The staff were very kind and helpful. A special mention to Mihir in the catering area and Sarojni who cleaned our room. The hotel was impressive, breakfast had a great variety and the facilities were brilliant.

It was disappointing that the hotel was located close to what looked like a slum due to no fault of the hotel or its staff but it does not give a good impression.

Breakfast was good, good choice. Nice chef, nice staff and very helpful.

Pok and chicken was side by side and I even saw only one fork that are moving between these 2 dishes. I didnt mention this but no care was given, after several complaint then they decided to put it at a Pork Station. I hope It will remain the same.

Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, staff were very good, slightly early checkin wasn't a problem at all. Room was nice but had some kind of smell, needed fresh air in the room otherwise all very good. Chinese restaurant served excellent food.

All good apart from Smell in the room. Road coming to hotel had lots of road works so it was kind of putting someone off but hotel is nice.

Room service was great as was the people at the front desk. Sara in the lounge was exceptional too! I came here for a solo trip and couldn’t have been happier with the service I received, the room and the staff accommodating to my needs.

I loved everything about this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are exceptional. I made use of the pool and leisure facilities which were excellent. The room was a big size and well laid out with a bath. The hotel bar was well run by the staff. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel again.

breakfast buffet as always on point daily, fresh, and variety. Several Staff very friendly and service is prompt. Ramesh very welcoming. Rooms were not interconnecting as requested, booking.com made me book another room unnecessary, away from my children and partner instead of allowing me to book a deluxe room 2 adult and 2 children. the hotel had no problem with that.

the fact I spent extra for a room that was not needed in the first place. not Hyatt's fault but booking .com online booking facility.

The staff was super friendly and professional. Very clean hotel and the facilities were great. I tried the spa and it offers many different treatments for a reasonable price. The restaurants inside the hotel were also very good. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

The location is ok, it’s a little bit far from downtown Mumbai, but if you don’t mind 30 min drive it is also a nice way to see the city. We enjoyed the location as we visited also other neighbourhoods like Bandra and BKC, Chembur so it was quite convenient. The location selection really depends on how much time you spend in town and what you want to do and see. The pillows were a little bit too soft, but the positive thing is that we had 2 big ones each.

Breakfast was busy! They said to come before 9 to avoid queues but that was hard with tired kids The pool area was lovely and staff were all very nice.

The hotel was difficult to navigate with no single map or list of facilities. Some QR codes were available for different facilities but none were intuitive or comprehensive. The breakfast was good but on one occasion we were moved to Soba due to lack of tables and the service was rubbish. Waited a long time to get freshly cooked items and most arrived cold. We had buffet dinner one night which was overpriced and disappointing. Some base sauces made up several dishes and options were not as wide as proclaimed. We had a better experience at Global Fusion for half the price. Our suite/apartment was beautiful and very comfortable but no basics such as salt or oil or dishwasher/washing machine soap. Not even a tea towel in kitchen!

Hotel is grand, like its name. We were upgraded to a patio room. Rooms and bathroom are spacious, with all necessary toiletries included. Breakfast was very vast and chefs were on hand to cater for my dietary requirements. We had supper each night at a different restaurant at the hotel and the food was fabulous. The porters took too long to come when we were leaving and they gave us a complimentary ride to the airport to apologise which was sweet.

Room service is slower than would be expected so they could work on that. One night we asked for milk quite late and they undertook to send some but it did not arrive. We could not get hold of them thereafter.

No seatings infront of conceirge or check in that’s not convenient at all while waiting to be on line having bench or chairs customer friendly.

I loved how all the staff were very courteous, smiling and helpful. It gives such a positive vibe. The room was very well maintained, bed and pillows was very comfortable. I slept like a baby. Breakfast was really good.

The signage /direction for the pool should be better. There is no place to hang your jeans/ clothes in the room.

The approach to property is very dirty and slum like. Not desirable for a premium hotel. Breakfast was very average in terms of food quality - not cooked as well for instance like Hyatt regency in Delhi. Dosa/omeleetes not very tasty. Service of SPEED was outstanding - he did his best to get us what we needed.

Undisturbed sleep was challenging. On 3 nights there was a wedding/party, one night the music played well beyond 1am. On another night many people gathered in the room next to mine, ordering food and making a lot of noise together. Everyone should be more considerate

Have stayed herr numerous times, but this time it was exceptionally good. 1. I checked in 5 hours before the stipulated time, they generously offered me a room with no waiting. 2. I ordered room service food twice with lots of customizations, everything was perfect 3. Raju at Laundry service is excellent 4. Breakfast was great 5. Room was clean and perfect

Beautiful upscale property with exceptionally friendly and kind staff. They graciously accommodated our request for an early check-in. The breakfast was great, and the location is convenient—just about a 15-minute drive to the US Embassy. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable stay. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, making it perfect for both families and business travelers. We will be coming back again in future :)

I had a truly wonderful 3-day stay at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai. Everything was perfect, from the overall quality and comfort to the impeccable attention to detail throughout the property. What stood out most was the warm and genuinely service-oriented attitude of the staff. Every interaction reflected professionalism and care. I would like to make special mention of 2 individuals who made my stay particularly memorable: Mr. Rajnish Pandey, one of the hotel managers, whose personal attention and proactive efforts at breakfast each morning ensured guests were happy and well taken care of. His genuine hospitality made a big difference to my overall experience. Mr. Deepak from the housekeeping team, who maintained my room with exceptional cleanliness and freshness. Each time I returned, it felt as though I was stepping into a brand-new space, spotless and beautifully cared for. Thank you to the entire Grand Hyatt Mumbai team for such an outstanding experience. I look forward to returning and will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai.

I know it's not fully within the control of the hotel but the immediate roads outside the hotel are terrible. Would be nice if the hotel could request to have it sorted, as it spoils the entry and exit experience of guests when roads are in such bad condition.
