Location, Location, location.. Staff very professional, very friendly. The Art installation is fantastic.

Not enough electrical outlets

Excellent location! Appreciated the complementary coffee and freshly baked croissants for breakfast. LOTS of artwork throughout the hotel. Valet parking was convenient.

The rooms are dated. Bathroom was small compared to room size and overdue for renovations (probably why hotel web site has no bathroom photos). Room, despite being spacious, only had a desk chair, no soft seating for relaxing.

Everything! What a fantastic hotel in a great location. We had a fabulous room and such a comfortable bed! The bathroom was a good size with a great shower. Really happy here. Even provided pastries and drinks for breakfast which was unexpected. Great find!

Location is perfect for old town. The hotel.is cool and the room was perfect. Love the vibe.

Needs to have a shelf or something under the sink in bathroom. Not much shelf.space.

Great location, very friendly staff, loved the free breakfast croissants and coffee. The funky art on the hallways makes the stay bright and cheerful.

If I had to add anything, it would be adding a few items for breakfast, like yogurt and boiled eggs, or baguette and cheese.

Hotel was amazingly decorated and very cosy vibe with shop, bar and breakfast room, each room with its own character is just very eloquent.....

It was fun, well located and artsy!

We had a party of 7 rooms on various floors and the artwork is fun. The staff and accommodations and location are exceptional

Nice for hotel to offer coffee and croissant before you start your day. If you require a larger breakfast there are many places in the area.

Had to request coffee all days. Cleaning didn’t quite make it to the room.

The breakfast was just the perfect way to start the day. The pastries were very fresh and the coffee was superb (and I am a coffee snob)

It would be nice to be able to purchase some light snacks directly in the hotel.

The bathtub seemed to be a little clogged or at least it wasn’t draining very well. Also this is a bit not picky but I wish there was an electric kettle in the room to boil water for tea.

We love this hotel -- an interesting old building in the old town with a fabulous art collection and a lovely and comfortable lobby area.

Location, staff & b/fast (croissants, coffee & OJ) were excellent. Lounge was comfortable to retreat to for reading, b/fast etc. Art throughout facility was eclectic. Premier King Suite Room was spacious, clean & King sized bed was comfortable.

Website photos of room weren’t accurate. We rented king suite for 3 adults based on belief the 2 rooms were separated by a privacy door. There was no door & no option to change rooms or add screen. This made changing/sleeping/watching TV awkward. Pull out couch wasn’t comfortable. Springs/support poked into back because mattress was thin/old. Tile floor in bathroom was freezing.

Outstanding location. Very fun and energetic property with loads of eclectic artwork. Staff was accommodating, and there was plenty of nearby parking. Cute in-hotel souvenir shop. Very clean rooms and bathrooms despite their age.

The room we stayed in needed new carpet, and the tub/shower had jets that were grimey. I don't know why they lie about having a "gym" (two treadmills in a dark basement) or a "bar" (you can order wine, sure, but you have to track down an employee to give it to you); both of these spaces would be better serviced as something else.

The staff was amazing! The room was so spacious and very clean. Maybe the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. The location was perfect and the valet parking made it so easy. It was really a perfect stay.

There is not anything we did like about this hotel.

The property was good , one but only one of the employees wasn’t very friendly she didn’t want to throw us Check in earlier which is fine but the problem was that she helped others to check in earlier

Lovely hotel and well located. The art everywhere is not disappointing… absolutely loved it! Such beautifully friendly staff.

WIFI is terrible and when traveling from abroad that was very inconvenient. Maintenance was unavailable so no resolution.

The room was super big, nice linens, good location

The staff could be better. On arrival there were kids behind reception and upon leaving our car rental key was misplaced by the valet and mislabelled by the staff. Our key was eventually found but caused us delays. While the decor and art were quirky there was a lot of it and would be nicer if it was more curated

Great location, fast and efficient check in Cool decor and ambiance. We loved the art around the hotel. Coffee and breakfast were great as well- the croissants were so fresh!
