A beautiful property, very clean.

It was noisy but in a vibrant part of Manchester, ear plugs provided. Also the shutters didn’t keep out the light and black out blinds not long enough.

The atmosphere and quirky decor. The staff were brilliant

The shower - too cold. Too weak. I know they said it’s to meet green credentials but it’s just a rubbish shower. I came out and was cold. Took me ages to warm up

I did not appreciate that there was no restaurant on site. Our room was quite small but manageable, but being in the basement, natural light and ventilation was not easily available.

The property was very nice and inviting, staff very polite. Would stay again if go back to Manchester.

Friendly staff cool decor, The cookies were a life saver after the gig we went too as it was so late nothing was open outside Staff always there no matter the time felt very safe

- couldn’t find our booking when we arrived which was worrying but managed to sort it - very expensive for a verrrryyyy tiny room could barely walk around the end of the bed

Fab, location and hotel. Our room though on small side was fab (good bathroom£ and good value for money. Lots of nice touches and quirky hotel………

So clean! Amazing staff, so attentive with everything you needed. Hotel breakfast was lovely. Rooms had everything you needed including curlers and straighteners. Couldn’t knock it- absolutely amazing!

We enjoyed everything about this hotel, all the little free added extras definitely made the stay! Free unlimited tea and coffee, complementary prosecco, milk and cookies at bed. Also thought the hair dryer, straighteners and curler in the bathroom were great. Cute cosy hotel.

On the high side for a hotel with no option for food .the breakfast was nice but very basic at over 200 pound a night would have been nice to sit down for breakfast

I really liked the location, it was close to bars and restaurants. The decor and business model was quirky. The staff were really lovely. Friendly and helpful. I really liked that they didn't have a restaurant, and the breakfast was brought to our room. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from around the hotel. Complimentary tea and coffee whenever we wanted and milk and cookies before bed.

My partner and I stayed here 5 years ago and thought it was amazing back then… this time exceeded our expectations. Every staff member was so accommodating. The little complimentary touches really added to the experience: free Prosecco and bar snacks, coffee bought to the room, milk and cookies at night time. I was also very impressed that the room had a hair dryer, curlers and straighteners. The smell and atmosphere was 10/10

You can here people in the hallway quite loudly in the morning

Fantastic location and breakfast in bed every morning was a great touch! Afternoon fizz and nibbles was also a treat.

Everything, the staff were so friendly and made it one of the most enjoyable experience.

Great look and feel, staff were really welcoming and attentive.

Shower felt a bit cramped but i'm 6'+ so everywhere does, also couldn't really open the windows due to the outside pipe.

It was nice to stay somewhere that’s not like a carbon copy of every other hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and the fruit bowl and coffee machine were a nice touch. Bathroom was nice.

Our room (room 1) was very small so not the best place if you have luggage or want to unpack. The breakfast was ok but could have been higher quality

Beautiful little boutique hotel ,our room was lovely very clean & comfortable staff were so friendly & welcoming excellent facilities very central location lovely stay.

The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast delivered to our room. We were pleasantly surprised with our freebies proseccos and milk and cookies.

We couldn’t find the earplugs or slippers but that didn’t bother us. Just letting you know though

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful

The shower was bad, going from cold to boiling hot without touching anything. The breakfast was small and the 'freshly squeezed orange juice' wasn't fresh but concentrate.

Everything, the attention to details from check in to check out and everything else in between was impeccable. Great service, the staff cannot do enough for you and all with smiles on their faces. Has that cosy feeling, like you're a well cared for guest in someone's house.

It was cosy and comfy. We had the banana and chocolate sauce waffle for breakfast which was absolutely fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay.

It was a little cramped manovering in the bathroom with the doors.

