Nautilus a Sixty Hotel, Miami Beach

It had a great, stylish, comfortable lobby, super friendly staff and the location was perfect in the quieter part of South Beach with a private beach.

The balcony with ocean view was lovely. The beach crew were superb & gave an amazing service. We loved the free bikes.

The ocean view room with balcony was really small. We couldn't unpack our suitcases as the wardrobe was tiny and wouldn't hold our clothes! The walls are paper thin & we could hear our neighbours having a huge fight next door! I know it's not the hotels fault but there is building work going on on both sides & they had the music at the pool really loud to drown out the construction noise. (As we are beach people it didn't bother us too much.) But it would if you wanted to sit round the pool. We felt it would've been nice to be told when we booked.

The location was great - right on the beach and an easy walk to restaurants. The staff were all very warm and friendly. We didn't use the pool, but the beach setup was nice.

The rooms were a little outdated, drinks and things were very expensive.

The property was in a good location on the beach. The staff was very nice. Also, promote Issacc from the beach staff, he is a great guy.

For the price it wasn’t great, If you are a guest at a hotel paying thousands….give a umbrella at the beach for free. Also the rooms need some work done. These are small things to make the customer want to come back.

Loved the location on Collins Ave, close to all the major shops and restaurants. Very close to the Big Bus tours bus stop. The pool was nice, and we could easily walk to the beach from the pool. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. There were parties during the night, but our spacious room on Collins Ave was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this centrally located hotel.

Restaurants open after 7:30 am, for breakfast.

I love how close the hotel is to the beach and how clean everything is. The people at the beach who are helping with the umbrellas and delivering food and drinks are super nice!

We had a little trouble with the bathroom, but we mentioned it to housekeeping and they were able to fix the issue right away.

Good location. Comfortable room and bed, good shower. Great swimming pool and access to the beach.

Atmosphere not very friendly for kids, prices of umbrella on the beach and vallet parking are expensive. Ocean view rooms are only one bed. Small minibar if you want to put something else on it.

There was no view from the room. Our room overlooked a roof and another hotel which was under construction.

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable room. Some very friendly staff. Lovely pool and beach area. Good value for money. Dealt with a very helpful staff member on day of checkout - catered for luggage being stored for later flight and arranged cheap taxi transfer to airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Had to request clean towels EVERY day! Were quick to deliver them to room most times. 5 paying guests in our suite but only 2 complimentary sun loungers on the beach - $17 each for the other loungers each day. Spoke with a lady at the concierge desk about booking a trip to the bahamas - she was to forward information to us but never did.

Pool facility is spectacular as were staff. You do not have to spend much time in hotel main area so going to and from pool was easy

Only had one elevator working all weekend. Not sure why someone could authorize to pay double time and get a crew out. We took the stairs most times but it was uncomfortable and entrance was behind the front desk and you had to walk through the baggage holding area. Could have been managed better. Signs every day on the poor elevator to give us and update, maybe.

The beach staff was amazing, Issac and Chauvez will take care of you! The lighting in the room was refreshing each morning. Location from airport was decent, and minutes from ocean drive. The lobby smells amazing like a Sephora store haha

Lighting in bathroom was bad and needs a full body mirror somewhere in the room. The hallways were also outdated. The servers rubbed me and my friend the wrong way, because as soon as we arrived we were asked by 3 people what’s our room number (we were waiting on our room to be ready) before they could offer water to us. It made us feel like we didn’t belong there which I really disliked. But there was some staff that was helpful and sweet so I wanted to make sure to mention their names above. I probably won’t return to this location but I enjoyed the beachfront access.

The only issue was the toilet making lots of running water noise for no reason. I take responsibility bc I didn’t say anything to the staff because at first it wasn’t a big deal but by day 3 … smh.

Pretty much everything was wonderful except the bed in our room and the room view.

Our bed and room view. Especially after the marketing manager Alexis stated they upgraded us to best room of our room purchased value. Room booked was city views, it was not it was rooftop construction views, could not see any city. The walls are thin. People talking in their rooms and walling down the hall would keep us up.

Location and the beach amenities

Mattress was too soft. Could have done without bar in the room. Would rather use the fridge for our personal stuff. The public water station near the bath needed a filter change. Even after we brought it to their attention.

The location was perfect - in the very close proximity to restaurants, bars, the pedestrian walking street and the beach.

Mainly the fact that there are still construction works going on right next to the hotel, but this is valid for the whole area.

The location of the Hotel is great. Beautyful pool area and beach. I liked that there was a DJ playing on Friday. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was very small for 4 people and offered little space for clothes and shoes. The vallet parking was very expensive with $250 for 5 days.

Room was lovely Pool and pool bar facilities were very good. Beach was beautiful.

Lifts were regularly not working. This was a big issue as I was on the 6th floor. This would stop me from staying here again.

Cleanliness of all the amenities

It was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. I liked the pool and that you could enter the beach pretty easy.

I don’t get the payment for a lounge bed at the beach which belong to the hotel. Just make this inclusive to the price. Because sometimes with kids you only spend one hour. It’s getting pretty expensive than Also the food, breakfast are quite expensive for kids. They don’t have a kids price.
