Locations, clean and modern with a comfortable bed. Shower had good pressure and cubicle was a good size.

Kitchen wasn’t equipped for cooking, no pans. Only one Ironing board for the whole property and was used by staff. No dining table. No dressing table Access was up a hill and up several flights of stairs this wasn’t disclosed on booking site. No lift in the property. TV didn’t have UK channels and wasn’t internet enabled so example no Netflix Property was basic. No views we looked out into a wall. Wouldn’t return to this property

Exceptional apartment in a desirable location. Architecturally stunning. Each apartment is unique. You can check their main website for individual photos. The host was welcoming and provided a wonderful overview of the area's attractions and restaurants with a personalized map.

The apartment's location (Street access and in the building) is not suitable for a person with mobility challenges. This detail was a little lost in the long list of features. For us this was no challenge, but i wanted to alert others.

Secluded and cool; lovely ambiance and super helpful staff always there in the background if needed. Our apartment was quiet, comfortable and well equipped.

We loved the atmosphere, the calm, the comfort and the location. Really good lounges and bed.

Would have liked to have cups (rather than beakers), some sharp knives and a bar of soap. Low roof in bedroom not so good for tall people

I stayed in this loft apartment during my trip to Marseille and it was perfect. The space was gorgeous — amazing design, super clean, and had a great vibe overall. I also appreciated the laundry and coffee pods! I felt very safe the whole time, and the towels and bedding were excellent. The location was ideal, and the owner was amazing. He was super helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. You can tell they really care about their guests having a great stay.

Couldn’t get the heated towel rail in the bathroom to work. It remained cold throughout. WiFi didn’t initially work but owner sorted it.

Secure and spacious well equipped apartment in a quiet location. It's also in a perfect location to explore all that the Vieux Port and Marseille have to offer. Very clean and comfortable. Met by host who was very helpful and arranged for us to check in early. Will definitely return and would recommend to friends and family.

Good location. Size of the apartment was good. We had everything we needed for a week stay, however it was not as good as we expected.

We didnt get the room we booked. We booked the room with the bathtub, but we got another. I think others were given our room, becasue we arrived after them, and there were some issues. The fridge didn't work for example. Also, the sink in the bathroom was clogged. It is not bad, but it is not the high quality they advertise.

Charming, warm, like-home but better. SUCH comfortable beds. Quiet but central, walkable to the everywhere in Marseille. Just completely delightful!

We had some issues in the bathroom. Shower leaked into the bedroom after use and the sink didn't drain properly. Maybe a plunger would be useful.

Great location in middle of Le Panier district. Could not be better situated with a lot of good restaurants close by. Host was very friendly to deal with. Very spacious. Quiet district at night time

Not a huge factor for our trip but television was situated in bedroom which may not suit everyone.

Every detail was carefully chosen like the coffee, toiletries. The location was excellent with many choices of bars and restaurants very close but the building is quiet and accommodation spacious.

Spacious room, clean, we stayed in room nr 8, 52m2, good kitchen, nice living area and high sealing which gives a comfy and spacious feeling. . KRUPS espresso machine with capsules was in the room for use. Various books to read, if you are interested in reading.

All was great, except if you have difficulties to take the stairs.

Great location, clean, comfortable and nice room. Was given a phone number to call or text with any questions, none came up but was very happy to have it just in case. Was provided restaurant recommendations as well as things to do in the area. Checkin was very easy and convenient. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Marseille. Even as a solo female traveler I felt very safe and would 100% return.

The room was comfortable, well-equipped. It provided excellent protection from the summer heat. The hosts were very friendly. Great location and a wonderful time.

I was expecting something a bit quirky from a converted convent but it wasn’t. Also despite being a good room, I think it was fairly expensive.

The property was very clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable! It was on a great position to explore Marseilles very close to the Vieux Port with lots of places to eat and shops nearby

I liked how clean and comfortable the studio/apartment was. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large with a great shower. It was very convenient for strolling down to the Port. Plenty of restaurants nearby. I also loved the silence within the building.

The 58 steps up to the apartment! Because it is an old building there is not a lift. We knew that when booking. That was the only minor negative.

You cannot park at thé location. That’s a given and cannot be changed, but a friendly solution to transport luggage to the apartment would-be a significant improvement. Clarity about thé payement. May be due to thé season, but a little bit more supportive article (e.g. tablettes for thé dishwasher) would be appreciated.

Location very good, despite steep and narrow access street.Easy walking to old port area, several small shops , cafes, and restaurants in the neighborhood. Very helpful pharmacy when I sprained my ankle. The atmosphere of the building is very pleasant- spacious, quiet, interesting books available. Good kitchen area. The only complaint was an odor in the bathroom that seemed to come either from the port or poor pipes, and the shower door was a little too narrow. The host/manager was extremely helpful. I would stay there again.

Lovely property in a great location. Rooms are extremely spacious, with great bathroom/shower facilities. Close to the port and easy access 24/7. Would definitely recommend!

Need to commit a minimum of 3 nights, but fine if that's part of your plan.

A beautiful converted 17th Century Convent in the best area to stay in Marseille. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful, the location was perfect and we couldn’t believe how lucky we had been to book this accommodation. The apartments were absolutely stunning.

We loved the location. An easy walk to the Old Port, but away from the traffic and all of the visitors. We had adjoining rooms with a comfortable sitting area and kitchen so we could spend time together when back at the hotel.

A little bit of noise in the morning on week days due to the school next door but it was happy noise from children playing..

A beautiful building - historical yet modernised to an exceptionally high standard.

Great location. Very walkable immediate area. Stayed with a toddler who loves steps. There are a lot of steps! We used this as a home base for exploring the city, going to lots of beaches and making family meals.

Marseilles goes through a lot of phases throughout the day. Some of the artwork in the building might scandalize people who aren't ready for it.

All was good - personal, location, room cleaning... 5 min walk to the seafront, but place is quiet. The room has air conditioning.

Toilet without a door and even a curtain - it's modern but strange design.

The place was very spacious and the location was in the center of Marseille.

Lack of elevators

Perfect location which is few minutes walk away from the port. The place is stunning, chic and well decorated. Lots of space. Bed is also big and comfy. Magnificent view from shower. Landlord is very nice and helpful in person (even carried luggage for us!)

Would be nice if cooking oil can be provided to fully utilise the kitchen. But overall a very enjoyable experience.