The Hotel its self was unique and everything bespoke we have already recommended you to our friends and social media

Stayed one night, We loved how close the hotel was to everything,, there is plenty of bars, restaurants and the Arndale Center within a short walking distance..Parking available across the road, Check in was very smooth, we dropped out bags off early and returned after 3pm when our room was ready. Our bags were already in our room waiting for us. The hotel was extremely clean, everything looked new and was beautifully furnished. The hotel offers some very nice touches that were included in the booking... such as prosecco on arrival, cookies and hot chocolate in the evening, and Breakfast.. We had our breakfast delivered to our room in the morning which was very nice! I had a small cheese omelette, a coffee and banana. There is a few choices to have. A nice touch. Our room on the whole was lovely! although the room itself was rather small, it had a spacious bathroom with a nice walk-in shower. All the fittings, lights, and furnishings do make it feel very high end. Everything was extremely clean. The room has everything you need, Bluetooth speaker, hairdryer, television, bottled water.. It was all on point! 9.5/10

The hotel is super quiet. We didn't hear any other guests or staff, even when our room was on the ground floor next to the lobby. It was very peaceful... until the morning.. We were woken up by the bin lorries and street cleaners very early in the morning, I suppose this can be expected when staying in the city centre and it is of course out of the hotels control.. but it may be something to consider if an undisturbed sleep is one of your priorities! Nevertheless we still had a lovely morning in bed until check out at 11am. It was also very hot in our room, but to be fair, we didn't ask reception for a fan, and I'm sure the staff who were very attentive, would of sorted one for us if we did ask.

Location was ideal for our needs for a family wedding. The staff made the stay so enjoyable. Very helpful and accommodating. The room was very stylish and exceptionally clean. Close to the station, shops and the wedding venue. Breakfast was presented well and very tasty.

Room and bathroom were on the small side. No wardrobe and nowhere really to eat breakfast comfortably. Presented to your room on a tray but no where to eat it just on the bed.

Good location, excellent staff. Compact room but it had everything we needed. Also a good breakfast and coffee service.

Room size, we had the basement room which was cosy but a little dark

Beautiful hotel and very attentive staff. Breakfast brought to our room which was lovely. Small lounge area on our floor if we didn't want to stay in your room with hot drinks available. Very good location and easy walk to Co-op live.

Room was in basement and there was some noise overhead from people walking around - we were possibly under the hotel bar. Would request an upper room next time if possible. Room was very cosy but still beautiful.

The decor is absolutely stunning! Every aspect of the hotel has clearly been thought out, from the hair styling tools, to the complementary breakfast in bed delivered at your time of choice. My friend and I (both young women) felt so comfortable and pleased to have stayed. It is environmentally conscious, stylish, and welcoming. Also, they have a coffee machine downstairs with various types of tea and hot chocolate too!

Our bedroom was slightly smaller than expected, but that wasn’t an issue.

Excellent location and a beautiful rustic vibe, fitting for the Northern Quarter of Manchester. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A bit on the pricier side compared to other hotels within the city, however there’s plenty of complementary items that come with the stay such as prosecco, hot drinks, breakfast etc Free WiFi and Netflix on the TV were a nice bonus. Overall a nice hotel for a special occasion and would personally stay again

The room looked beautiful however it was not the most functional due to the size. Unfortunately because of the small bathroom and the design of the doors, they couldn’t stay closed, lock or open properly (blocked by the toilet) - overall a bit awkward for non couples.

Everything! The staff were so welcoming and made us feel at home, Orson was so relaxed and had a good chat with us, accommodated us as best as he could! The design of the hotel was stunning, ao much thought had gone into each detail.

Outside noise but cant be helped, and hotel provided ear plugs which worked a treat.

Gorgeous hotel, and amazing value for what you get. Stunning room, loads of little extras, like the sweets we were given and the free coffee just outside the door. The breakfast delivered to our room was perfect. You even get milk and cookies late evening. The staff were lovely and our stay was perfect.

Stunningly furnished hotel with very friendly staff. Located seconds from the lively bars of the Northen Quater.

The room was a little small with little storage.

Mostly everything from entering the hotel to leaving. The staff , decor ,everything you needed, and the comfort and location. We asked to leave our bag till later and even on return to pick our bag up we were offered a drink by Krishna with a big smile . She then thank us . She was so pleasant and friendly what a way to end our trip .

Nothing it was excellent

Honest staff left money in the room. Called them they found it and returned it to me. It would have been easy to say no but they didn't. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not a typical English breakfast but hot and tasty. We had the best night's sleep we were woken with breakfast in our room. The bed was divine.

Stairs didn't see a lift and I don't recall the description saying it didn't have one.
