Hotel Grand Hyatt, Mumbai

The quality of the room was very good. The dinner ordered was very nice.

There was some noise upstairs due to some construction and coffee maker was not working properly however the kettle worked fine.

Came for two days to relax but the maintenance noise in the room totally messed up the stay. The hotel didn’t even informed while allocating the room. Would never recommend anyone. Worst five star stay!

It was close to the airport. Accommodated our late check-out and then some and very attentive.

Older rooms but not a huge or distinguishable dislike.

The swimming pool is nice although I expected to go to the pool that I was looking at from my room but turns out it’s for the residents not hotel guests, kinda confusing for us, but we were happy with the hotel guests pool as well! Very clean! The breakfast is nice, staff is sweet, coffee is amazing, the restaurants inside are great! Specially Cellini and the waiters from Cellini were thoughtful and attentive! Give Cellini waiters a raise! Too sweet! Made me smile!

I went to Hyatt Jaipur and the staff helped me out with every little thing, this property is too big and I got lost so many times. Nobody helped us with the bags, they didn’t gave me a tour like the Hyatt Jaipur staff did. No welcome drinks or anything! Although the staff was nice and helped when asked but just not as attentive as Hyatt Jaipur, the room service was great and staff was friendly and sweet with us! So no complaints just comparing both the Hyatt staff members. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re older and don’t like walking. We walked so much but it was fun for us. Might not be fun for people with knee issues or older people. The hotel is huge! believe me when I say that!

The location is quite far from mumbai city center. However it is very close to airport.

Some club room require refurnishing.Noise due to functions and repair in hotel.

The staff and operational managers were really good and friendly. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. If there's any problem with anything in the room, they do their best to take care of it. Also, the complementary fruit plate was very sweet of them. I think they do that to everyone staying there, but nevertheless we appreciate it.

I didn't really like the smell of the towels when you dry yourself after bath, not so pleasing. Also, maybe they could keep the swimming pool a little more clean. Breakfast timings during the weekend is till 11a.m but yesterday exactly at 11a.m, they started taking everything down without asking us if there's anything more we need. That wasn't really nice.

The hotel was grand and very nice. The breakfast was great, nice selection.

Could not get access to the terrace because the door was broken and when asked, the engineer didn't arrive which was disappointing.

The breakfast room was amazing, food variety was exceptional and staff were excellent.

I did not like the spa experience, this facility needs an upgrade, change rooms were not clean, and staff need to be trained better.

Noise at weekends from a local nightclub until 3am

There was plenty to like about the staff, who were very nice and cordial. The security and people who helped us with luggage should especially be mentioned as they helped us very much getting bags in and out of our cars and taking them to our room. The cleaning team was also fantastic and very sweet. On our last day they left us rose petals and some rose soaps, and arranged our bathroom amenities nicely. The laundry team also deserves a mention. They did a fine job making us feel as if our dirty clothes magically reappeared clean! The breakfast was included which was nice and also was quite large and there was lots of variety. Especially since I’m a vegetarian, I never felt anything lacking.

The only thing I’d say they can improve on is the carpets in the rooms. They had spots and were obviously dirty from much before. Ofcourse this is not the fault of the cleaning team nor the staff. Perhaps they need to replace them. This is the only nitpick. Everything else was nice.

Breakfasts were very good with plenty of food items. Bedrooms were spacious, also the lounge and kitchen. All the hotel staff were friendly & cooperative.

Dining table should be larger and stronger.

Friendly staff, and super clean. Pool and spa facilities all excellent.

Restaurants were expensive compared to the quality of food served.

There were lots of mosquitos around in the room, restaurants and also the gym. While this is unavoidable, it would be nice to have more mosquito repellant devices around the property.

Quiet, staff always on hand to assist with anything. Pool area relaxing and clean Exceptional breakfast, everything you could wish for

The prices in the hotel restaurants were far too high especially with taxes added on. It prevented us from eating 'in-house'

Good spacious rooms, nice food. Must try the Italian restaurant. Excellent chef. Very spacious lobby, good for business meetings.

Room carpet needs a change. Room light switches were difficult to understand. Took me 25 minutes to get the hang of the switches .. still the toilet lights remained a mystery.

Works in the neighboring suite at 1 am

The buffet dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Pool was very nice.

Mosquitos a lot around pool area and also in room. The staff at reception were not aware of the half board basis and were arguing that the hotel does not even offer half board. We were requesting to confirm which restaurant to go to. Room booked with balcony but allocated one without.

Very comfortable stay, location was good, easy to get Uber to hotel, very courteous and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet spread
