Could have made more of the roof terrace

Very nice stay. The staff was excellent, they are extremely nice and understanding. The valet parking was also a plus. There’s a nice bar in the lobby, the mocktail was excellent but it is pretty pricey. Nonetheless I loved my stay here everything was clean in the room, the view from our bedroom was beautiful and the location was perfect. It’s right in the heart of downtown.

The only downside was that the tv wasn’t working :(.

Central location, nice staffs

The room and overall design was excellent and we enjoyed the breakfast included in our rate very much. Location is great too.

There was an issue and inconsistency with the booking and price, but it’s due to booking.com communications. Overall, wasn’t worth the price paid. The room was very small, housekeeping walked into the room without knocking at one point and caught us off guard, breakfast looked very unappetizing.

I had a significant discount which made this property worth it. The location was good and the restaurant was fantastic considering the limited menu. 99% of the staff was wonderful. The day time manager was extremely polite and fixed an issue we had with paying for an included breakfast.

The room was very small, not enough to open two suitcases at the one time. The sink was clogged but water went down eventually. The pictures make the rooms look very modern but there is room for improvement. The day time staff were a little rude.

In the night that we stayed we didn't find anything to our dislike. Its hard to find the dark flat light switches in the dark, but I'm reaching

Tv remote was basically not working. Push ten times changes on channel then skips 9 rapidly.

The location was great, the room was spacious enough considering we chose the standard room. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, liked the self check-in kiosks and overall our experience was great.

I would just like to have water bottles available in our room, you had to order water by calling to the lobby.

It was very central, the staff were lovely and accomodating and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. It was my birthday and the staff were so kind and gave me birthday chocolates which was much appreciated!

It would be great if there was pool with the gym

Two times we were evacuated due to false alarms. one time was at midnight, the other one was around 6 am. They told us it happened because someone smoking in their rooms .
