It was so close to Beale Street, we could listen to the music from our balcony. Breakfast, although not lavish, was a great start to our day.

The front doors were closed at 8pm so you had to use your card at a side door to enter. Think this was because it was so close to Beale Street, had a lot of people walking around the streets.

Perfect location to Beale Street, just a few feet away, and other great locations! They provide ear plugs but did not need them. Felt safe the entire time.

Had to park across the street in a parking garage due to height clearance of their parking garage. MOST will not have an issue.

The location was perfectly close to all activities

My husband is handicapped and the handicapped parking was not available because the parking garage they made us pay $21.00, blocked them off for no reason. I was told by management that they didn't own the garage where they made us park so there was no legitimate reason given by the hotel when I complained about it.

Didn't like the height of the bed. It was difficult to get in and out of bed, as I'm 5 feet. 😒

The location near Beale Street with all the action was fantastic. They had plenty of signs saying that it could be noisy in our rooms but it wasn't.

We chose it for the location. We wanted to see Beale St.

There are signs in the lobby indicating the noise level is high at night, also little cards in the room as well. That's all fine but once you've paid and checked in, it's too late. That should be noted in your advertsing on booking.com etc. Possible customers would probably like to know that ahead of time.

Location is ideal, practically on Beale Street. The room is spacious and well appointed, and very clean. The breakfast is good with a choice of coffee, muffins, waffles, bacon, eggs, sausages, cereals, etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location to Beale Street restaurants and activities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking was very safe and easy. We have been coming to Memphis for years and this was the first time that we stayed this close to Beale. Of course being that close on has to expect an increased amount of noise as in bass from Beale musicians. this wasn'r a deal breaker for us having stayed on Bourbon Street several times.

The breakfast was fine but maybe add bacon to the menu, everything else was fine for breakfast.

I don't like checking in at 4pm but you have to check out at 11am something is wrong with that picture. It seems like a rip-off to me . I would prefer to have a full day that would be fair.

Not really a problem for us but it is a little noisy backing up to Beale St. Just be aware before you book. We were fine with it as the location was perfect.

So although many mentioned the noise not being noticeable. That was not true for us- I think this depends on what side they out you on- if your room has a window towards Beale street you will hear music late into the night. I will say there was a sign at check in that if you don’t like noise then this isn’t the place for you, and they had ear plugs. I just didn’t know this before booking based off other reviews

Beale street is closed off around 6pm and diversion put in place. Made it difficult to actually get to the hotel by car as there was very little signs around. This wasn’t helped by the sat nav trying to take us down closed off roads.

The service was great. Anytime you need anything they take care of you. Ashley was great at breakfast and made us feel like we were in my mom's kitchen. Wonderful lady.

Loved the location, loved the balcony. Breakfast was great, staff were all very nice.

The night light in the bathroom was a bit bright, we had to cover it with a towel. The car park entrance was blocked by people checking in and unloading their bags, which was a bit annoying as we had to sit and wait for about 10 mins before we could get past and in to the car park. You can just get in to the car park from the main road, you don't need to go under the tunnel and past reception.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Pool was clean and required in the humidity. Completely breakfast had a large choice of options. Just around the corner from Beale street.

Location and the friendly staff. Beds were comfy.

Shower curtain was too small (not long enough to stay closed). Two bottles of water and 2 vending machine sized snacks, Nutter Butter bites and Oreo Bites, hit me up for $25 from the concession stand next to the front desk not room service. It was because of these 2 things that it wasn't rated a 10. Value for the money was otherwise great.

The staff was great! Megan, John, and Sharron were very helpful. They made checking in an easy & fast experience especially since we were arriving after an 8 hour road trip. Breakfast was made extra special by Ashley; she was kind enough to make our waffles and inquire about anything else we needed. The service we received was above and beyond. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
