Really comfy bedding, lot's of little free extras like a glass of prosecco and Cookies in the bar

Rooms were a little small but only stayed for one night so wasn't an issue.

The staff couldn’t do enough for you, they were so attentive! The place was very stylish and clean, we would definitely stay here again! ☺️

We was in the basement so there was no view as the window was at the top of the room

Beautiful property. The breakfast in bed was a real treat and the staff were so lovely.

The property was amazing and it was so nice to have a hair dryer, straighteners and curling tounge sun the room. However… I’d probably say the only thing is that it’s worth taking your own. There are a little basic. Lovely to have just not great.

It’s a beautiful property, lovely touches to its history and perfectly located. Breakfast in bed is a nice touch, as is cocktail hour.

Great comfy bed and extremely friendly, welcoming staff. Breakfast was tasty but small. Loved the extra "freebies", prosecco and milk/cookies at set times. Only disadvantage was having to go to the bar/call to get them. Could they not just leave the cookies in the room? My partner was too awkward to ask for one.

Small breakfast. Half a slice of toast with avocado on and I had a single waffle with banana and chocolate. Who ate the other half slice of toast? 🤣

The staff were very friendly. Lots of extras like a bag of sweets on arrival, cookies and milk at 10pm, slippers and breakfast in bed! The room was very well presented and comfy.

Fantastic hotel, with cute added extras, great interior and facilities.

Hospitality toward the end of the evening decreased dramatically There was a cards in the room offering nightcaps until 2am. But we arrived back to the hotel on the evening and tried to order we were told these were not available and only spirits were available which was disappointing as it was only 11pm. We ordered coffee as an alternative but this incurred a long wait and rather unfriendly response.

The staff were amazing, very pleasant and helpful,the decor was unusual but lovely,very quiet even though the hotel was full (wedneday). Would deffinatly return, the breakfast was brought to our room looked and tasted really good lovely touch,night porter excellent very friendly thanks guys

The only slight downside was the lack of daylight we were below ground level and had a small window level with the streets pavement ,that said it was still a great experience.

An amazing find! Superbly set in a historic industrial building retaining a lot of the original features. Small but well appointed room (we were in the Copper Suite) with a toilet and shower squeezed into the old lift shaft. Treats on arrival, coffee and other drinks available 24/7, fruit bowl in the downstairs lounge. What's not to like? Nicely located within walking distance of Bridgewater Hall ( we were seeing a show there) and also Victoria station and the central shopping areas. We would definitely recommend and would return without hesitation. Lovely, quirky breakfast in room included.

Beautifully decorated and smelled amazing throughout. So many thoughtful touches to make the stay great. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Well located, the continental breakfast was good and we appreciated the list of recommended restaurants and bars.

The hotel should make it clear that the complimentary prosecco is one glass only, as it was embarrassing to be told at the bar in front of other guests.

Excellent service from the staff. Lovely unique boutique hotel with great individuality and character. The bed was extremely comfortable and the ensuite was comfortable enough, although the big barn doors between the bedroom and ensuite was a little weird

Limited windows in my bedroom which was on the ground floor at the back of the hotel, so not much natural light

A beautiful property, very clean.

It was noisy but in a vibrant part of Manchester, ear plugs provided. Also the shutters didn’t keep out the light and black out blinds not long enough.

The shower - too cold. Too weak. I know they said it’s to meet green credentials but it’s just a rubbish shower. I came out and was cold. Took me ages to warm up

I did not appreciate that there was no restaurant on site. Our room was quite small but manageable, but being in the basement, natural light and ventilation was not easily available.

The property was very nice and inviting, staff very polite. Would stay again if go back to Manchester.

Friendly staff cool decor, The cookies were a life saver after the gig we went too as it was so late nothing was open outside Staff always there no matter the time felt very safe

- couldn’t find our booking when we arrived which was worrying but managed to sort it - very expensive for a verrrryyyy tiny room could barely walk around the end of the bed

So clean! Amazing staff, so attentive with everything you needed. Hotel breakfast was lovely. Rooms had everything you needed including curlers and straighteners. Couldn’t knock it- absolutely amazing!

We enjoyed everything about this hotel, all the little free added extras definitely made the stay! Free unlimited tea and coffee, complementary prosecco, milk and cookies at bed. Also thought the hair dryer, straighteners and curler in the bathroom were great. Cute cosy hotel.

