The staff were exceptional

Our initial room was near the back of the hotel and was exposed to some very noisy guests, which is no fault of the hotel, more inconsiderate people. The reception team were very sympathetic and offeeed us a room change as a solution, which was great!

Everything was superb. No complaints.

Very trendy hotel, the decor was lovely and modern and all facilities were very clean. The rooftop pool and bar area was great, as was the indoor spa facility; the pool/sauna/steam were great to have to relax in before heading out! Really good breakfast buffet too.

The only negative was that the bed was particularly firm, with the pillows being way too light and soft. That's all!

Loved the hotel and everything about it , bonus that a delicious breakfast was served till 11.00 ! Just one improvement would be an expresso coffee machine in the room

kettle and sachets of tea and coffee. It’s normal for a hotel of this standard to have a coffee machine .

Best thing was hotel was clean. Staff was really nice. Location was excellent. We love city vibes so it was perfect for us.

Great location and amenities.

A professionally managed hotel. Many restaurants around with a supermarket nearby. The city centre, where the train station and bus terminal are, is within walking distance. The decors is nice and the buffet breakfast is delicious. The room is very quiet and the staff at the reception are very well-trained and served clients well.

Beyond amazing. Location on the doorstep of the city for shopping and a wide range of restaurants. Staff were so helpful. Spa was very relaxing. This will be our go-to hotel for every visit. Literally nothing I would change.

The property was fantastic for a short city stay. The amenities were great- both the roof deck and spa pools and a very well equipped gym Rooms were large, comfortable and well appointed. Would highly recommend. Also. The staff were just lovely

Great hotel right on the divide of the old town and the developing area. Great room.with plenty of space for two and a great shower. Bar area and pool.on roof gave space for a break from walking the sights ( and bars)

Only fault for me was breakfast. Great food selection and service, but at peak times it hard to find a table. My ad ice have a early or late breakfast. We would happily go again. I didn't play golf but lads who.were there said it was good.spot for the courses as central.and next ro taxi company foe.tansfers. Taxi fromaiprport to hotel cost us €20

The room was great, checked daily. Brilliant shower, very comfortable bed. Exceptionally helpful and pleasant staff. Lift was a bit awkward, having to wave key, press button, wave key again etc. However i understand the security involved.

The breakfast setup and choice was amazing, catering for anything that anyone could want. My only criticism of the hotel in any way was the hot food section of the breakfast. Invariably it was luke warm to cold within a few moments, not helped by the cold plates the food was put on.

Beautiful property. Clean. Lots of choice at breakfast. Good location on the bus route from the airport. Very modern. Nice distance away from the centre but close enough to be able to walk into town each night.

Try not to stay at the lift end of the corridor as the walls are very thin and could hear the ping of the elevator all the time at night I bought ear plugs. View unfortunately was of a brick wall but it is a city hotel. We arrived so late we just stuck with it. Some instructions in the room would help about the window shutters which wouldn’t open as it was linked to the bathroom window so had to go to reception.

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were amazing, always had a smile on their faces, they were very knowledgeable and always happy to assist. The hotel itself was very central and easy to venture out on foot. The water in the pool was warm. Breakfast was amazing, a great selection. We had a late flight out of Palma, hotel were happy to mind our cases, and also let us use their facilities and have a shower at the end of the day. Top service. It was a little expensive if you are using Australian dollars, however very worth every euro! I would stay there again!! Well done!!!

Great clean hotel with everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was quite good.

Whilst there is a rooftop there are no nice views from there and there aren't many options for part shade or sun (I like sun and my partner likes shade so we had to sit separately). If you want to stay in the heart of town I recommend staying in 'Centro', however this was a good spot for us and an easy walk still to the livelier streets.

Very good location, good breakfast.

Some tiles/floorboards are broken around the pool. One of the two saunas was not working. You need to pay in cash if you want to rent a bicycle from the hotel (11 euros). The view from our room in second floor was to some kind of dirty roof and old building.

All the staff were excellent, the breakfast was great, the hotel had a feeling of being well run and managed and was smart, clean and well designed. The location was fantastic.

The fact that we overlooked offices so the blackout blind, we had to leave down whilst in the room, made the room dark. A film on the windows or a net blind, one where you could see out but no one could see in, would make the experience more pleasant.

clean, comfy rooms, nice rooftop pool with a bar and seating. staff super friendly and helpful.

spa had a very limited menu, pool wasn't heated so cold in October, rooms slightly oddly furnished so lots of things not quite where you expect. breakfast was ok but not great - machine coffee, pastries, continental breakfast stuff and a few cooked things.
