Great location in vieux port

Air conditioning was set to 23 Degs C which wasn’t cool enough as the temperature in Marseille was mid to high 30’s when we visited.

Perfect location. Cozy and very cute!

It was really perfect for 2 people. 4 may be tough with the loft as it gets warm but that's taste specific. Overall the place was great.

i liked that the room was in an old building carefully restored.

one of the bedside lights wasn't working, shower screen was a bit rusty.

Centrally located near large car parks and easy to walk to the old port . Lovely atmospheric courtyard where you could have drinks or breakfast.

Lift was broken so we were allocated a different room across the road from the main building . The room was ok but the fabric of the headboard needed replacing - it had very large old stain on it . Not good considering the price of the hotel

Welcoming staff, really well-designed room - despite being quite small - comfy bed and bedding. Lovely restaurant and gardens.

Was in one of the separate buildings which are definitely not as nice as the main building but perfectly nice.

Staircase was a bit grotty

Great location near to Old Port with an EFFIA parking lot at the end of the street. Staff are super-friendly to both people and dogs, which has served us well on numerous stays over the years. Good breakfast buffet in a charming courtyard.

Rooms on the ground floor can be noisy, and the elevator is tiny, so best travel light.

The room is minimalist, with bare essentials. Surprising to us no refrigerator. According to reception if you want a fridge you need to reserve a room that provides one.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, contemporary rooms in an older, classic building (19th c.?) with large terrace and lovely dining room. Central location with easy walking to many locations --not far from Vieux Port and many restaurants.

Hotel is actually several different buildings on same street. My traveling companion and I were in separate buildings. Her room was quite noisy from busy traffic on Rue Montgrand well into the night. Entrances to each meant using room id card numerous times to get to our rooms.

- Very small rooms - Hotel is comprised of several building on the same street, with reception and breakfast being in a seperate building.

Separate buildings

The hotel was centrally located, but in the quiet part of the town. The port was within walking distance. We travelled by car and it was helpful that the hotel was near a public pay parking which was quite secure. The receptionist also recommended an excellent restaurant where we could have the bouillabaise.

The bathroom sink seemed unsteady. Some of my toiletries that I put there would slide off.

accomodated a last minute booking, as we had to leave a rental apartment due to unsanitary and uninhabitable conditions. staff were very friendly and helpful! outside areas are really nice to enjoy. breakfast was good, they were still bringing out fresh pastries up to 10am. room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

the room was very small, for one night it was not an issue for us, but a longer stay would have felt cramped.

A nice apartment. I have no complaints or compliments. It meets expectations. Room a bit small and I missed the minibar. But I would return. The location is good, the room is good.

Lovely hotel - rooms are across from the main building but all very close. Really friendly team and great location near the old port. Added bonus is the lovely shady courtyard garden. We would definitely stay again.

The staff was really helpful and speak good English. The courtyard outside of the breakfast room was nice. Great location, walking distance to the port and restaurant. The bathroom was large and clean. The AC worked well and the environment was quiet and peaceful.

If washer and dryer are available on site, it will be very helpful. If the breakfast had more hot items, such as soup, etc. it will be perfect.

Good location. Quite a special hotel with no rooms in reception building but all in nearby residential houses, either as ordinary rooms or as in my case a small apartment with a table, kitchenet Location close to old port makes it suitable for tourists. For business traveler it is a small walk, 8 min, to the Metro.

The hotel is well-located, near enough to the old port but not in the middle of all the tourists. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. The staff was extremely helpful in giving suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. While they do not provide parking on the premises, there is a car park less than a block away with reasonable prices.

The Hotel is a great place to stay in the center of Marseille. The price is reasonable while the rooms are acceptable. The shared space is super nice but disconnected from the buildings of the rooms.

The building of rooms could have more dedication and the shower could be improved. No water available in the room.

The location was quite close to the Old Port and everything was within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious but on the weekend the breakfast room was very crowded. The reception staff were very helpful, especially Julien, who answered all our questions and marked places on our map to show some of the landmarks of Marseille. The only downside was the size of the room, barely big enough for two people with two suitcases.

Small but important thing: you should treat the floors of the shower with a non-slip design or treatment. Both of us slipped in the shower which is not great. Other than that everything was great.

Rooms were in a separate building and extremely small-it was advertised ad an apartment yet smaller than most hotel rooms Also alot was said about the arrangement with the local parking station and in the end there was no discount at all -- we just paid it directly

Lovely clean rooms, was nice to have somewhere to sit in the courtyard over breakfast or for a late night bottle of wine. Kid friendly

Our room was extremely small considering how much the nightly cost was. There was no room to open suitcases and have them laid out open for easy access which is super important when travelling with kids.

The room we had was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the access was easy with an elevator. The check in was easy and friendly

The courtyard didn't look like the advert pic - it was dirty and the gardens were badly maintained. The first time I discovered that the apartments were separate from the reception was just prior to check in.

I didn’t like that my actual stay was across the street. Inconvenient if you want something from the front desk. No drinking water in the rooms. You had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the water cooler.Very small rooms. Difficult to navigate. The shower gets messy with water on the floor.I needed an iron to prepare for an important meeting . They have 1 iron. Another guest used it and did not return it. Maybe have more than 1 available? I did not have breakfast so I can’t comment on that.

Nice room with a tiny balcony. The main hotel building had a lovely courtyard, perfect for a drink. Hotel is in a great location.

Loved the breakfasts and being able to eat in the garden area. The service was excellent. The garden space is a lovely space to relax away from the heat and bustle of the city.

We would have liked more tea/coffee in the room itself.

Loved the garden and hotel interior/design, in a quiet street. Also my room was very quiet, although it is in the touristy area of the Vieux Port. Friendly staff. Will definitely come back when in Marseille.

Breakfast was a little chaotic and crowded at the buffet (small space ). Had to wait for clean plates, mugs, bread and milk every day but that wasn’t a big issue.

The location was good in the "Vieux Port". It's a nice place and everyone helps to make it that way.

Only stayed for 1 night hence all seemed good in that time.
