This establishment, once an overlooked office building from the sixties, was the pioneer in the city to adopt the kind of innovative hotel design popularized by Starck and Schrager in places such as LA’s Mondrian or New York’s Paramount Hotel.

Wonderful stay! I came back a week later to stay here again!!! Two pelotons in the 17th floor well lighted workout room, Nespresso machine in the room, lovely tile bathrooms, nice bathrobes, nice cocktail lounge downstairs. Perfect location for shopping, dinners, Ubers. Pet friendly. Loved this hotel last week and this week! Did not disappoint!

What a beautiful hotel. Elegant yet simple. The beds were extremely comfortable, the location couldn't be better, the staff were beyond accommodating and everything was so beautifully curated to give an incredible stay.

the hotel itself is nice but they lack the personal touch and warm welcome from other 4-5 star hotels
the hotel is newer and it’s clean and newer technology!
the room service food was awful for the price you pay. we ordered poke and it seems like the tuna was just thawed, the desert didn’t taste good. I can’t believe they charge that much for food that didn’t taste good and supposedly from a nice fancy restaurant. we requested for tea and it never came!

Restful.
I loved the bed and the sheets and that the toilet was separate from the rest of the room.
I loved that I had everything I needed in the room.
The breakfast was abysmal for a 4 stars hotel and the room service for breakfast was almost non-existent. I would say that not having a proper breakfast option such as fresh fried eggs or omelet made to order, may deter future visits. Giving more room service options for breakfast would probably make the hotel more money, as the room is very comfortable and everyone would enjoy eating in bed with a good view.
The quality of the breakfast was Holiday Inn level, with a side of smoked salmon and mini pastries.
There is also a problem with the front desk staff, as not all of them seem to know that breakfast is not included in the cost of the room.
It was insulting charging $22 for powder eggs and breakfast potatoes that tasted like stale oil.

Chic hotel
This hotel is stunning, chic design in the lobby and in the room itself. The main lobby bar was a great place to decompress after a day spent at the Canadian Grand Prix. Location is excellent and the staff was incredibly helpful. Will definitely return next year. Thank you for a great stay.

Excellent and relaxing stay
It is a very well located property, slightly away from the bustle but still close walking distance to the shops on St. Catherine St., the Museum of Fine Arts, and other downtown locations. The staff is super-helpful, courteous, and well informed about the city.

This was an excellent place for a solo traveler to stay.
The restaurant provided a good option for breakfast, and even lunch and room service were reasonable, particularly when compared to the price and quality of other restaurants in the area.
Housekeeping seemed to be broken up among several individuals, so the entire room was not cleaned in a single day. For example, the bed and sink might be spiffed up, but the trash was not emptied or the coffee and tea service not refreshed. Maybe there was a staffing issue. But everyone was very friendly and courteous.
