Great location, Friendly staff, comfortable bed.

We were relocated to an apartment because the room originally booked was too small. The apartment was great, ideal for 3 adults with queen bed, a room with 2 singles and a sofa bed if needed. Very comfortable. There was a good sized shower/bathroom with decent towels, a kitchenette also provided facilities for light dining, also there was enough space to relax after a day in town.

Our original room was too small for 3 single adults to relax in, plus being on the upper most floor with a window unable to open and the air con not wanting to work everything just felt too hot and cramped.

as quite often in France, there are no twin rooms: friends not willng to share a bed will have to book a suite and one will sleep on the less confortable sofa bed. The hotel restaurant in the garden is good and busy, to be booked in advance. Water bottles in the room would be nice.

beautiful main building with a lovely garden for breakfast. Room was clean with a good ensuite and plenty of towels. Location good for the port, bit of a hike up the hill with your bags, but all downhill after that :)

No milk for coffee/tea in the room, but otherwise excellent

Needed to ask for more pillows as only one pillow each, but they brought them up to the room.

Location, ample and delicious breakfast, beautiful breakfast courtyard too. The room we moved to was a good size with excellent facilities. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The initial room we were put in was much too small for three adults and one child, with many mosquitos under the roof and therefore right above the bunkbed. We asked to change and the staff kindly and efficiently offered us another much more spacious and more comfortable room.

Loved the neighborhood feel with an art gallery next door and a view of flower boxes across the street. Loved the courtyard where you could hang out for breakfast or wine later--and we ran into a lively event, a book signing! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The room was a little noisy because of street traffic.

Room a bit short of places to put things. A few more hooks for coats and towels would help. Annex building not as characterful as the main one with restaurant but it was comfy

Our room was tiny and had strange little windows but the bed was really comfy and loved the ‘rituals’ products.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was spacious. The beds were comfortable. I liked the complementary tea. The location was great, very close to city center, to shops and restaurants. Good enough sound proof.

- One of the night table lamps in our room was not working properly. We fixed it, but it would have been nice someone checking this beforehand. - Even though the shower was really nice and clean, with good water pressure, the lack of a proper door caused that the water spilled all over the floor. - The sink was too far from the toilet in my opinion. - If you don't close properly the doors leading to your room, you could hear everything going on outside. - The elevator is tiny.

Nice room, this was the bigger one, still not very spacious, but ok. Room and bathroom was clean. Nice terrace on the back side. Buffet breakfast was good. Very good location in the old quarter.

Personal was helpful. Rooms were clean. Location is good, 7-8 min walking distance to Vieux Port and very closed to Estrangin metro station.

Reception and cleaning staff very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient and quiet and there's a small Carrefour nearby. The beds were comfortable.

The room was very, very small - a bit too much so for a mother and adult son combo but manageable. The bathroom was clean with a good shower but the toilet was crammed into a corner which made it pretty uncomfortable.

Very helpful staff, clean facilities, comfortable, room with lovely views of the city. Location was perfect and accessible to metro stops to get to the airport bus as well as great dining options close by.

It was odd having to cross the street and enter a secluded building for the actual room. It was also annoying that I couldn't control the heat but had to go back to the lobby to ask them to up the temperature.

Location 7-8 minute walk from the Port. The Courtyard in the main reception building is nice for a meal and drink it closes at 11pm but is expensive.

Probably wouldn’t suit if you have walking difficulties and you wanted to visit the Port area due to steps and inclines. Property itself has lifts.

Breakfast they serve was little too expensive. They have bread, cakes, egg, and drinks. 18euros for precooked meal is too expensive. The hotel room location is not the same as reception. This was not very convenient because I choose not to stay airb’b because I need reception to be close, this was little unfortunate though I already know after booking.

Photos on sight give the impression of a lovely hotel with rooms.leading or looking onto a leafy sunny courtyard. This is not the case . Rooms are in buildings adjacent and across the road to the breakfast courtyard area in the photos . Standard Rooms have limited clothes space, so pack light

We loved the location, and we were desperate for room for 1 night. The staff were exceptional, and the buffet breakfast very good value.

Room was not ready by 3pm and had to wait over an hour. Staff said they would come and find me to let me know room was ready - they however did not.

Beautiful terrace for breakfast, nice room, great shower and big bathroom in the appartment.

Walls were paper thin, could hear the person in the next room very clearly. Side table was broken and coat hooks were hanging off the wall.

We had a 6 person room. Bunk beds for the children and a large double for us. Our children are in their teens and found their beds a little uncomfortable and in very close proximity to the room door. There were not ample sockets for such a modern hotel. Milk was not provided with the rest of the tea and coffee facilities. The main hotel is simple but very pretty. Sadly we found the breakfast to be terrible.

The breakfast was very basic. The bread was stale and in all felt a fit like someone had done a quick dip around the supermarket 3 days before. It did not feel fresh. Luckily breakfast was included and im glad we didnt pay for it otherwise it would have felt like paid cafe prices for what was obviously straight out of carrefour.
