The hotel is absolutely excellent. Beautiful room, incredibly friendly staff, perfect location. Loved every second!

A month ago, I stayed at this hotel for the first time. A month later, I returned with my husband and my mother. This is the best place in Europe. The service is exceptional, the spa is outstanding, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. The breakfasts are perfect. We had an early flight, and they prepared breakfast for us at 2:30 a.m. 😍 The staff are truly incredible.

I don't think I have ever given a hotel review without also leaving a negative comment. Before booking I kept looking at all the excellent reviews and thought this seems too good to be true but it truly is an exceptional place to stay. We had a lovely welcome from reception, our room (516) was superb; good lighting, clean, comfy bed, very quiet even though on the front road, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with a good choice of hot and cold food and very nice hot coffee. The bar area was good, with a nice ambience and good staff. The bus stop to and from the airport is only a few minutes walk away which is the A1 bus for €5 each which takes less than 20 minutes. It took us about 10 minutes to walk into the centre but the area around the hotel has everything; cafes, bakery, shops, bars, restaurants etc so you didn't actually need to travel too far. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel and staying again. There is a reason there are so many reviews without negative comments and here is another one.

Nothing at all to dislike! When I first read all the reviews with no negatives I was sceptical but I honestly cannot oust one thing to fault. We had 3 nights so it's ideal for a short or long stay.

The breakfast was an amazing buffet type with high quality items. The rooms were brand new high tech, spacious and super clean. The staff were all very helpful expecially Ernesto and his team who helped us recover a mobile phone which we left behind.

One of nicest hotels I have stayed in - the staff were so helpful and friendly, breakfast was amazing, really spacious room with kettle and fridge, fab location, facilities (gym, spa, bike hire, roof terrace) were all great.

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of Palma. Friendly helpful staff. Superb breakfast with plenty of choice. Heated rooftop pool and lovely indoor spa. Highly recommended.

Modern rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast. Indoor and outdoor pool and neither were too busy when we were there.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms and the facilities were excellent. The pool is small and on the cold side but it was refreshing to use between the sauna and steam room. The gym was small (2 machines each but it also had free weight and was good enough for me). I didn't visit the rooftop much in November but the pool was heated up there. Wonderful spread (hot and cold) at breakfast time, the staff were a perfect balance of attentive and friendly without being over the top. The free drink at the bar and at the nearby shopping centre (also panoramic views) was such a nice touch, would definitely stay again. Room were clean and quiet, and everything in walking distance.

I noticed the paint/ceiling above he shower needed replacing, but the rest of the hotel seems very new. The pool in the spa would be slightly warmer.

Excellent location. An easy walk to the shops and sites it the old town. Reception staff were lovely on arrival. The room is great. Two lifts so never a long wait. Breakfast was amazing. Roof top pool open and the spa was great when the weather turned cold.

Great location - an easy walk to great restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Extremely clean and well maintained hotel. We stayed here for a few nights when we first arrived in Mallorca and the hotel stored our large suitcases while we explored more of the island for 10 days before returning to Palma. This was very convenient.

This is truly an excellent hotel. From the moment you walk in until you exit. Special thanks to Abril from front desk, she was marvellous. Excellent breakfast Spotless rooms. Nice little SPA. Location is also very good.

It If I have one comment is that in the SPA area there are some electrical wires near the pool which need attention.

Everything we needed for a mini break in the sun. Very clean, great food, good spa and loved the bike hire which was an added bonus.

Would prefer more privacy in the bathroom. Ok if you’re travelling as a couple, but might be awkward for friends sharing a room Only given one bottle of water in the room on arrival. Not the cheapest hotel to stay in, so would expect at least a fresh bottle supplied each day.

The hotel is in a very modern boutique style, about a ten minute walk to the harbour area. Breakfast was superb with a wide range of options available every day, including a hot selection, fresh pastries, fruits, yoghurts, cheeses and meats. Roof top infinity pool and bar gave a sense of luxury with standard and cabana sunbeds available. Indoor pool area, steam room and sauna were all open every day with pool towels provided by reception. The staff were all so helpful and made our stay even better. Would thoroughly recommend..

Excellent breakfast lovely roof area with heated pool bar cabanas and sun loungers .There is also a smaller indoor pool at the spa area. The hotel is very close to the old town and restaurants all easily accessible on foot.

Lovely clean rooms, very modern. Very helpful, nice staff - the ladies who clean the rooms were so lovely!! Gym is small but clean, modern, and has everything you need. A great hotel if in Palma for a few days!

See-through bathrooms!! Why is there not a proper door or a fully private shower?? There seems to be a strange design phase sweeping European hotels which is awful. Doesn't matter who you are sharing with, you should be able to have privacy in a bathroom! Also, the need to reserve a sunbed.

Great for a city break! Second time staying and would stay there again.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. I was travelling with three friends. The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable and big. The hotel facilities were great - two pools, a library and a couple of bars. Breakfast had a really good range of food, even for our gluten intolerant member! The location is 5 minutes from the old town and 10mins from the cathedral. Really easy to get to from the airpirt with the bus stopping at the end of the road. A great experience.

The hotel was very modern and clean and in a great location. It has great facilities and the rooftop pool was a highlight. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I’d recommend to anyone to stay here
