Invoicing system should be more quick

Unusual old colonial house - needed a bit of TLC. Quite grubby and tired in places . Sat by the pool all day but nobody came abc asked if I wanted a drink or anything ☹️

Great location, lovely staff. Room was a bit small compared to other hotels we stayed at in India but Mumbai is more expensive

The staff are very helpful indeed and assisted us in sorting issues we encountered which were not to do with the hotel. The rooms are very good for this price point, and the hotel is well located for many of the sights of Mumbai, as well as the central train station.

The breakfast room is quite compact, so at busy times there is a wait for a table. The room can also get quite warm if you’re seated away from the AC units!

Location great, always felt safe. The roadworks do cut off one end of the road but there are plenty of footpaths and alternate routes. Staff are a highlight, couldn’t do anymore. Plenty of complimentary tea, breakfast, even a room for us to wait in for our middle of the night flight - no charge. We used the airport pick up and driver waited for our very delayed flight. Pushkar and the team were great. We are so impressed and so glad we picked this spot!

Some elements in the room are a little tired but we were more than happy.

The hotel and staff are very welcoming. We were very comfortable during our stay at Residency. Concierge Rajesh was very helpful and kind. We highly recommend this to all travelers because of its location and the staff.

The location of hotel is in a prime location with near to 3 major train stations. So the location is nice it’s just that the neighbourhood is a bit iffy

The location is very good. The continantal buffet breakfast was varied and abundant and the staff cheerfull and attentive.

Room too small

The property is very close to most of the tourist attractions. The staff is very nice and courteous. They even helped us with early check in. A big shout out to Rajesh who helped us book a cab to the railway station. I highly recommend this place.

Good location, everything else was average at best

Noise from metro construction, room was in an attic (stairs after elevator), low ceiling was a bit claustrophobic, wifi connection wasn't great