On the high side for a hotel with no option for food .the breakfast was nice but very basic at over 200 pound a night would have been nice to sit down for breakfast

I really liked the location, it was close to bars and restaurants. The decor and business model was quirky. The staff were really lovely. Friendly and helpful. I really liked that they didn't have a restaurant, and the breakfast was brought to our room. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from around the hotel. Complimentary tea and coffee whenever we wanted and milk and cookies before bed.

My partner and I stayed here 5 years ago and thought it was amazing back then… this time exceeded our expectations. Every staff member was so accommodating. The little complimentary touches really added to the experience: free Prosecco and bar snacks, coffee bought to the room, milk and cookies at night time. I was also very impressed that the room had a hair dryer, curlers and straighteners. The smell and atmosphere was 10/10

Fantastic location and breakfast in bed every morning was a great touch! Afternoon fizz and nibbles was also a treat.

Great look and feel, staff were really welcoming and attentive.

Shower felt a bit cramped but i'm 6'+ so everywhere does, also couldn't really open the windows due to the outside pipe.

It was nice to stay somewhere that’s not like a carbon copy of every other hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and the fruit bowl and coffee machine were a nice touch. Bathroom was nice.

Our room (room 1) was very small so not the best place if you have luggage or want to unpack. The breakfast was ok but could have been higher quality

Beautiful little boutique hotel ,our room was lovely very clean & comfortable staff were so friendly & welcoming excellent facilities very central location lovely stay.

The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast delivered to our room. We were pleasantly surprised with our freebies proseccos and milk and cookies.

We couldn’t find the earplugs or slippers but that didn’t bother us. Just letting you know though

The shower was bad, going from cold to boiling hot without touching anything. The breakfast was small and the 'freshly squeezed orange juice' wasn't fresh but concentrate.

Everything, the attention to details from check in to check out and everything else in between was impeccable. Great service, the staff cannot do enough for you and all with smiles on their faces. Has that cosy feeling, like you're a well cared for guest in someone's house.

It was cosy and comfy. We had the banana and chocolate sauce waffle for breakfast which was absolutely fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay.

It was a little cramped manovering in the bathroom with the doors.

The Hotel its self was unique and everything bespoke we have already recommended you to our friends and social media

Stayed one night, We loved how close the hotel was to everything,, there is plenty of bars, restaurants and the Arndale Center within a short walking distance..Parking available across the road, Check in was very smooth, we dropped out bags off early and returned after 3pm when our room was ready. Our bags were already in our room waiting for us. The hotel was extremely clean, everything looked new and was beautifully furnished. The hotel offers some very nice touches that were included in the booking... such as prosecco on arrival, cookies and hot chocolate in the evening, and Breakfast.. We had our breakfast delivered to our room in the morning which was very nice! I had a small cheese omelette, a coffee and banana. There is a few choices to have. A nice touch. Our room on the whole was lovely! although the room itself was rather small, it had a spacious bathroom with a nice walk-in shower. All the fittings, lights, and furnishings do make it feel very high end. Everything was extremely clean. The room has everything you need, Bluetooth speaker, hairdryer, television, bottled water.. It was all on point! 9.5/10

The hotel is super quiet. We didn't hear any other guests or staff, even when our room was on the ground floor next to the lobby. It was very peaceful... until the morning.. We were woken up by the bin lorries and street cleaners very early in the morning, I suppose this can be expected when staying in the city centre and it is of course out of the hotels control.. but it may be something to consider if an undisturbed sleep is one of your priorities! Nevertheless we still had a lovely morning in bed until check out at 11am. It was also very hot in our room, but to be fair, we didn't ask reception for a fan, and I'm sure the staff who were very attentive, would of sorted one for us if we did ask.

Location was ideal for our needs for a family wedding. The staff made the stay so enjoyable. Very helpful and accommodating. The room was very stylish and exceptionally clean. Close to the station, shops and the wedding venue. Breakfast was presented well and very tasty.

Room and bathroom were on the small side. No wardrobe and nowhere really to eat breakfast comfortably. Presented to your room on a tray but no where to eat it just on the bed.

Good location, excellent staff. Compact room but it had everything we needed. Also a good breakfast and coffee service.
