It was a lovely hotel with gorgeous decor, and the bed was very comfortable

there was some sort of fan outside the window that turned off every 10 minutes. worse night sleep Inhave had at the hotel. little sad really as i’ve stayed a few times now but last night wasn’t good

The stay doesn't justify the price. Like it was okay but it wasn't worth 130 pounds.

The room is very modern and had a big TV, we were offered Prosecco on entry which was a lovely touch and the beds were fairly comfortable.

The location wasn’t the best to walk to places as a lot of the popular restaurants are around a 20 minute walk so we had to get taxis other than this I was pleased

Was only supplied with 8 of the 10 expensive balloons I paid for… considering the price of them if you break it down per balloon, yes i ABSOLUTELY expected to have received all 10! Not even a mention or a sorry let alone any money back! Bit poor really, someone’s done that knowing they’ve short changed me and made worse that it’s clearly for a special occasion.

Great location, close to everything. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed and pillows were super-comfortable.

My first room had no safe; receptionist did not believe me. She took about an hour to find another room with a safe, saying initially they were full. Second room was great though and it had a safe. However the room had no real view of anything only scaffolding. Nevertheless I had a good stay and slept well.

Great staff, very nice hotel, large room (No. 15), huge comfy bed and the aircon/heating system was welcomed.

A bit noisy at night but that was to be expected, as we were warned about the rooms being directly above the bar. The mini bar in the room was well stocked but far too expensive, £2.50 for a bag of crisps and £2.00 for a small bottle of water! :-/

Great location. Nice decor. Good room facilities. All switches and taps were clearly labelled whichmakes it much easier than other hotels I’ve stayed in

No useable desk space in the room. Lighting subdued even when fully on.

Very clean and comfortable also nice & close to the train station.

Only issue is how close it is to the nightlife so can be quite noisy throughout the night

Room could have been cleaner. There was something on one of the cushions on the bed. Still haven't received my refundable £100 deposit back and stayed 2 weeks ago.

I liked the upgrade option, the Signature Balcony Room was great, the balcony added a whole new dimension and people watching in Canal Street is so much fun

Like a lot of boutique hotels there wasn’t a usb socket, not that we wanted to be on our phones at all but it would have been nice to have a charged phone in the morning
