it is super cozy. Staff are very friendly and nice. they make your stay very pleasant. i really recommend this hotel

Front Desk staff was friendly and they allowed us to use their kitchen in the lobby (take allowed us to take their tupperware and etc...)

AC was not controlled in the room and you had to ask the premises host who lives in room 14 to adjust the temperature in your room.

The receptionist was very helpful upon arrival, taking my heavy suitcase up to the second floor, she really went above & beyond to be helpful. Also the night caretaker helped us find a good parking spot. Really appreciated the extra consideration

The hotel was well situated in a calm but central area of Montréal. Loved the charm of the building. The bike rental next door was also a big plus. Highly recommended both!

Good location, especially as there are only a few places in that area. Amenities were overall good value. Was quiet.

Key card didn’t work for room at all, glad Serge the watchman was there to help as I arrived after 6pm (glad I checked email before phone died for instructions to enter) Stairs were a surprise but again Serge was there to help

The hotel is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in walking distance of a bunch of interesting restaurants, shops, and the metro. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff were so warm and welcoming.

Our bathroom and shower were quite cramped, but it was otherwise very nice.

we had the front room with the balcony. it was a bit of a splurge but very much worth it. Really lovely. And the staff were excellent and could not have been friendlier. We will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was really good, my first day they brought hot out of the oven croissants that were delicious. Breakfast variety was good, and there was enough of it. Location of the property was almost central to most of the areas I was interested in which was great. There was a bus stop near the hotel, but metro stop was a bit of a walk. Area seemed very safe, I was even told by locals that it was. I would usually return late at night alone and didn't have any issues.

Metro station was little bit of a walk away, and bus and metro arrival/departure times were a bit of a mess. It just meant a little bit more walking had to be done.

We really loved our stay there! -Super friendly and helpful staff -Right next to a park, close to many nice little restaurants -Reception generously offered complimentary breakfasts, which were fresh, healthy and tasty 🤤 -Soft classical music when you enter the room and have breakfast -Quiet at night and the bed was comfy -Clean and tidy overall

It could be a tad bit cleaner in the bathroom. And we’d really appreciate it if there are slippers or indoor shoes in the room.

Great staff gave us help getting parking, location was unmatched next to a large park and steps from Mont Royal Avenue. Room was large and clean and internet worked great. Close to loads of bike shares, very easy.

A few bathroom wall fixtures need to be reattached to the wall, they come out with pressure. Room 10

I asked for coffee in my room on my last night - so I could make a cup at 5am for my early airport departure, the young lady a reception told me she would deliver it while I was out for dinner, but she did not.

It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located across from a park. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The parking was the only downside. I have a big truck and it was very tight.

We liked the hotel and the location. The owner was helpful. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen to make drinks etc a great addition.

We have been staying here for many years while visiting family in Montreal. It’s always a pleasure to be back in Montreal as well as the Auberge. The location in the plateau area, the always accommodating staff and the comfortable rooms keep us coming back.

Unfortunately the Auberge does not allow pets so we must make alternate accommodations for him when we visit.

Though the room was very small, the bed was the most comfortable cloud.
