Great location and friendly staff. The restaurants are also good, especially the happy hour specials.

The beds are very uncomfortable.

It was a nice and comfortable boutique hotel with modern amenities.

The room needed an additional chair. The only dining options are extremely expensive . Otherwise, great location, modern, updated hotel, very clean, .

I liked that I was able to walk to Starbucks, CVS, Publix.

No one from the hotel reached out to see if I needed anything. Also, some of the staff weren’t so friendly.

This hotel feels luxurious. The lobby is absolutely beautiful! The restaurants are also wonderful. The hotel rooms are comfortable and the decor is modern.

Each time I have stayed here I have been underwhelmed with the friendliness of the staff. This time I was actively accused (over and over) of canceling my reservation because they had mixed up which room they had assigned me. There was no apology when they realized it was actually the hotel’s mistake. I have also stayed here before, and this time I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the lack of amenities.

The rooms were beautiful, clean, comfortable and had a lovely espresso machine. The restaurant was also delicious and had a very cozy vibe.

I am disappointed that for the price the room did lack some amenities—a refrigerator specifically.

Beautifull hotel, friendly people

The staff at this property were amazing. Janay and Anthony went above and beyond as well as others. I had 2 interactions with Janay on 2 different days after commenting to my husband how great she was the day before. Really outstanding.

The pool was smaller than expected given you have to pay the “resort” fee

spacious room, nice view, clean, they provide complimentary water bottles, coffee and tea, welcome drinks, good location for coral gables activity, 20 - 30 min from Miami center (downtown/Brickell) - Miami beach depending on traffic. Valet parking available as well as free night parking on a safe road facing the hotel if available spots. Nice staff, good service. Breakfast not included but very good options and taste in a nice restaurant. Food is good in the restaurants.

Low light in the room, hard for getting ready or makeup. No food or beverage is available during closing hours of restaurants even during the day. Far and traffic from downtown Miami area

The location, the pool, the room space.

Lack of fridge is a huge disadvantage. Such basic equipment must be in the rooms.

guests in room next door were very loud and I guess because the room had an interconnecting door all of the sound travelled through to my room. was very annoying

Location, cleaness

The only 2 things I did not like was that the cleaning room service came almost at 3pm. I left early in the morning and when I came back around 1pm my room was not cleaned. The other thing was that at the pool I wanted a big umbrella to be open for me to sit under it and there was no staff to do so. I had to wait till they open at 3pm for the staff of the bar to do it. I probably waited 45 minutes for that. I seems no one else can open an umbrella 😏

Everything was clean and new. Our room was very spacious. Will definitely come back to this hotel

One thing I didn't like was the shower. There's a crack under the door so when we took showers, the floor would always get flooded.
