Very visually appealing place to stay. Bathroom was amazing.

Honestly it was a bit too expensive. I feel like I've paid less for a bigger experience at other stays.

The room was amazing! By far the best place I’ve ever stayed. The decor in the room totally matched the vibe of the bass pro stores. The bathroom was massive with a bath big enough for two people. The shower pressure was great! The bed was comfy. The balcony was the perfect spot to sit and relax and had the best view of all the bass pro shops. Would highly recommend!!

All of the staff were extremely friendly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone we interacted with. The location, the room, the complimentary snacks, the cleanliness, the spaciousness of the bathroom, the balcony overlooking Bass Pro. There were so many things to love.

The toilet closet was dark. Would love it to be a little brighter.

Really nest atmosphere! Rooms are good size, and make you feel like you in a cabin. Would recommend staying here!

This resort is very conveniently located to attractions like Beale Street, the Memphis Zoo, and Graceland. The rooms were clean and well maintained. My kids enjoyed the bowling alley and the food at Wahlburgers was good.

It would have been nice if the facility was open later for guests of the resort. Room service was not available after 9:00pm, and the only other onsite options for food after that time, were chips and candy from the vending machine. Guests pay $20/day for parking, and are offered spots in the same parking lot as patrons of the Bass Pro Shop. If we are expected to pay for parking, it would have been nice to have a closer, dedicated lot for guests.

I live in Memphis. I booked a surprise Birthday staycation here for my husband. I have been to the Bass Pro several times but staying at the lodge was my first. I saw things differently from a hotel guest perspective. It was magnificent. It felt as if we were not in Memphis. It was beautiful! We stayed there, we ate at the Lookout and we went bowling at the Fishbowl. Everything was wonderful. It was a great mini staycation and I would stay again! The staff was absolutely wonderful!

The view was lovely from the rooftop It’s an experience … albeit a little tacky for my taste !

Took us a bit to work out the AC, the fan was loud and directly over the bed which wasn’t ideal when blowing cold air but it seemed to regulate itself after while.

Everything! The room and overall accommodations were beyou d lovely and very well thought out. It was so nice to be able to shop and hang out and then come back to your room and relax.

The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that the breakfast buffet was not included with the price of our room, and very expensive and there were no other options except the vending machine on our floor.

The distance they put our 2 rooms together. We also had to wait 2 hours after check-in time for our 2nd room to be available. We were only staying 1 night, so it made it very inconvenient and didn't allow us to enjoy the entire store as we had planned to do.

Being inside the bass pro was neat. How you couldn’t hear anything that was happening. Very quiet.

There was some lack of communication between the 2 front desk girls when we checked. I didn’t like that we didn’t have a window or a balcony.

The man at the front desk in the hotel was so friendly! I remarked how warm he was and his response seemed so genuine. The first time we started the person checking us in was the complete opposite, so this was a nice change.

The sheets were not comfortable. Felt like they were polyester and sweaty. Seemed like a miss since everything else in the room was high quality. The room was right across from the Hilton group, and they were loud leaving, which was when I was trying to put my little one to bed. Not a huge deal.

It was a fun and unique experience. Anything you need is onsite.

There were lots of fees they never mentioned, and it took hours after our stay to receive the email with the total charges on it. It felt like they were hiding something. Also, they charge $24 per person for a crappy breakfast buffet. The food was just not good. The staff couldn’t care less. Most hotels give a free complementary breakfast, and don’t make you walk the entire place to get a voucher, then go back to the buffet to prove you are staying there. The last couple that walked in were not asked for their vouchers that we saw. It just seemed shady that they never disclosed the charges for it.

I really liked the rooftop and making smores. It was beautiful and nice out so we just sat around the firepit and played uno which we borrowed from the front desk. The hotel room was large and it was quiet and peaceful. Being able to sit on the balcony and look at the fish and ducks was cool. I also liked the fireplace. Even though it is just lights it is pretty to look at.

The staff was wonderful. The room was more than expected, and the view on the balcony was superb.

The breakfast was over priced and it should have been included in the stay, paying half a grand and couldn't get a free continental before heading back to our destination.

Plastic cups! No glasses in the rooms, even the bar served us cocktails in a plastic cup… the restaurant used glasses thankfully

Liked the inside terrace room, not the outside room terrace. Bathrooms were huge and very nice. Liked the Whalburg restaurant downstairs. Kids loved the room as it looked similar to a cabin, very nice.,

They have kids activities during the week but we were there during the weekend and there were not any activities for kids. I did wish the hotel or the Bass Pro store sold milk for the kids. They advertise breakfast buffet but it is $24.99 a person, which is a lot for a family of 4. The bowling was $10 for 30 minutes per person and the only balls were heavy and for adults. The rooms temperature would not go below 70 degrees, which was annoying.

The price. For the price, I expected the most comfortable bed ever, but that was not the case. Toilet had ring around the toilet. More lightning would've been nicer.
