Everything! The room and overall accommodations were beyou d lovely and very well thought out. It was so nice to be able to shop and hang out and then come back to your room and relax.

The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that the breakfast buffet was not included with the price of our room, and very expensive and there were no other options except the vending machine on our floor.

Everything, this place was amazing!

The distance they put our 2 rooms together. We also had to wait 2 hours after check-in time for our 2nd room to be available. We were only staying 1 night, so it made it very inconvenient and didn't allow us to enjoy the entire store as we had planned to do.

Being inside the bass pro was neat. How you couldn’t hear anything that was happening. Very quiet.

There was some lack of communication between the 2 front desk girls when we checked. I didn’t like that we didn’t have a window or a balcony.

The man at the front desk in the hotel was so friendly! I remarked how warm he was and his response seemed so genuine. The first time we started the person checking us in was the complete opposite, so this was a nice change.

The sheets were not comfortable. Felt like they were polyester and sweaty. Seemed like a miss since everything else in the room was high quality. The room was right across from the Hilton group, and they were loud leaving, which was when I was trying to put my little one to bed. Not a huge deal.

It was a fun and unique experience. Anything you need is onsite.

There were lots of fees they never mentioned, and it took hours after our stay to receive the email with the total charges on it. It felt like they were hiding something. Also, they charge $24 per person for a crappy breakfast buffet. The food was just not good. The staff couldn’t care less. Most hotels give a free complementary breakfast, and don’t make you walk the entire place to get a voucher, then go back to the buffet to prove you are staying there. The last couple that walked in were not asked for their vouchers that we saw. It just seemed shady that they never disclosed the charges for it.

I really liked the rooftop and making smores. It was beautiful and nice out so we just sat around the firepit and played uno which we borrowed from the front desk. The hotel room was large and it was quiet and peaceful. Being able to sit on the balcony and look at the fish and ducks was cool. I also liked the fireplace. Even though it is just lights it is pretty to look at.

The staff was wonderful. The room was more than expected, and the view on the balcony was superb.

The breakfast was over priced and it should have been included in the stay, paying half a grand and couldn't get a free continental before heading back to our destination.

Plastic cups! No glasses in the rooms, even the bar served us cocktails in a plastic cup… the restaurant used glasses thankfully

Rooms were amazing, clean and comfortable. You get free entry to the observation deck as part of your stay and well worth the visit. Treasure trail for the kids.

Family members wanted to stay there so I booked it -- a little pricey but family liked it!

Liked the inside terrace room, not the outside room terrace. Bathrooms were huge and very nice. Liked the Whalburg restaurant downstairs. Kids loved the room as it looked similar to a cabin, very nice.,

They have kids activities during the week but we were there during the weekend and there were not any activities for kids. I did wish the hotel or the Bass Pro store sold milk for the kids. They advertise breakfast buffet but it is $24.99 a person, which is a lot for a family of 4. The bowling was $10 for 30 minutes per person and the only balls were heavy and for adults. The rooms temperature would not go below 70 degrees, which was annoying.

The staff at Check-in was so friendly. We arrived late, and they had us check in quickly. The valet was friendly. The room was so beautiful.

The price. For the price, I expected the most comfortable bed ever, but that was not the case. Toilet had ring around the toilet. More lightning would've been nicer.

We checked in at 5:30pm and didn’t know that we couldn’t eat or do any of the activities after 6:30. The host at wahlbergers was extremely rude to us

The lighting in the toilet area is too dark. The number zero on the phone keypad does not work. We called 3 times to the front desk to try and get a bell hop. No answer every time. The staff in the rest was excellent.. The breakfast ladies were so sweet. The older night shift bell hop was so fantastic.The young lady running the elevator in the evening needs to be trained on customer service. She upset quite a few folks waiting in line with her attitude.

Dark bathroom. No morning bell hop. Keypad not working on phone. Wish there would have been a souvenir of the pyramid we could purchase. Not one item in that entire huge store.

If I have to say any negative comments they would be these….Low lighting in the room (which didn’t affect our stay at all) and a/c couldn’t keep up but it is very hot outside.

Breakfast minimum options wasn’t value for money. Didn’t have breakfast, thought I had paid enough for the room to have breakfast included. Also no pancakes for kids. Would have liked to been able to go to top of pyramid but no option for guests outside the set times. We checked in late and out early so couldn’t do it. Discount in the store for hotel guests would have been nice too 😊

Shower looked great but not powerful. No nightstand by my bed . Had to pay $20 for parking.

The only criticism I have is to make clear of the room types as I was on the understanding of a King balcony / terrace room was an internal viewing room not the roads outside as I found out it is the king Tree House room
