Excellent friendly staff, fast check in, clean comfortable rooms and Excellent in everyway

The hotel was amazing very central and a massive bonus that you can walk straight out of the reception to all different types of bars and restaurants we had a lovely meal at the Vietnamese restaurant that’s in the same building as the hotel you literally do not have to go outside and there’s many more to choose from. We stayed for a concert at the a o arena which is a 6 minute walk away, but we are thinking of returning soon just to have a relax with some nice food and a break from the kids. The room was big and spotless the shower was great the little kitchenette was a bonus as well although we didn’t use it to cook anything

There was a slight wait to check in I think the other receptionist was on her break we stood in line for about 30 minutes waiting to check in the line did start to move a lot faster once the other receptionist got back to work but the hotel was well worth the wait

Location was fab and parking was very reasonable. Room was great and good size.

The location was excellent, in the middle of the shopping area right behind Selfridges, next to Printworks, extremely close to Bars, restaurants & shops enabling to nip back should you wish. It was extremely clean, warm, the staff were informative and helpful and it was extremely quite considering it's location and time of year

The TV & Table at the end of the BED, far to invasive & took too much room up considering the amount of space allocated to the kitchen area, it could have been better planned

The old Corn Exchange is absolutely stunning, and the lovely modern hotel that has been built inside it, has been created in a highly sympathetic way to its surroundings. The location was fab too - very convenient for excellent shops, great restaurants, a cinema and a theatre.

Location was very central so it was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the room was ideal.

The coffee machine was not working on day 2 - that was the one thing that was disappointing.

Great location. Triple glazing and blackout curtains insulated the room from street noise. Free coffee and croissants a nice treat

Room was 10/10. Very clean and perfect location.

Stuff was rude.

We checked in and out very quickly, no hassle, staff were kind, told us everything we needed to know, about what times breakfast was, when doors locked and were very kind incase if we needed anything.

The view was obstructed by what I thonk was the roof of the building, but this didnt bother me much. This was likely also because our room was facing towards the inside of the hotel rather than facing city square. The bathroom also wouldn't lock, the lock worked but once you closed the door and tried to lock it, it physically wouldn't.

Luxurious infrastructure. Lovely apartment with cooking facilities. Inspiring views.

Was said to be temperature controlled but I felt cold during the night in November.

Reception staff not very pleasant

It's in the heart of the city near Railway station, cathedral, shopping mall. Easy to reach with public transport which makes you flexible during your visit too. An ideal location also if you attend a gig at AO Arena ;-)

Amazing, friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Got to know them by name during my 3 months stay here. Kitchenette was exactly what I needed to cook in the comfort of my own space. The housekeeping staff were very detailed and friendly as well. Location is perfect, in the city center at the start of the pedestrian zone. Close to several groceries stores, shopping and short walk to many districts of Manchester.

I have stayed here many times. Love the central location. The kitchenette is well equipped and great having M&S foods so close by.

Wish there was a ramp at front entrance. There is a mini lift. We always use the rear entrance.

Central location. The hotel is right in the city center, across the street from the football museum and the shopping center. The rooms are modern and clean. They have all you need for a short stay.

The kitchen is very rudimentary. We were able to make eggs for breakfast, but cooking dinner would've been challenging. There isn't any space to let the dishes dry nor is there a dish washer.

Great location, right on exchange square, super close to Selfridges, the Arndale, and plenty of pubs. The room was great, really good size, great amenities and very clean. Comfortable bed, very easy check-in/out and also provided free coffee and croissant in the morning. Already booked another stay with Roomzzz in another city.

Great location, right opposite the shopping centre, and five minute walk from the ao arena as we were there to attend a concert. So was very convenient. Room was great, like a bedsit style room, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. 10/10 would recommend

Great location, good size room with good facilities. Staff were friendly and overall we had a great time and would stay again if we were coming to Manchester. We parked in nearby Deansgate car park which was reasonably priced and were able to walk every where we wanted to go from the hotel. It's very close to the AO Arena, just a few minutes walk, so ideal if you are attending a concert.

Location was perfect. 3 minute walk from Manchester Victoria and across the road from Exchange metro link station. Rooms were big, clean, comfy and bright. Morning hot chocolate and croissants were ideal. Perfect all around!

Very central and lovely accommodation. Spacious apartment. Much like a suite - you’d pay a lot for the type of room you get at a hotel.

Room was a bit cold as the heating wasn’t working. Didn’t impact us massively as we wore an extra layer. Was going to raise it with staff but they didn’t seem too interested.

The property was lovely, very spacious, everything we needed was available, walking distance to pretty much everything including the AO arena, complimentary croissant and coffee between 6:30am and 10:30am, bed was very comfy, plug sockets by the bed, very clean, lovely decor, excellent WiFi connection.

Noise from upstairs was horrendous sounded like someone was about to come through the ceiling, told staff but it continued, bathroom was see through, good job we was a long term couple think it could be quite uncomfortable if we were a new couple could see each other on the toilet. Parking was expensive £21.50 on first night then found a car park the day after which was a 8 min walk that was only £9.50 for 24 hours.

Good sized room, clean and comfortable bed. Very quiet for such a central location. Nice that some of the old internal features had been preserved .

There is nothing to add say that the pillars in the room required a bit of contortion to access one side of the bed!

The location was great as it was surrounded by lots of restaurants and retail shops, plus some shopping malls like Arnsdale and Selfridges just a minute walk from the hotel. The room was good and spacious.

The location was an absolute plus ! The hotel room is fully equipped with microwave, dish washer, kitchen utensils, the toilet floor comes with a heating system as well. Eating and shopping wasn't a problem at all, and the tram and bus stop is just right below/ around the corner. Also the lobby's 24hr free flow coffee/drinking machine, and free croissants in the morning !

No Parking space at the property, and there's only a nearby car park, which the hotel recommended to pre-book in order to get discounts, and it's quite far to walk with a bunch of luggage with you. And the room doesn't provide toothbrush, washing machine is free to use but you need to purchase a washing pod or bring your own.
