It was nice until we were robbed.

DO NOT STAY OR YOU WILL BE ROBBED. My wife and I were having a great stay until we went out one night to a concert and came to find several value items missing, including two work laptops, diamond earings, a handbag, airpods, etc. The hotel was understanding at first, but tried their hardest to make sure there was no police report. Then when we got back from Mexico sent a note that they "reviewed the footage" and didn't find anything. They also mentioned my wife looked unstable which is ridiculous. This was $10k+ worth of items, including laptops with sensitive data.

I liked that our room was quiet and large. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is located close to many nice restaurants, bars and cafes.

I did not like that the hotel wanted to charge U$S 100 for transport from the hotel to the international airport Benito Juarez, when an Uber costed only $8.59. I did not like that on top of a reasonably high price paid through Bookings, the hotel charged a $45 fee per day for no apparent reason.

Great staff - really friendly and everyone makes you feel very much at home. The tamales at breakfast and the night sweets are amazing. Would definitely recommend.

The shower kept going from hot to cold randomly which was annoying.

Excellent location, beautifully designed room and facilities, very friendly staff with many recommendations for restaurants, shops and galleries in the area, amazing breakfast. It's my second stay and highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful stay at Colima! The staff truly makes you feel at home and the service was above and beyond. The interior is beautiful, the rooms spacious, the breakfast delicious. We will absolutely be staying here again next time we come to Mexico City. A perfect boutique hotel in the heart of Roma, near all the best shops and restaurants. Thank you to the entire staff at Colima- you are all wonderful!!!!

Really don't have too much feedback but since they don't have a restaurant on property, it would be nice to have snacks for purchase in the room or snacks with the honor bar downstairs in case guests want a quick snack (and not wait for room service). But you're surrounded by so many restaurants, it didn't bother us.

I can say with confidence that it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff is very wonderful, helpful and at the highest level of professionalism and kindness. The design, furniture, smells, drinks and food are very distinctive.. The housing experience is special

There is nothing bad

Amazingly spacious rooms, in a perfect location in Roma Norte. Delicious breakfast with pastries from Rosetta without having to queue!

This property and staff exceeded all my expectations. From the moment you walk in to the beautiful spa like aroma and decor to the amazing staff. Everything was superb. I had forgotten that my reservation included a daily breakfast which we had delivered to our room. No need to fight the crowds to visit the famous Rosetta bakery, our breakfast included baked goods from there and wonderful food items from other places. The location is in a safe lovely neighborhood perfect for exploring. I highly recommend and will return!

There is a self service liquor bar (although the staff always helped us to make a drink), which could have been better stocked with options? Honestly though this is nitpicking as we still had lovely nightcap which we took up to our room.

Everything about the property was absolutely beautiful and perfectly curated! I wanted everything for my own home.

There was nothing that I disliked about the property. It was perfectly intimate, which is exactly what I wanted.

An oasis of tranquility in a bustling, interesting and safe neighbourhood. We stayed for five days and were greeted warmly when we arrived in the late evening, offered a welcome drink and were brought to our room. The room is spacious and can't be faulted. Everything was sparkly clean and well appointed. We were told the non alcoholic drinks in the mini bar were complimentary, a nice surprise. The housekeeping staff also leaves some nice surprises in the room each day which made us looking forward to returning to the room!

You're being asked to select your breakfast options for the next day. You can choose a main and a pastry with some drinks. The mains (avocado toast, tamales, yoghurt) were all lovely although admittedly we would have loved to have an option to have eggs in the morning. Breakfast is brought to the room which is a nice feature.

The staff is extremely helpful and nice, and the whole place is very inviting. There's a 24/7 coffee bar and we used the opportunity to get their lovely hot chocolate on two occasions quite late at night. The coffee is amazing as well.

We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Mexico city!

Included breakfast was excellent. Location was fantastic. Staff was amazing.

The staff was really personable and friendly. Stephani helped us arrange dinner reservations and activities in the city. The hotel was very clean, sleek, and modern. We loved the daily morning lattes/breakfast from Rosetta bakery. The honor bar and 24hr coffee bar were great touches to the hotel.

The coffee was a little watery. However the expresso lattes were great.
