on for a long time before things were cleared away. There weren’t many seats around the bar and in the evening we were told we were not allowed to sit at one of the restaurant tables which were in the bar area, even though there were many empty tables so we had to stand until some seats became available at the bar itself

Great Location. Clean. Lots of Space. The location is amazing, easy 8-10 minute walk from train station. Right off the river and square with restaurants, shops and cafes. Could walk everywhere. Safe and felt comfortable walking at night. The flat was very clean. Had washer, large bathroom with walk in shower, full kitchen, open floor plan - everything we needed. Lots of space and storage for your bags. Felt very secure. It was quiet , unless you had windows open but even then was not loud. Highly recommend.

We liked everything no complaints. Just an FYI: there is no elevator, if you are on the top floor there are 70+ steps to climb. If you have a lot of luggage or issues with steps - this may not be for you unless you are on a lower floor. We did not have a problem but you should be aware.

It's very close to everything I wanted to see. All kinds of restaurants are around us. Amazing location. Smart control in the room. The heating system is wonderful in side the rooms .

The size of the rooms. Some rooms are outside the building in an open area where it's very cold. But this could be an advantage during spring.

Room was lovely. Free mini bar was nice. AC and lights easy to use. Nice ambiance in hotel.

Breakfast lacked for the price. Some English stations on TV would have been nice. The hotel bar was closed on Sunday at around 10pm which was a surprise.

Great location in the old town near to the Xmas markets so not far to walk . Staff were very helpful with our question re trains etc. The restaurant was always very busy and buzzy in the evenings.

The rooms were very modern & comfortable with a free mini bar but it had a light panel that never went off so the room was not in total darkness for sleeping . Pillows were far too soft need to have a hard pillow option .

Everything was clean and uncomplicated

Room ventilation was a little loud and the toilet door next to the bed, a glass door with a gap, not quite comfortable if your partner lays on the bed.

Super location. Main centre of attraction Marienplatz is just next door. Overall amenities in Hotel as well as city as such is too good. Super safe city. Would visit again. On the negative side, taxi fare is quite exorbitant. Travelling by metro is always preferable.

The breakfast was very good, the location great, the staff friendly and helpful. Our room faced the inner courtyard (hof), which was good because we leave our window open at night (quiet except Friday and Saturday).

The bed was a bit too firm for my 80kg taste, I like it when my hips and shoulders sink in a bit.

The room was very spacious with a nice decor. The bathroom was modern. I liked the large windows overlooking the quiet back area. It looked out onto other apartments, but this was not an issue.

The air-conditioning was not effective and though there was supposed to be a kitchenette, there were only 2 small coffee cups and 2 water glasses. There weren't any plates or bowls, wine glasses, spoons etc.

The front desk staff was absolutely excellent and were very, very helpful. The location was fantastic and is right across the from the market. Walking distance to just about everything in central downtown has to offer. The mini bar also had drinks that were free with the hotel stay. This hotel is great for a one day stopover, but I'm not sure our room would be a good room for long term. The elevators are small, and getting luggage to the room is rather complicated and difficult. However, the hotel did have a Bellman to help with the luggage and also valet and park the car. Most everything downtown shuts down on Sundays, so beware of that day.

There are mirror halls and maybe a little bit dangerous for some people.

wifi was spotty and not working on first day(they were working on upgrade) and elevator did not work on last day ( not good for someone with stage 4 cancer in lungs)although staff carried my luggage I had to climb up and down to 3rd floor.

Quite pricy but think affected by Adele being in town. We paid for 2x superior double rooms with ‘courtyard view’ but they were almost subterranean and overlooking bins and an air conditioning system. The very dark balcony outside was also accessed by a third room which had its door wide open - so didn’t feel safe (we were travelling with teenagers). We asked to be moved and they did do this to rooms that were higher up which we preferred, which was very helpful. We were however charged the same room rate, even though we are not sure they were or the same price point / standard . Eg our room had no robes/high end toiletries while our kids rooms did. Our initial room had free fruit/snacks etc - our second ones didn’t. Appreciate this sounds nit picking especially as the mini bars are free, but our stay was not exactly cheap! Overall was good experience though.

Excellent location and professional friendly staff. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning which wasn’t great, however, it was an extremely hot weather during our stay and most facilities had the same issues. The bed can be better. But all in all it’s a great hotel which i will definitely stay there on my next visit. Thank you!

The location of the hotel was perfect for Munich centrum. The room was well furnished and comfortable, silent, good air conditioned. Internet connection was very fast and easy to use. The breakfast was a little expensive but good enough.

The kitchenette in the room is useless. And tv channels would be better.

The hotels position was wonderful - across the road from the market and easily walkable to the heart of the town and public transport

A bit overpriced.

Location for sure. The hotel is located just next to the Viktualienmarkt, so we got easy access to various kinds of local food and drinks, as well as of many tourist attractions. The rooms are very tidy, clean, and one even had a mini kitchen built inside the cabinet. All the staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very essential for the prices, but I understand Munich has the highest living costs in Germany.
