The little extras were lovely such as the free Prosecco and nibbles and slippers to take home

The only thing that could be improved was to have more hanging space for clothing as there were no draws etc. more wall hooks could be used x

Very well designed rooms,in a lovely building with character. Great location for Christmas markets,shops & restaurants.

Our room was too close to reception & had the soil pipe boxed in behind tiles which we could hear the plumbing system being used. This is being ultra picky. We will stay again.

The decor and the Avo toast, amazing. Plus the complimentary bubbles and nibbles was a lovely touch.

Room was very small but still done nicely. Would be better if towels were bigger and you had two small towels instead of one.

Water pressure for the shower was pretty rubbish (and temp was warm - not hot). Toilet was positioned in such a way that I kept banging my knee against the towel rack. There's even a sign that says it's because it's for the environment etc which is all well and good like... I'm just a fan of a hot shower 🚿😎

Oh to was far to dark , sure I would bring light bulbs and ask staff to put in the room we stayed , plus the end of the bed us to long so kept banging ourselves , we are in 70s plus the plinth to get in the shower was v high , I know these things wont bother younger ppl , so if we stayed again is there a possibility of downstairs room ?

I was so impressed by this little hotel! Every single one of the staff that I met were so friendly and helpful. The extra little touches such as complementary hot drinks , a glass of Prosecco in the evening and milk and cookies before bed, made this an unforgettable experience. It is a cosy, quirky hotel and I would highly recommend!!! Will definitely come back.

The room was absolutely beautiful and staff went above and beyond for us.

Lighting in the room was quite dim so not good for taking photos but everything else was amazing.

Beautiful property. The breakfast in bed was a real treat and the staff were so lovely.

The property was amazing and it was so nice to have a hair dryer, straighteners and curling tounge sun the room. However… I’d probably say the only thing is that it’s worth taking your own. There are a little basic. Lovely to have just not great.

Great comfy bed and extremely friendly, welcoming staff. Breakfast was tasty but small. Loved the extra "freebies", prosecco and milk/cookies at set times. Only disadvantage was having to go to the bar/call to get them. Could they not just leave the cookies in the room? My partner was too awkward to ask for one.

Small breakfast. Half a slice of toast with avocado on and I had a single waffle with banana and chocolate. Who ate the other half slice of toast? 🤣

The staff were very friendly. Lots of extras like a bag of sweets on arrival, cookies and milk at 10pm, slippers and breakfast in bed! The room was very well presented and comfy.

Fantastic hotel, with cute added extras, great interior and facilities.

Hospitality toward the end of the evening decreased dramatically There was a cards in the room offering nightcaps until 2am. But we arrived back to the hotel on the evening and tried to order we were told these were not available and only spirits were available which was disappointing as it was only 11pm. We ordered coffee as an alternative but this incurred a long wait and rather unfriendly response.

The staff were amazing, very pleasant and helpful,the decor was unusual but lovely,very quiet even though the hotel was full (wedneday). Would deffinatly return, the breakfast was brought to our room looked and tasted really good lovely touch,night porter excellent very friendly thanks guys

The only slight downside was the lack of daylight we were below ground level and had a small window level with the streets pavement ,that said it was still a great experience.

An amazing find! Superbly set in a historic industrial building retaining a lot of the original features. Small but well appointed room (we were in the Copper Suite) with a toilet and shower squeezed into the old lift shaft. Treats on arrival, coffee and other drinks available 24/7, fruit bowl in the downstairs lounge. What's not to like? Nicely located within walking distance of Bridgewater Hall ( we were seeing a show there) and also Victoria station and the central shopping areas. We would definitely recommend and would return without hesitation. Lovely, quirky breakfast in room included.

Beautifully decorated and smelled amazing throughout. So many thoughtful touches to make the stay great. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Well located, the continental breakfast was good and we appreciated the list of recommended restaurants and bars.

The hotel should make it clear that the complimentary prosecco is one glass only, as it was embarrassing to be told at the bar in front of other guests.

Excellent service from the staff. Lovely unique boutique hotel with great individuality and character. The bed was extremely comfortable and the ensuite was comfortable enough, although the big barn doors between the bedroom and ensuite was a little weird

Limited windows in my bedroom which was on the ground floor at the back of the hotel, so not much natural light

A beautiful property, very clean.

It was noisy but in a vibrant part of Manchester, ear plugs provided. Also the shutters didn’t keep out the light and black out blinds not long enough.
