We didn't have breakfast there, when staying in Montréal we always go to Bagel ect. on St-Laurent it's very delicious. However le Germain has a very fabulous restaurant :-) We love the Germain, we stayed in their Ottawa location too, the service is great and the rooms are A1.

Parking was a little bit of a hassle, and the hotel is on a one way so it’s a little difficult to navigate by car. Otherwise great location.

Night staff when we arrived wasn’t very friendly. Didn’t explain any of the amenities to us. I also don’t think I got the room I had actually booked. I had upgraded to a signature king but that is not what I paid for.

The staff , including the valet were amazing! Helpful, courteous, professional! The room was lovely and comfortable and impeccable. The coffee in room was a plus as it is high quality

The television is limited in what is available to watch. Didn't have a pay per view . The globe chair , which was very cool and fun , was dirty. Handmarks all over plastic globe

The hotel is in an excellent location close to Mont Royal and McGill University. The surrounding neighborhood has excellent restaurants. The staff was very friendly.

Our stay at Le Germain Montréal was impeccable. Perfectly located downtown Montréal, this hotel delivers on confort, design and charm. Staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious and extremely clean. We also appreciated the free filtered water on every floor.

Tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was also good. People at the reception and restaurant had an excellent attitude with guests

We had trouble setting the temperature in the room, it was either too cold or too hot

Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. I liked the front area patio which was nice to have some drinks.

Perhaps a different layout of the room. I didn't like the bed right beside the door. Next time I would ask for a different layout, but I was pretty satisfied.

Wonderful stay! I came back a week later to stay here again!!! Two pelotons in the 17th floor well lighted workout room, Nespresso machine in the room, lovely tile bathrooms, nice bathrobes, nice cocktail lounge downstairs. Perfect location for shopping, dinners, Ubers. Pet friendly. Loved this hotel last week and this week! Did not disappoint!

What a beautiful hotel. Elegant yet simple. The beds were extremely comfortable, the location couldn't be better, the staff were beyond accommodating and everything was so beautifully curated to give an incredible stay.

The only small issue was that in many rooms the cold/hot water mixing in showers is a challenge due to poor quality material used . But staff were super helpful !
