Great location

Could use an iron in the room.

The front desk staff was absolutely excellent and were very, very helpful. The location was fantastic and is right across the from the market. Walking distance to just about everything in central downtown has to offer. The mini bar also had drinks that were free with the hotel stay. This hotel is great for a one day stopover, but I'm not sure our room would be a good room for long term. The elevators are small, and getting luggage to the room is rather complicated and difficult. However, the hotel did have a Bellman to help with the luggage and also valet and park the car. Most everything downtown shuts down on Sundays, so beware of that day.

There are mirror halls and maybe a little bit dangerous for some people.

room was perfect for one, clean and amenities (free mini bar)great!

wifi was spotty and not working on first day(they were working on upgrade) and elevator did not work on last day ( not good for someone with stage 4 cancer in lungs)although staff carried my luggage I had to climb up and down to 3rd floor.

It was in an excellent location. Breakfast good. Beds comfy. Rooms modern and clean. Free mini bars!

Quite pricy but think affected by Adele being in town. We paid for 2x superior double rooms with ‘courtyard view’ but they were almost subterranean and overlooking bins and an air conditioning system. The very dark balcony outside was also accessed by a third room which had its door wide open - so didn’t feel safe (we were travelling with teenagers). We asked to be moved and they did do this to rooms that were higher up which we preferred, which was very helpful. We were however charged the same room rate, even though we are not sure they were or the same price point / standard . Eg our room had no robes/high end toiletries while our kids rooms did. Our initial room had free fruit/snacks etc - our second ones didn’t. Appreciate this sounds nit picking especially as the mini bars are free, but our stay was not exactly cheap! Overall was good experience though.

Excellent location and professional friendly staff. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning which wasn’t great, however, it was an extremely hot weather during our stay and most facilities had the same issues. The bed can be better. But all in all it’s a great hotel which i will definitely stay there on my next visit. Thank you!

Room was not the size we booked We booked a business double and got a business single spoke with the staff and nothing was done to correct it Either a different room or a partial refund Air conditioning in the room was not effective Refrigerator did not work And breakfast was overpriced at 30 euros

The location of the hotel was perfect for Munich centrum. The room was well furnished and comfortable, silent, good air conditioned. Internet connection was very fast and easy to use. The breakfast was a little expensive but good enough.

The kitchenette in the room is useless. And tv channels would be better.

The hotels position was wonderful - across the road from the market and easily walkable to the heart of the town and public transport

Location for sure. The hotel is located just next to the Viktualienmarkt, so we got easy access to various kinds of local food and drinks, as well as of many tourist attractions. The rooms are very tidy, clean, and one even had a mini kitchen built inside the cabinet. All the staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very essential for the prices, but I understand Munich has the highest living costs in Germany.

Nothing negative from our point of view, we would stay here again, although it was quite expensive.

The lift broke twice during our stay which was a little annoying on the warmer days.

Breakfast buffet was in a small U shape area, so only comfortable for a couple of people at a time. Small range of food.

The location honestly is unbeatable. Highly recommend this as a base. Rooms are a good size, and there is a nice bar downstairs. Staff are very friendly.

The room was not properly cleaned (only the bed was made and the dustbin emptied). No amenities aside from shower gel and shampoo were provided either which was odd.

The rooms were awfully hot. We put the air conditioning to the lowest setting and the room was still so hot . This was for both our rooms51 and 511

I personally did not like the bed. They have very firm mattresses. Some people like firm mattresses, just my personal preference, I don’t.

It was really overpriced (games starting Jun. 14???). Also, attention about booking rooms on the backside of this hotel, there are glass ♻️ dumpsters. Folks are throwing glass bottles regardless of the time of day AND night... The rooms have good acoustic insulation but not even enough to cover the noise

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well kept. The overall location is great for tourists.

Room cooling wasn't great but temperatures outside dropped so having a window open was perfect.

The location is the best. The great outdoor market and beer garden across the street and a few blocks to the central square. And yet the room was guiet.

The room is a bit small with a couple of stairs to the bathroom. Just be careful at night. We would choose the hotel again.

At check in was told I had been upgraded to a better room that originally booked . That was definitely not the case. They gave us a room on the ground floor to an annex building in the back of main hotel. As we walked down the corridor , a terrible smell of food. Once we walked into the room , the sliding doors on the room overlooked a patio where people stood outside to smoke . We explained to the check in guest relations that this room was not acceptable since we couldn’t even open the curtains for privacy and non smoking reasons. The guest agent gave us another room 1st floor, facing the Victialinmkt market. This room was better in the sense that I could open the window and at least not have people standing directly outside smoking. However, it was not the room I had originally booked (missing was the small sink; wet bar,, and microwave) . Room was warm, AC did not cool very well, and at night you can hear cars, sirens, etc.

Breakfast was absolutely not worth €30 per person unfortunately. It was very average. Luke warm eggs, bacon and coffee. Very little fruit. Selection was “ok” but not really worthy of the price I would say.

Minibar was complimentary, (although no wine, only beer & soft drinks). Within easy reach of MarienPlatz & historic Munich. Lively ViktulienMarkt just across the road for a relaxed stroll, breakfast & Sekt.

The blind to was broken that let the light into the room. Room rate expensive this should have been fixed. The shower glass needed cleaning, as it has calcium on the glass.

The room is nice, the location outstanding. The valet parking is a real help, this alone would be sufficient to take this hotel again. The staff is extremely helpful.

Our room was overlooking the Viktualienmarkt. This is of course nice, but very loud at night. What we did not like is that the breakfast is extremely expensive, 30 Euro per person is definitely too much. There should be some alternatives to the buffet, like just a cup of coffee and a roll which one could offer through the menue, like many hotels in the US do.

Location is perfect, staff was kind.

The heating in the room was not working in a cold december, we told reception to fix it, first they said yes there is problem and there is no other available room. When we insist then they changed our room.

Great location near the food market, old town and Marienplatz. Room was well sized for 3 people. Staff were very helpful.

very friendly help from reception with any of our questions or requests. Our room was very large and quiet and the location is just perfect. The breakfast very great too with lots of choice - overall a very nice hotel - we will be back
