Rooms were across from each other as requested.

Noise in the halls at night. Children running up and down halls making loud noises.

We did enjoy using the two (of three....see below) rooms that we had booked.

I asked to cancel our third room because my daughter couldn't make it as she was dealing with problems from the hurricane. I haven't heard if the cancellation was granted or if we even got the second night reimbursed....which seemed to be the policy. We booked through booking.com which seemed to complicate the request.

I got there and booking.com was supposed to change my reservation from Sunday to Saturday, I had confirmation on my booking.com app but the hotel was not aware of the change. After waiting on the phone for 45 min I finally got ahold of someone, booking.com was not helpful however, the lady at the counter at the hotel was. The location was great right off Beale Street, it was noisy but that is to be expected, it was a great experience and I would stay there again.

I would’ve stayed further away, for cheaper, and taken an Uber to Beale Street.

The location and the balcony was very nice

It was hard to get to the hotel at night do to all the street closures at night

Loved the location. Within walking distance to the Orpheum and Beale Street. Staff was very friendly. Our room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would stay at this location again. Would recommend staying here.

Bed was extremely comfortable, view from balcony was nice, room was larger than expected. Soundproofing was good because it's very near Beale Street but you can't hear a thing with the door closed.

No restaurant, no bar, no room service. Asked for the room to be cleaned but it never was. Grossly overpriced for what it is.

Went on beale street to the civil museum

No microwave in the rooms hate walking in and out the shut was loud and hard to close

I didn't like that we had to put the deposit down for our stay and I don't know if I received it back no email or nothing saying it was returned.

Water was shut off by the water company for several hours one day but the hotel compensated us fairly for the inconvenience. Thhe rest of the stay was great!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, and the location was ideal for exploring Beale Street.

They should really try to have the second elevator fixed and operational. It has been out of service for a while, it seems, and one working elevator is not enough for a large hotel like it.

The location because it was central but didn't realise it was a dangerous area.

Rooms were good, if a bit dull but too many things weren't working, ie the lift had been out for months, this caused huge problems as only 1 lift in such a large hotel is a big issue, the washing machine was broken as was the pool heating.

We upgraded to the suite which was large, comfortable and had a large balcony which overlooked the park and Beale St it was an ideal location. Bars and restaurants very local. Secure parking which enabled us to come and go to visit the many places of interest, which were all close by. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with friendly staff in full attendance. We wish we had made the time to make use of the indoor pool as it looked inviting.

We can not think of anything. It was pricey but when we considered changing our booking at a later date we realised there was a price change and we could have the much larger suite for a small increase.

Hotel is rundown and needs a revival. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable in the area, we kept on being warned that it's unsafe. Not the hotel's fault but makes proximity to tourist attractions less of a good thing.

The location was excellent. We did a lot of walking at it was so easy to find our hotel. The room was very spacious and nice. Rooms were clean and the front desk was very helpful with anything we required.

The property was in a very excellent location. We were definitely about a block from Beale Street across the street from the park. Everything was amazing.

We didn’t receive any housekeeping services! No fresh towels were offered. Trash from wasn’t emptied; had to ask for a trash bag to replace the very full one in our room.

They charge hotel guests for parking. Only one working elevator and stairs were closed.
