The indoor pool was a bit too cold

This is truly an excellent hotel. From the moment you walk in until you exit. Special thanks to Abril from front desk, she was marvellous. Excellent breakfast Spotless rooms. Nice little SPA. Location is also very good.

It If I have one comment is that in the SPA area there are some electrical wires near the pool which need attention.

Everything we needed for a mini break in the sun. Very clean, great food, good spa and loved the bike hire which was an added bonus.

Hotel was great, staff very friendly. Lovely comfortable beds. Rooftop pool and bar were good. Did not eat at the hotel but it looked busy. Would return. Was quite noisy in the morning from the main road but was to be expected due to great location.

Would prefer more privacy in the bathroom. Ok if you’re travelling as a couple, but might be awkward for friends sharing a room Only given one bottle of water in the room on arrival. Not the cheapest hotel to stay in, so would expect at least a fresh bottle supplied each day.

Central location with shops and cafes around. Comfortable bed. Good spa and pool on the rooftops. Friendly staff.

Breakfast pretty average, with no variety within the week. Value for money could be better (eg parking for 18/day when public one is 5).

The hotel is in a very modern boutique style, about a ten minute walk to the harbour area. Breakfast was superb with a wide range of options available every day, including a hot selection, fresh pastries, fruits, yoghurts, cheeses and meats. Roof top infinity pool and bar gave a sense of luxury with standard and cabana sunbeds available. Indoor pool area, steam room and sauna were all open every day with pool towels provided by reception. The staff were all so helpful and made our stay even better. Would thoroughly recommend..

Everything is awesome. The breakfast, the rooftop with the pool, the location, the spa, the rooms, the staff… are amazing. We go to this hotel on a yearly basis since years.

Excellent breakfast lovely roof area with heated pool bar cabanas and sun loungers .There is also a smaller indoor pool at the spa area. The hotel is very close to the old town and restaurants all easily accessible on foot.

Lovely clean rooms, very modern. Very helpful, nice staff - the ladies who clean the rooms were so lovely!! Gym is small but clean, modern, and has everything you need. A great hotel if in Palma for a few days!

See-through bathrooms!! Why is there not a proper door or a fully private shower?? There seems to be a strange design phase sweeping European hotels which is awful. Doesn't matter who you are sharing with, you should be able to have privacy in a bathroom! Also, the need to reserve a sunbed.

Great for a city break! Second time staying and would stay there again.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. I was travelling with three friends. The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable and big. The hotel facilities were great - two pools, a library and a couple of bars. Breakfast had a really good range of food, even for our gluten intolerant member! The location is 5 minutes from the old town and 10mins from the cathedral. Really easy to get to from the airpirt with the bus stopping at the end of the road. A great experience.

The hotel was very modern and clean and in a great location. It has great facilities and the rooftop pool was a highlight. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I’d recommend to anyone to stay here

Breakfast wasn’t included in our room price, but it wasn’t an issue as there were loads of great breakfast options nearby

This hotel is a top rated hotel. The hotel facilities are great. The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff are the best. Very friendly and willing to help with anything asked.

I liked everything about the hotel, the location, staff, breakfast, earth friendly motto, the room, the furniture, the proximity to the center and the fabrica street where nice restaurants, cafes and the mercado located. In short I liked all of it.

People booking the double canopy beds and leaving them empty for most of the day. You should rent these for half a day only and charge more for a full day.

The hotel was of a high standard with excellent facilities like the roof top pool and spa. The location is only a 5-10 min walk to the centre of the city where there are many bars and restaurants to choose from.

Brilliant stay! Lovely breakfast, bike rental was great. Parking available at hotel for the entire stay which was a bonus! Heard mixed reviews about the rooftop pool and lack of sun loungers but we always got a spot anytime we went. Food and cocktails were great at the rooftop bar/restaurant. Would definitely stay again

Excellent location, super clean modern facilities, breakfast buffet superb, enjoyed delicious late lunches too excellent value, quiet comfy room, rooftop pool real bonus to relax in afternoons after sight seeing, friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.
