We booked a presidential suite. So the room was definitely huge. Loved it. The breakfast was good. Went to the spa also. It was quite relaxing.

The penalty for smoking in the room weren't mentioned earlier and they charged me with the room rent for the day + taxes which I paid obviously but not justified. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

The room, the rooftop restaurant, the breakfast, the gym and the pool are really great. But what I found amazing is the service. Everyone from the concierges to the waiters at Aer (the amazing rooftop bar) go the extra mile to make sure you have a fantastic stay.

Renovation ongoing, which means to real lobby. But the quality of the restaurants and gym/pool/spa easily makes up for it.

Great location, good size rooms, very good food! we enjoyed our stay.

-All staff are very polite and welcoming; this includes housekeeper, lobby staff, luggage attendant, dinner staff, and airport shuttle driver. -The bed and bathroom are very comfortable to use. -Breakfasts are excellent, (great taste, just the right amount, and good variety). -I especially love the Hotel's WhatsApp chat, it is very convenience way to make any request; the Chat response staff is even able to give good sight-seeing recommendations when asked.

The room's WIFI is quite slow. While it is not unusable, I expected better from 5-Star hotel.

Room, while large was poorly lit. The toilet, phone handset and the safe did not work, but were fixed promptly.

Customer service was exceptional. Especially guest relations, Sanket . Check in was made so easy after a long flight. The standard of the room was great and the cleaning staff excellent.

Property food was excellent and the way they are presented matters a lot. Gym and spa staff were excellent as well as front desk staff were very helpful. Gym Senior trainer Mr pranay patil guided us properly for gym

Property bed is very small as they mentioned that king size bed but it was not like other 5star properties

I've never stayed at a Four Seasons so wasn't sure what to expect, but the customer service, room size and finishes are impeccable. The staff was so friendly, helped answer any questions and were absolutely lovely people. The room was spacious and after 2 weeks on the road in India, the shower was a dream of hot water and amazing water pressure.

The only thing we wished was a bit better was the water flow in the tub. It took well over half an hour if not more to get 2/3 of the way filled. Most tubs take 5 minutes or so but this was insanely slow. Temperature was fine but this was our only issue.

Noisy nearby marriage hall kept blasting music late into the night which caused issues in falling asleep but the staff helped move us to another room with little to no noise

We got upgraded to a newly renovated room and the room and bathroom were spectacular. The attention to detail was amazing. Very comfortable and luxurious. The staff were very polite and helpful. Everyone from the front door staff, reception, housekeeping, restaurant and rooftop bar. Good service all around. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Mumbai!

The breakfast restaurant is too small for a hotel of this size. We had to wait for a table in the morning.

Lovely big room with a great view but the interiors are a little tired and the food and drink very expensive.

Best service ever! Chaity treated us like royalty! Amazing rooms with beautiful view. A true 5 star hotel! From now on, I will only stay in Four Seasons while visiting Mumbai!

Amazing hospitality, utmost care taken to treat us beyond our expectations at all times! Loved the rooftop restaurant AER with breathtaking views of the city with lovely music! Thoroughly enjoyed in room dining options customised as per our taste! Super amazing pool and steam facilities. Much needed break for us as it was just what we wanted 😃

Staff were beyond excellent. Concierge was able to help with everything. Breakfast had a great range and was always delicious. Our room had nice features.

The staff was extremely polite, especially the bell boys, in room dining and valet staff. The rooms are new and very well done. His and Hers basins is always a plus. Enjoyed our stay here. Great views from the 11th floor.

The hotel is perfect. The management is excellent.

I liked the modern decor and the room size was decent. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Staff were very helpful. I liked the fact that when I asked for a car for the day it was readily available. It came with WiFi so that helped me stay connected.

I had arranged for an airport pick up and after a couple of messages giving my arrival details the car was not sent. Apparently someone missed my messages. The hotel upgraded my room and waived the charge for my trip to the airport but the stress caused by this error dampened my initial experience. Breakfast selection in the restaurant was not extensive and the quality of food was not what I would expect at a four seasons hotel. When I wanted to make a local call from the room I was told that this is not allowed, that I had to come down to the reception and ask them to make the call for me. In 2023 I find that this is totally unacceptable.
