This hotel was exceptional, very clean and the staff where very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and of a high standard. Breakfast in bed was a great little treat at no extra cost. The cocktails are to die for. The best hotel iv stayed in.

Lovely atmosphere and aesthetic

Breakfast was lovely and comes complementary. Service was bang on start to finish. Lots of lovely touches throughout the stay. Can tell a lot of effort and thought is involved. Well worth the money.

A little bit noisy outside the hotel in the street but can’t be helped being so close to the centre

- Loved the decor!! - LOVE the complimentary touches of free bubbly & nibbles, coffee, cookies & milk at bedtime, straighteners & curlers in the room, breakfast in bed, jugs of still & sparkling water in room; so many wonderful little touches! 😊 - Really liked the laid back feel of the hotel and friendliness of the staff, nothing felt too much trouble and love how they offer a later check out for free (if they have capacity) - The duvet and mattress was SO SO comfortable, I felt so so cosy the whole time! Will definitely be emailing to ask where they’re from haha!!!

Only a few things to note: our bedroom was very small (so was very nice and cosy!) but meant no where to hang clothes/ store bags - maybe Ottoman beds could be useful in these rooms? With our bedroom being basement/lower ground the ventilation wasn’t fantastic so lead to a bit of a musky/damp smell in the room, some black mould in the shower grout and once showered the bedroom felt very humid/hot! Maybe electric dehumidifiers could help in the basement rooms? Despite the above, we would definitely return/recommend to others as it’s such a lovely space but would probably book the bigger room next time! 😍

The hotel all together was stunning, and the room itself was so cosy and chic! it had such a lovely vibe to it and all the staff went above and beyond to make me and my partner feel so welcome!

The decor of the room was stunning, really loved all of the little touches. The bed and pillows were both really comfy. Breakfast in the room was delicious and I think its the first time I've had milk and cookies before bed. Would definitely stay again.

The room was slightly small but still absolutely stunning.

Everything is just perfect, the location, the room, the staff and the recent change to the breakfast menu was fab and the omelette was amazing - Thank you My room request was also looked after for when i stayed and will be back again.

The location couldn’t be more perfect and the property and decor is stunning. My room was immaculate and the service was exceptional. The little extras were an absolute delight!- complimentary coffee throughout, nibbles and Prosecco, cookies and milk at bedtime…oh, and the chocolate orange cocktail!

There was absolutely nothing I did not like! I would go to Manchester again for no other reason than to stay at The Cow Hollow and I will never stay anywhere else!

I booked this hotel for my daughters 21st birthday with her boyfriend they absolutely loved it and will be booking again very soon

Great service, friendly staff, quirky decorations, clean room, nice little extras. Comfy bed, clean bathroom.

No aircon, the first room was very warm, but we were immediately given a cooler room higher up (without asking). There was a lot of noise outside , but we kept the window open. Rooms are very compact and wifi slower than 4G.

Staff are all so friendly and helpful, great location.

The decor was amazing! We stayed in the Kan Kan room (4) which is in the basement and every part of the space from the foyer to the room was a lovely space including a small seating area outside the room. Very well decorated and looked chic and modern. The staff were all very friendly, informative and couldn’t help any more. The room came with a free glass of Prosecco and nibbles in the early evening and a choice of free breakfasts in the morning which come with a choice of freshly made hot drinks, fresh OJ and a banana all delivered to your room at a time of your choice up until 10:30am. Slippers and earplugs in the room free too. The location is right in the middle of the Northern Quarter so it’s surrounded by great places to go eat and drink and also walking distance from Chinatown and Canal Street. I honestly could not believe the quality of the building, the decoration and the service for what I paid. I’ve paid twice as much for half the quality before.

Very, very little things but unworthy of mention against the quality for the price.
