The location of the hotel is perfect. Most of the historic buildings are very close to the hotel. The room was small but clean and warm. There was everything that I needed. Except for slippers.

Great location nice to have kitchen facilities available Staff were very helpful.

Not much room to put clothes away, had to climb over my partner to get out of bed during the night

Great room layout , ideal kitchen facilities, excellent big television that swiveled for viewing in bed or from big sofa , lots of restaurants and pubs within a 5 min walk and 150 yards from the Arndale centre

The location was excellent. It is in the middle of the city, giving easy access to the main shopping areas. The apartment is a good size and well laid out. On our arrival, there was plenty of coffee, tea, milk, and snacks—at reduced rates at a secure car park nearby.

The bed was made up of two single beds put together and they was different heights

Location is great located in corn exchange right next to Vapianos and next to Manchester Arndale. Staff especially Olivia was lovely she even gave us a free room upgrade to sovereign suite which was amazing, room was clean with amazing view. Perfect for couples!

Great location to work from and see the centre of Manchester. The apartment had everything I could need and the staff were super helpful. It was a great spot to work from (desk, good wifi) and right next to the Cathedral which was lovely. It’s also SO beautiful inside with all the Victorian tiles.

Location was absolutely fantastic, nice simple and comfy

little long winded to get to our room with no alternative stairs but really was not that big of a deal

The receptionist Libby was amazing. I felt very welcome, and my dog was made to feel welcome, too. The location is great. The room was fantastic. The building itself is historic, but renovations and modern designs are very well done. I loved the little shop area in reception, where snacks and things could be purchased.

The location was excellent. We were attending the AO arena for an event and it was a 5 minute walk away. The only thing it didn’t have was parking, we parked in the arena car park but when we got to reception we saw a notice that Roomzzz give 25% off another car park. The reception and staff were inviting, the room was huge, clean and was like an apartment! Bed exceptionally comfy. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Manchester.

Location was superb, it was just a shame you have to park a good walk away from the property.

The room seemed to be a million miles away from reception and not very well signed. We bumped into 2 couples who also struggled to find their room.

Superb location, great room . Highly recommend this place, our room was huge and very nice and comfortable. Will use again when in the area.

The location is great, you can get anywhere in the city very quickly. The size of the room was good and has everything you could possibly need. Considering the apartments are located in a busy area, you wouldn't know it. It was very quiet during the night.

The shower wasn't great. The mattress was two singles pushed together, yet advertised as king size.

The location of the property is perfect. The value for money is also very good.

The remote in the bedroom was for a smart tv and had a Netflix button but didn’t work. I called reception to try and sort this as I was staying with my 9 year old daughter, they told me it doesn’t work on some of the tvs. I was confused as it’s obviously there on the remote. We found this disappointing as every time we have stayed we stay in of an evening and watch movies on Netflix every time we have stayed at this hotel. Also with it being a superior apartment, I expected to have this as it is a higher standard room than others we’ve been in and had it. Secondly would be the mattress being two singles underneath, it was quite uncomfortable when I would roll into the middle and feel it.

Great location for the Arena just a few minutes walk away. Room was well equipped & very comfortable. Coffee & croissants were lovely.

Location was excellent, in spite of the awful weather it was easy to find and access.The place was warm..the staff,the atmosphere and the temperature. Being greeted with genuine smiles makes you feel valued and welcome. The small apartment was spotless , the linen was crisp and the toilet and shower were also pristine. The coffee station is a smashing idea. I really liked how the beauty and originality of the original building had been retained and the 'mod cons ' seamlessly added. Our luggage was secure post check out and the young receptionist took time to find us maps of the city and fold our map. It is these small incidental things which have set Roomz apart.

That we couldn't' turn the heating down to below 19. We Cumbrians are a hardy lot and 17 for sleeping is warm for us. Of course that is only a small niggle.

I had a great room, but the room itself did smell a bit off when you walked in almost like old garbage. It was there for my 2 day stay, but you only really noticed it when you walked in.

It was just perfect for a birthday weekend just before Christmas. Perfect for shopping and eating. Location fab.

Parking was abit of a distance, but not really an issue.

Very convenient on we're it is, very clean and tidy lovely apartment, quiet, slept good, beds very comfy, liked that the bathroom floor was heated, overall great stay would definitely stay again.

Great location for shopping, bars, restaurants and the tram line is just outside the hotel. Lovely staff too!

The location is amazing and everything is on your doorstep

We booked a superior apartment which was meant to have a city view an our view was the side of a large glass building right next to the hotel an our room didn’t look like the pics on booking.com an when I asked was the room we stayed in definitely a superior apartment I was told I should of mentioned it at first …only problem being we only checked in very late so it was a case of bags in an straight out

The kitchen equipment was very good.

The musky smell leading to my room on the corridor. The room was very cold, I should have said something to the receptionist, however I was very tired to bother. The bin bags were too small for the bins and they were no replacements in the cabinet.

Fabulous location . The staff couldn’t do enough and we were upgraded as it was my partners birthday so we arrived to the room and the bed decorated will definitely stay here again

It’s close to a lot of food places and it’s behind Arndale shopping mall. So I didn’t have to travel far to enjoy going around. :)

An extra key so that my other family member could access the building without me having to go help them open the doors.
