Location was good I didn’t spend more time to evaluate

Staff were not that extra friendly in measuring them with other Indian hotels in Mumbai

Room and facilities were OK. Breakfast too was good, though menu was fairly limited.

We had stayed in February and had a partial sea view. I had requested that this time, wasn't granted, no explanation or apology offered even though I was a repeat guest. I had booked a double occupancy room on Booking.com. My wife was always to come with me, so why would I book a single occupancy room? But bizarrely, reception staff insisted that I had not, not once but several times. I showed the booking.com confirmation showing double occupancy but I was still not believed. Really poor quality reception staff this time I have to say (this wasn't so when I had visited in February). Rooftop bar info given by reception was wrong. When I went there - they said it was closed for a private party. The hours for the bar on the rooftop seemed really limited and not friendly for hotel guests at all.

Happy hour was less than happy. 2 for 1 but extra for the tonic in a G & T & no wine. $6 for a small can of tonic. Think it was a little bit of gauging.

I had a room on the 2nd floor (east facing corner) and it was terribly noisy. This despite me requesting a "quiet room". The culprit, apparently, was the restaurant above me, with furniture and such being moved at all hours of the day. Other than that, I thought the bathrooms could use an upgrade.

Excellent location across the road from the bay and perfect for a morning or evening walk. The hotel lobby is impressive. Lift to you floor were cool too. Breakfast was with a view and tasted AMAZING - so much variety and everything was fresh. The room was comfortable and a good size. Bathroom may have been on the smaller side but it had a bath and all the utilities.

The rooftop had a pool but there was construction on that floor.

Bed size was king as claimed but was smaller than a queen size . No daily newspapers .

Our room did not stink which was relieve (almost everything in mumbai do). The room was also pretty large in comparison with other hotels I have visited yet and was also clean. Staff at the hotel was always helpful and nice. I would like to stress that we even had a separate work room (desk with chair) in the separate room, which we really appreciated.

The swimming pool is parody, hotel bar is a scam (prices are insane even for europeans)...We were also not pleased with the dirty curtain in the bathroom (nothing terrible, but for the price I paid I would not expect it)....I would also aprreciate if the hotel would consider to write allergens on the labels at breakfast.

The staff and service were perfect. The receptionist Ms. Shradha and Ms. Farheen very cooperative. Ms. Farheen arranged, and made my wife's birthday perfect, thanks to her. The breakfast was perfect and well spread.

Extremely well Maintained place staff was courteous .Food , service & other facilities are good .The team specially baked fresh fruit Cake for my wife on her bday it's was delicious. Even extended check out timings on my request

There was a lot of choice at breakfast and the staff were very kind. The beds were comfortable and the view from our room was lovely.

The wifi service provided was not great. The connectivity was poor, and only two devices could connect per room. Tis was all rather old-fashioned and undewhelming.

Good communication in advance. Proactive and generous response to our hassle with airport pick up. Staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Large selection of vegetarian foods on buffet breakfast and evening buffet. Large room with attached office room, very comfy beds and great shower. Airport Pick up (organised in advance via hotel) was a no-show and we had to chase the driver up twice.

The breakfast quality has lost its class that it had a few years ago. Needs to be vamped up and some variety needs to be added.

We liked the views from the room and the dining area of the sea. The beds were comfy and the room was very spacious with everything we needed. We were delighted as the hotel kindly upgraded our room free of charge. The area was safe and the security at the entrance gave us a piece of mind. Everyone was checked and bags screen before entry. Excellent service! All staff were pleasant and kind.

I thought the breakfast was expensive and would have thought it should have been included in the price we paid for the room. We booked 3 days before we arrive though. Nonetheless, the breakfast was good and had a nice variety!

The rooftop terrace was great and had views of the whole of Mumbai. Rooms were nice, comfy, spacious and clean. Location was great. I always stay in the three major hotels in this area when staying in Mumbai. Nice walk from the hotel to gateway of India area. Very central. Security on this hotel is very good and is never allow people just to walk in without bags being put through the scanner. All staff were very friendly.

I had a couple of issues with my key cards not working properly.

The location is excellent. We had a sea facing room and the hotel is right on the walkway which comes alive at night.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Comfortable bed. Good size room with a a good desk for working. Nice bathroom. Good room service. Good food and drink options with the Restaurant and the Pub and cake counter on the ground floor. I had a city view room - still quiet and pleasant.

Swimming Pool a nice feature. But would opt to use if not on view to one and all. Otherwise nothing to dislike.

Location of the hotel is fantastic. If I am with family on holiday in Mumbai always prefer to stay at the property. Rooms are good. Breakfast is excellent.

I was very disappointed that in a room sold for 3adults there was only a standard-size double bed and ,after our insistence, a foldable metal frame with a very hard surface and a 3inch thick foam so -called mattress was provided as “bed” for the third adult.It was most uncomfortable.It caused back ache to me.Such a room should never be advertised as a room for 3adults unless a real 3rd -person bed is provided.

The Adjacent rooms we requested for were given and the food we ordered was also good.Location gets full marks.

Inspite of a pre-booking the second room was given after a waiting period of one hour.The room was clean but the washroom dustbin was not cleared and on calling the staff twice also it was not cleared till the moment we left(that is the next morning).

We booked the least expensive room in the room choices online. We expected it to be better. it is very small for the price. If we would come again, we would upgrade.

The architecture of the building was lovely in the foyer and the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast had a great selection with lovely sea views from the restaurant. The hotel bar on the ground floor is charming and the rooftop bar and pool area is the perfect spot for the sunset.

The decor was ever so slightly tired in the rooms, but it didn't bother us. Same goes for the roof top. It's not fancy but it's charming and a lovely spot to chill above the hussle and bussle of Mumbai.

roof top pool was closed for events and when open didn't feel inviting and little dated. I had issue with the on-site currency exchange and the front desk staff weren't able to assist even though it mentions they have currency exchange as a facility.
