The staff are utterly delightful

The bathrooms are tired. We be I Eve that there will be a major refurbishment next year

Prices were not the ones we booked and management was not willing to cooperate or help find a solution

The Facilities and location was lovely

I didn't like that they take 8K usd from my account and don't return the pending charges for 20 working days. Especially when I payed for everything upfront. Ridiculous

Food was good staff friendly. The courtyard was good.

Overall, tired and old hotel, the spa was very small and not really a spar. I've seen better facilities at Holiday Inns. They seem to prioritise functions over guests. This is not like a Four Seasons in Europe, or Asia more like a Basic Marriot.

Both Friday and Saturday evening there were weddings in the hotel. The music was loud and continued both nights to 3am causing difficulty sleeping. Beautiful hotel but due to loud music till 3am two nights in a row, it made it difficult to sleep. The hotel staff was very apologetic but we would not stay there again as parties in the hotel appear to take precedents over room guests. When I complained after the first night, I got a polite response but was told that’s just the way it is.

The garden, the lobby and the restaurants are beautiful. Fifty Mils is gorgeous and very posh. The coffee shop is delightful. Room was nice and bedding was per usual Four Seasons amazing.

It was loud! Saturday evening there was a traditional Mexican band that played for a while and then on Sunday there was a band performing for brunch for almost 4 hours. It made relaxing very difficult. There were also pounding noises throughout the day. I believe they were caused by maintenance repairs. The hallways and guest rooms felt a little dated.

Room service was not done until we called at 3:15pm to ask for it to be done so that was not so good of them.

Rooms old and not up to four season standard. Bathrooms in particularly not up to expectations. Hallways felt old and dated. Needs a larger revamp then what has been done.

Beautiful property with a great location and tremendous staff.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever experienced at a hotel. The courtyard was beautiful and almost all hotel staff were very polite and helpful.

I didn't have a great check out experience. The gentleman that checked me out was very unhelpful when I asked a couple of questions on my invoice and seemed more interested in other guests whilst he was looking after me.

Everything was absolutely great. Food , people, we will certainly come back

we ate at Il Becca . The Italian restaurant in the front of the 4 seasons. The food is very salty. the services were excellent but the food was not that good

for a 4 seasons hotel the wine list is very poor. also the quality of food at the restaurant could be better. when we needed a taxi to the airport the hotel only offered their cars at a price 4 times of the normal taxi. that was no customer orientation
