Excellent service and one of the best so far (even better than taj mahal palace on some aspects)

Location is ok but uber is easy to get.

The Four Seasons Hotel is one of my favorite hotels, and I experienced this firsthand during my recent trip. My thanks go to both Mr. Nabeel Paloba, the Director of People & Culture, and Mr. Aashrit Maheish, the Front Office Manager. They were both highly professional and courteous, and they treated us to dinner during our stay. They also understood the reasons for our early departure due to personal circumstances.

The lobby area is very small, but they are developing another one and it will be ready soon, according to what they told me.

The staff made the property! The facilities and outlook is incredible and honestly the staff were exceptional and so welcoming. They went above and beyond in every level and were so accommodating. We have travelled a lot but the staff at this property were absolutely incredible and made our trip and experience to Mumbai amazing.

The hotel was full during our stay which was a little hectic at breakfast. However, the staff made up for it where they could which again is credit to how the hotel is run so well.

The best hospitality experience! The staff anticipated my needs and made my stay absolutely exceptional. Lucy - SPA, Samrin - Hotel manager, and Aishwarya who draped my sari, made me want to return to India and to this hotel again!

The location is very convenient and easily accessible, saving travel time by being near places you need to go. Staff are helpful, courteous, and professional, making guests feel valued and well-cared for and succeed in creating a comfortable, secure, and stress-free environment for its guests.

All the employees were super accommodating and the hotel was in great shape, room was very nice. They helped me with touring suggestions and purchases and the spa was excellent.

The breakfast was amazing with courtious well trained staff attandance. The amenities were of exceptional quality. My altime favorate Bose speaker in the room ............ stole my heart but it was only in the room which i received on second day stay in anotehr room.

The very first day we checked in it was late than expected time, however the process was quick and smooth. But as a couple we received double occupancy room rather than 1 king size bed. Upon request it was not changed on first night. However next day in the evening the room was shifted to single occupancy king size bed. This was disheartening for us.

Super comfortable rooms and amazing facilities, incredibly kind and efficient staff

I loved the staff, very friendly and extremely helpful always having a smile on their faces and they always greet you and make you feel like kings and queens…our check in was so smooth by Aayush and his personal welcome card with my great dessert was the ultimate personal touch.

Half of it was under renovation, we got the old room…

The views were amazing and everything is quite accessible from the location.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai as a solo traveler and felt exceptionally well looked after throughout my stay. The staff took great care of me, and I didn’t miss a thing. The rooms are of a very high standard, with extremely comfortable beds. Overall, there’s really nothing to criticize. The rooftop terrace with its bar is definitely worth a visit as well – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the city views.

There was no clear information provided regarding the username and password for the complimentary Wi-Fi. It would be helpful if this was communicated more clearly upon check-in or displayed visibly in the room. Additionally, it would enhance the guest experience if details about chargeable and complimentary amenities were outlined in advance. For example, whether bottled water is complimentary up to a certain amount (such as 1 litre per guest), and if tea and coffee-making facilities are included or incur an additional charge. These may seem like minor details, but better clarity would improve transparency and overall satisfaction.

Entry area for cars coming in and going out too small and too congested and always met with hooting of cars behind no matter how quickly you unload

The location was excellent, the staff were wonderful and made the effort to know who their guests were and greet them by name. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom products were a lovely touch. The selection at breakfast was fantastic. Overall a wonderful stay with little to dislike.

The overall experience was amazing, the staff was truly exceptional, they helped me out with whatever I needed. My room was super clean, spacious and nice! We also visited the rooftop bar, which offers an amazing view and great food & drinks.

The service was beyond anything I have seen at any hotel or resort globally. Every single person we interacted with helped in a way I couldn’t even foresee. Special thanks to Anas at Aer rooftop bar and Sara at the Concierge. Truly above and beyond service.

The staff was really thoughtful and accommodating. They assisted me with getting a reservation at Aer, which was a wonderful experience. They also assisted me with arranging a pickup of some packages and other extras which really made a difference in my stay. They were thoughtful about my gluten allergy as well. And they were attentive to my feedback to the spa team and overall responsive to my inquiries and needs. I greatly appreciated it!
