Really comfortable beds. The spa was a real bonus, loved the rooftop pool! The breakfast was also excellent value.

It would have been nice to have had fresh milk in the room instead of powdered milk!

The rooms and decor were really nice, and everything was extremely clean. Loved having access to the spa with two saunas and a heated pool, as well as the restaurant and bar area. The rooftop pool looked nice too! Very friendly staff, and good breakfast with nice variety.

Very minor but our hire car was a Jeep and the underground car park is very tight for larger cars.

Everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The breakfasts were excellent. Everyone at the reception was especially kind and welcoming. The spa was wonderful. This is already our third visit, and each time we leave absolutely delighted. Everything is at the highest level.

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. Every detail reflected impeccable care and cleanliness — the rooms were spotless, and the beds, towels, and linens were perfectly maintained. We were particularly impressed by the spa center, where we spent a delightful evening relaxing with friends on a rainy day. Breakfast was nothing short of spectacular — both hearty and comprehensive, with an astonishing variety that catered to every taste. The hotel’s location is ideal, practically in the very heart of the city, with excellent restaurants just a five-minute walk away. Moreover, the reception staff were absolutely wonderful — the ladies at the front desk were not only professional and courteous but genuinely charming, making us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay. Every aspect of our experience exceeded expectations, leaving us with only the most positive and lasting impressions.

Have stayed here many times - never fails to be fantastic. Total bargain for an out-of-season rate!

It was too cold in the room for this season. There was an air conditioning with heating system - but it didn’t work very well.

I’m really being picky as it’s excellent there but as you are asking -No liquid milk or selection of tea in the room- liquid milk in the room for tea and a tea selection and earl grey tea would be nice in the room and at breakfast for those of us who don’t drink coffee

The room was a great size and very modern with a high end feel to it, push button blinds, very nice bathroom, huge shower. Great location to explore the island with close by access to transportation or just walking to highlighted spots in Palma, restaurants, groceries, etc. The downstairs lounge was modern, clean and very large with several meeting & eating areas, a bar area, library reading area. I didn't use the other offerings such as massage therapy or the rooftop lounge. Absolutely a great hotel.

New, modern, quite. Perfect location (10-15 min by easy walk maximum to any location in the centre of Palma), very clean, the stuff is polite and helpful, the breakfast is perfect with huge choice. The rooms are comfortable, spa area is good too.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit every taste. The location is perfect—convenient and well connected, yet peaceful enough for a truly relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the additional amenities, which added real value and comfort to our experience. The design of the hotel is elegant and thoughtfully curated, creating a stylish and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Most impressive of all were the spacious rooms, beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, making them both luxurious and incredibly comfortable. We were two couples travelling with children and felt very welcome.

It seemed newly refurbished and the design of the hotel was done to a very high standard. It also felt very safe as you needed to have a key card to get up to the floors with the rooms on. The spa on the bottom floor was amazing and was a lovely surprise to be able to use it with no extra cost.

Everything was great from check in to the whole stay. Breakfast is very good and lots of variety, even a small gluten free section. There was the spa a gym etc. It has everything you might need. We would definitely stay again if ever in Palma.

Great location Modern hotel

Everything great about from steam room wasn’t clean the floor had lots of skin from peoples feet which was repulsive!

Reception was very nice and patient, also quite helpful. The room was much better than we imagined, comfortable, everything there, nice bathroom with ensuite toilet with door! Big "Rain- shower". The wardrobe had 10 cloth hangers, a rarety! And transparent doors! Big mirror in the room. Most remarkable was the bed and the pillows, extremely comfortable, one of the best hotel-beds in our experience. And it was just a standard double room with double bed! Breakfast was also one of the best, big variety of warm dishes, loads of local cheese and sausages, different veggie offers, lots of sweetie, a great variety of bread. Only thing we didn't understand: It's the season for oranges and tangerines, especially on the island, why didn't they offer any? All in all a very good hotel with good location and reasonable prices, Cava at the hotel bar was cheaper than anywhere else....

Great location, modern, very clean hotel with excellent facilities. The room was very comfy – the shower in particular was excellent! We made good use of the spa, gym and pool, being able to have a swim in the rooftop pool in December was lovely. The breakfast spread was very good, and the staff at the hotel were very friendly. I would highly recommend it for a stay in Palma, there are some excellent bars and restaurants close by as well.

Nice place to stay. Everything was exceptional. The breakfasts are good and not static from day to day. Free SPA facilities are nice too. It's a really convenient place to walk through the most interesting city places.

Being charged for two bottles of water for the room when I would have hoped the cleaning staff would simply replenish them.

Everything was excellent. I really liked the automatic lighting, the nice welcome gifts from the hotel and the spa. The breakfast was wonderful, made from local national products and very filling. The location is very convenient: about 15 minutes on foot to the city center and only 5 minutes to a shop where you can buy gifts to take home.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

I stayed here with my daughter, she is a vegetarian. The breakfast choices were so varied and delicious! We loved the spa, the roof top area, our room , the library lounge and the bar area. Everything about this hotel is classy!!!!!

A month ago, I stayed at this hotel for the first time. A month later, I returned with my husband and my mother. This is the best place in Europe. The service is exceptional, the spa is outstanding, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. The breakfasts are perfect. We had an early flight, and they prepared breakfast for us at 2:30 a.m. 😍 The staff are truly incredible.

I don't think I have ever given a hotel review without also leaving a negative comment. Before booking I kept looking at all the excellent reviews and thought this seems too good to be true but it truly is an exceptional place to stay. We had a lovely welcome from reception, our room (516) was superb; good lighting, clean, comfy bed, very quiet even though on the front road, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with a good choice of hot and cold food and very nice hot coffee. The bar area was good, with a nice ambience and good staff. The bus stop to and from the airport is only a few minutes walk away which is the A1 bus for €5 each which takes less than 20 minutes. It took us about 10 minutes to walk into the centre but the area around the hotel has everything; cafes, bakery, shops, bars, restaurants etc so you didn't actually need to travel too far. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel and staying again. There is a reason there are so many reviews without negative comments and here is another one.

Nothing at all to dislike! When I first read all the reviews with no negatives I was sceptical but I honestly cannot oust one thing to fault. We had 3 nights so it's ideal for a short or long stay.

The breakfast was an amazing buffet type with high quality items. The rooms were brand new high tech, spacious and super clean. The staff were all very helpful expecially Ernesto and his team who helped us recover a mobile phone which we left behind.

Modern rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast. Indoor and outdoor pool and neither were too busy when we were there.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms and the facilities were excellent. The pool is small and on the cold side but it was refreshing to use between the sauna and steam room. The gym was small (2 machines each but it also had free weight and was good enough for me). I didn't visit the rooftop much in November but the pool was heated up there. Wonderful spread (hot and cold) at breakfast time, the staff were a perfect balance of attentive and friendly without being over the top. The free drink at the bar and at the nearby shopping centre (also panoramic views) was such a nice touch, would definitely stay again. Room were clean and quiet, and everything in walking distance.

I noticed the paint/ceiling above he shower needed replacing, but the rest of the hotel seems very new. The pool in the spa would be slightly warmer.

Excellent location. An easy walk to the shops and sites it the old town. Reception staff were lovely on arrival. The room is great. Two lifts so never a long wait. Breakfast was amazing. Roof top pool open and the spa was great when the weather turned cold.
