Location is good, close to shopping and restaurants. Staff is great but could be improve in doing follow ups for certain issues that needed attention

Aman from room service was excellent. So attentive and comitted to his job . Really great.

The first new ght , i got jolted from my sleep thinking there was a earthquake. But at 1.30 it was a event of IFFA that were using bass speakers meant for outdoors and disturbing every guest . Crazy really for a hotel of this callibre .

The staff were really sweet and nice. I would like to give a special shout out to Cedric from the concierge who was really helpful and went out of the way to help me out. Over all a great experience. would come here again.

The spa facility could be improved. the Time I was visiting, the hotel was also hosting a wedding and all the wedding guest were seated right outside (and some also came in the spa) the spa and the gym area which was kinda awkward for both the wedding guests and the people using the spa. The hotel staff/wedding organisers should block out the area or have staff present to inform the wedding guests.

The breakfast choices and variety were absolutely amazing – there was something to suit every taste! The room was superb, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic experience!

What I didn’t like? The sausage and bacon! I can live with the streaky bacon, but those pale, white chicken sausages looked like they’d been abducted by aliens and brought back… :-) Definitely not up to your usual high standards. Proper sausages, please!

Breakfast was great. Expected more variety but did we have breakfast on the executive floor and not in the main dining area because the main area was full.

We stayed in an apartment, it was not very convenient to come and in out of the hotel from the apartment. Multiple lifts ect

The hotel has good facilities, including a nice pool and a well equipped gym. The breakfast buffet was particularly great and the staff was polite.

Location-wise, you do have to get through quite a bit of traffic to get to the other regions in Mumbai but this is nothing the hotel itself can control.

The breakfast spread was vast and the crew was amazing. Overall the hotel staff is polite and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean.

The room designs are quite ordinary. Especially the bathroom design is quite bad. No locks or closing doors. The shower area has no curtain or glass door, and this water quite often pools and overflows into adjacent areas. Location is far from airport. Not an airport hotel as claimed. One of the two rooms we booked had a bad odor which no one looked into. The corridor also smells and is not ventilated properly. Overpriced.

Attentiveness of the staff. Breakfast also had good options.

Television options were limited for a hotel of this quality e.g. no YouTube and limited English channels

Rooms are very tiny. Seems more like a business hotel than leisure. Huge property but no garden area cafe where gusts can take a stroll or sit. Price is high compared to the property.

The cleanliness and the food. Also the staff friendliness. They were very helpful.

The location is a bit far from the main malls and markets.

Extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed. It’s clear that this is a labour of love… from the impeccably appointed rooms to every accessory and detail, everything has been thought through, which to me is what luxury actually means (not gilded taps and door handles). Breakfast each morning was excellently prepared as well. The gardens were beautifully manicured, and the surroundings were quite peaceful, perfect for a nice walk around the area. The hosts were really gracious and friendly, and were always available when needed.

Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Clean dining hall, lovely staff, Well presented, lots of variation for all cultures. Particularly loved the mushroom tart

My only complaint would be I had to ask for a tea spoon every single day. You should leave these out near the yoghurt and fresh fruit in case people need them

The location

I have stayed at this property many times earlier. This time I had booked a room with club access. Club access means an exclusive space with clear additional facilities such as refreshments and beverages. This was as far from that as possible. The club lounge here was an open space with absolutely no privacy or exclusivity. The refreshments had some very sad looking cookies and no there was no tea or coffee offered. The staff was more interested in selling you stuff than anything else. Even getting a bottle of water took 20 mins. Very disappointed with the service and felt cheated. Two of the three restaurants were booked for private events and I could not find lunch at the property. Have stayed at many Hyatt properties earlier including this one but my experience this time was very disappointing

Cellini restaurant was very very disappointing. Service very poor and waited an hour for food to be served. Staff did not provide any side plates at all. Food quality poor and fish with spinach was cold and fish had a very strong fishy smell which puts u off. Prawn linguine was tasteless and again totally cold and tasteless. Totally waste of money and bad experience on part of a good hotel

Great location if you need to be in the vicinity of the airport. We got to the airport in under 10 mins at 6AM! Great property. Staff are very attentive and polite. We asked to get our room a bit early because we needed to dress for an event and they were able to give us the room which helped us a lot! :) The room is well equipped with everything you need for a super comfortable stay. Even at the time of checkout early in the morning they were ready and quick so we could catch out flight on time. Will definitely come back to stay at the Grand Hyatt again!

My Child was not able to attain Breakfast due to Time Zone, but every day was suffered to take something to my wife and daughter at room and two times was refuse, normally when breakfast was included so attest some small Breakfast for child should have delivered at room.

Breakfast spread was vast and delicious. Loved the hospitality extended by the staff. Very courteous and helpful. Although the area was full of guest but not even once we felt lack of food or service. Super impressive how they treat each of their customer with utmost care and respect. Never experienced such services at any other hotel so far. Front Office being bit exception but not bad either. Housekeeping phone was not always attended to promptly. we had to call several times to get through.

Not happy with room that we were provided as view from window was quite dull. We requested multiple times to change the room with better view but front desk couldn't help.

There was cockroach in my room on second day. I shared the picture to staff and talked with front desk as well. Not expected from 5 star property like Grand Hyatt. Further, one front desk staff was arguing with me for payment for food I ordered in room. I was explaining him that I already paid my room rent and also gave Rs 10,000 advance. Still he was arguing and very aggressive in approach . Finally after 5-10 minutes of talk he understood what I was saying. This was not good experience

The hotel felt a little tired. Bathroom design where the shower had no door was very strange

The bed and pillows were too soft. Maybe something more firm that will not hurt back and neck will be good. Probably they can ask for guest preference at the time of checkin.

The room should have had a weighing scale and refreshments in the room refrigerator. There was some noise from the top floors due to some construction activity

The pool was the best thing for me and my family. The temperature was ideal .They offered free upgrade which was very useful for my family.The breakfast was great.

The taste and portion size of food didn't deserve the price tag . Five stars usually give a generous portion with impeccable taste. They didn't know how/what a Spanish omelette is.

The location is central and easily accessible. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a great spread fresh, tasty, healthy options.

I booked 2 rooms that specified balconies, since these are such a rarity in Mumbai. But the hotel reception told me this was a 'problem on booking.com' and that the bookings were for rooms without balconies. They finally allocated one room with a patio since there were no balcony rooms available, but we had to adjust to a room without a balcony in the second room. We went through this entire discussion again when I extended our bookings by a day. It was extremely frustrating to deal with this broken communication between the hotel and booking.com in the middle of a hectic work trip!

The room was clean and comfortable. The washroom was neat. The location was convenient. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The stay was peaceful.

The safety locker in my room was not working. I had to call to reception multiple times to get it rectified.
