Friendly staff and clean room.

Hampton Inn was in a great location a block away from Beale St. It was so central and easy to walk everywhere. The hotel was nice and clean, had (paid and secure) parking and a pool and gym. The pool was a great after a day walking around in the heat. Breakfast had good variety of hot and cold options.

Great location for Beale St. Staff are very nice and helpful. When we were leaving our room to checkout, the housekeeping person thanked us for staying there and wished us a safe trip home....... nice folks.

Pet area was not stocked with bags. Luckily I brought my own. Cost!! I paid $475. When looked on the day rooms where 50% of what I had already paid.

Being my third stay, each time has been great. Hospitality, professional, clean, and great environment. This stay on November 8th-9th an employee Ashley, really went above and beyond. She worked breakfast on Sunday morning(9th) and was very friendly, had that happy personality that had a bubbly contagious energy, and made you feel wanted as their guest not just a someone renting a room.

There is nothing I havn't liked in all my 3 stays. I have no complaints.

Check in at 4:00 pm and paying for parking when you stay in the hotel.

The cleanliness of the facility and the location was awesome!!!!! A lot of things to do within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

Breakfast was hearty and delicious, staff was helpful and friendly, check in and out was easy. The location was excellent.

The pet fee was a little high for a cat, relative to the cost of the room.

I love the location. Pretty much everywhere I needed/wanted to go was conveniently located in walking distance.

It was so close to Beale Street, we could listen to the music from our balcony. Breakfast, although not lavish, was a great start to our day.

The front doors were closed at 8pm so you had to use your card at a side door to enter. Think this was because it was so close to Beale Street, had a lot of people walking around the streets.

Perfect location to Beale Street, just a few feet away, and other great locations! They provide ear plugs but did not need them. Felt safe the entire time.

Had to park across the street in a parking garage due to height clearance of their parking garage. MOST will not have an issue.

The location was perfectly close to all activities

My husband is handicapped and the handicapped parking was not available because the parking garage they made us pay $21.00, blocked them off for no reason. I was told by management that they didn't own the garage where they made us park so there was no legitimate reason given by the hotel when I complained about it.

Didn't like the height of the bed. It was difficult to get in and out of bed, as I'm 5 feet. 😒

The location near Beale Street with all the action was fantastic. They had plenty of signs saying that it could be noisy in our rooms but it wasn't.

We chose it for the location. We wanted to see Beale St.

There are signs in the lobby indicating the noise level is high at night, also little cards in the room as well. That's all fine but once you've paid and checked in, it's too late. That should be noted in your advertsing on booking.com etc. Possible customers would probably like to know that ahead of time.

Location is ideal, practically on Beale Street. The room is spacious and well appointed, and very clean. The breakfast is good with a choice of coffee, muffins, waffles, bacon, eggs, sausages, cereals, etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location to Beale Street restaurants and activities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking was very safe and easy. We have been coming to Memphis for years and this was the first time that we stayed this close to Beale. Of course being that close on has to expect an increased amount of noise as in bass from Beale musicians. this wasn'r a deal breaker for us having stayed on Bourbon Street several times.

The breakfast was fine but maybe add bacon to the menu, everything else was fine for breakfast.

I don't like checking in at 4pm but you have to check out at 11am something is wrong with that picture. It seems like a rip-off to me . I would prefer to have a full day that would be fair.

Not really a problem for us but it is a little noisy backing up to Beale St. Just be aware before you book. We were fine with it as the location was perfect.
