Everything was great. Great breakfast!

Rooms not too big, but comfortable.

The staff are very welcoming and engaged, the location is perfect for walking either into the old town or visiting the hip area right next-door. Loved having the spa. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. Many spaces in the lobby to relax and hang out. Grocery stores within a block. Airport A1 bus stops are very convenient, drop off four minute walk and return two minute walk. at the airport buy a return and save two euros.

The rooms and pool are a bit worn and need a facelift.

Cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. The interior was very luxurious.

excellent buffet breakfast with signature iberico ham daily and assorted pastries and hot food. the hotel is located near city center as well. we used the bike rental service provided by the hotel - bikes are with mutiple gears so not too bad. room is spacious and the hotel has a small swimming pool together with saunas which are all pretty nice! staff is great - we got many good recommendations from patricia, really appreciate her help !! also there are welcome drinks in the lounge - another thing we really like!

tap water is not drinkable in mallorca, so when our water went out at night, we need to buy from the hotel which is 3.6 euro for the 1L bottle - too late for us to buy it outside in the supermarket at the time, but hoped the hotel water can be a bit cheaper hehe. but the water from the hotel tastes pretty good, there will be a free bottle when checking in as well.

breakfast is perfect, only caffee machines are struggling(quality problem)very often , and one machine more would be a good service,.. maybe the management could be replace the caffe machines to new hogh quality machines ....

An excellent stay. Great facilities, helpful and smiling staff at reception. Great bike rental service with very good bikes at low rates. Welcome drink much appreciated. Walking distance to all main sites. Breakfast is varied and extended till 11.

This is the third time we have stayed at the hotel and we like it very much. The staff are very helpful and friendly - Patricia on reception was particularly welcoming. The location is great, very close to the centre.

The only hiccup came at the end of our stay. We had paid for breakfast each day but had to leave early for the airport on the last day - 15 minutes before breakfast was officially served. A little discretionary flexibility re rules about access to a few simple breakfast items would have been appreciated. Apparently a simple breakfast could have been arranged but we were not (made) aware of this. The staff were not to blame but as I say a little discretionary flexibility would have been helpful. In the end we were given 4 croissants and access to the coffee machine - better than nothing but certainly not worth the €56 we’d paid in advance for breakfast each morning.

The location is good, even in Winter the pool on the terrace was heated

The Breakfast area is a bit too small for the capacity of the hotel. The fried eggs come out of the freezer and were never hot. Spa area too small as well. Bar closes already 22.30

Sauna was not hot, very thin walls - could hear people snoring in their rooms, if someone was walking on the corridor it was like if they were inside our room

location is super. city and all top spots are walking distance. amenities, bedding, and bathroom are excellent room service and reception were kind and helpful breakfast was outstanding: great quality and options the hotel design is good and condition is new bike rental starts at a great value of 11 Euro/day. a great way to explore the city.

worst thing was the smell when you turn off the air condition. I think the sewage system has some issue. turning on the air condition in winter is also not comfy. parking is 18Euro per night. I wish it was less especially that the parking garage is very tight and strict. however, it is a must as there is almost no chance to find park in the street in the area

Very friendly and helpful staff. Various, healthy, delicious breakfast. The room was beautiful- liked the window very much: it was nice sitting on the bench, reading and watching people at the street.

Doors to rooms are are paperthin – could hear everything from the floor, spa: sauna and steam bath are outdated and not in their best shape (door broken, not really hot, some buttons did not work properly), noise from the street was quite loud (had a room in 4th floor)

Such a lovely hotel, comfortable beds, great breakfast, best location and as a cherry on the cake the most wonderful staff. We celebrated my sisters 50th and we got bubbles for breakfast, such a nice gesture. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this is actually the best one. There wasn’t anything the staff couldn’t assist with. My biggest recommendations and you will not go wrong with this choice.

We stayed only one night, but found this to be a very comfortable hotel in a quiet part of Palma. It's within walking distance of the cathedral and other attractions. The staff were particularly helpful.

Television programmes choice was poor for British travellers.

The hotel was perfect, super clean and the staff and breakfast were great, spa was lovely as was the rooftop pool and terrace, and also such a great location.

The spa was such a nice treat after a long days traveling!

Super location with Santa Catalina right on your doorstep. The staff were helpful and friendly. Solid breakfast.

The office windows made our room feel drab, businesslike and functional, so not a place for lounging in.

Fantastic location, super clean and comfortable with all the amenities required. We were on a cycling break and having the secure bike parking area was fantastic

No way of drying damp clothes , the heated panel/ floor in the bathroom did not work. Some of the elements of the dos did not work and were in need of maintenance

Friendly, welcoming staff. Room very modern, bed was super comfy and very quiet. Best shower in a hotel I've ever had. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from, and presented beautifully.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. They were always very nice and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel was amazing and the room was just perfect. Everything was very nice, comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. There were a lot of options to eat. Definitely would recommend and definitely will stay again when I come back to Palma! Loved everything!

Great accommodation experience! The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Palma, with restaurants, the old town, and the beach all within walking distance. The rooftop terrace, gym, and sauna were fantastic additions to the stay. It was also convenient for day trips by bike, jogging, and remote work.

Good business hotel in a good area near the old city and Santa Catalina. Good breakfast, very friendly staff. Beds were good, nice pool area. All of this for a decent price.

Fantastic spot to stay in Palma, we made most use of the spa/sauna and gym. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were all lovely, they offer a free drink pass. The breakfast buffet was great too.

Staff couldn't help you enough and were so friendly! The location is amazing, perfect distance to walk to the centre of Palma in 10 mins. Facilities were great and everywhere was spotless. The breakfast had lots of choice and catered for all tastes. Would definitely stay here again.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable, but if you like a hard mattress then they'll be fine. Also, I am a light sleeper and could hear next doors/underneath so I don't think the soundproofing is too great. I am fussy about noise when I sleep though so this will only be a problem if you're the same.

Good location just a short walk from city centre. Close to police station so felt safe. Room was cleaned daily and bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! We didn’t have breakfast on our reservation so we paid for it two days in a row it was that good.

Room didn’t have streaming services or chrome cast so we had to watch cable channels. Also (was fine for us) but the bathroom was a lot of glass and a minimal door so if you weren’t a couple privacy could be an issue.
