Beautiful hotel in a great location nothing to fault ,staff were very helpful especially when my husband lost his wallet Rooms were lovely and breakfast was good ,would definitely stay here again so close to everything

Make sure to get a room on 1st floor if you got bad knees like me

The location was great and within a 5-minute walk from two parking garages. The morning breakfast was the perfect way to start a day of activity, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Our flight did not arrive until after midnight and it was close to 1:30am by the time we rented a car. I had let the hotel know about our late arrival and they assured me that the front desk would be staffed. When we arrived, the hotel was completely locked. We rang the bell and there was no answer. I was able to call, someone answered and then let us in. That was our only negative about the hotel.

Very attractive courtyard setting. Based in the heart of the old town. Nice staff. Simple good quality breakfast. Rooms quaint but with all our requirements met.

Noisy at night. Some crashing of bottles and glass being collected late at night. Noise from outside in the street and from music playing in the courtyard No lift so you have to lift your luggage up a lot of stairs

That I had to book through booking.com. Please book directly to the hotel website is my advice. Booking.com booked 2 rooms for me instead of 1!! I contacted them to say that I only needed one, and they did not respond. I thankfully visited the hotel the day before I needed to arrive, and between us.. we were able to sort out, and I was not charged for two room which would have been very expensive. I’m sorry, but I Will never again book through your website. I’m will book directly to the hotel website.

Lovely smell everywhere, and the atmosphere was just breathtaking!

The location was perfect. We loved the character of the building the room was comfortable. We ate at Viu one evening and the food and the service were excellent. Terrible music! How about something more ethnic?

we quite like reading our books in bed, but there were two very thin pillows and a hard bed head. This could’ve been sorted out with some cushions or more pillows. The chairs were uncomfortable to sit in so this was not an option. The music in the courtyard was a little bit too loud (you could cut this out if you closed your windows, but it was nice to have the fresh air) and also I would strongly suggest that you change the type of music as it is really dreadful lift music. We were in Mallorca How about something more ethnic? Breakfast was okay but despite having mentioned the toaster a couple of times it still made no difference. It is not toast. It is warm bread that comes out regardless of what you do.

What a fabulous hotel, the location was just perfect. So central to everything, all in walking distance of the restaurant's, shops, cathedral and palaces. Love the style of the hotel, it had a very regal feel to it. Staff excellent, informative and helpful. Breakfast was delicious also.

Perfect location and beautiful interior. Room was spacious- clean and lovely decor. Nespresso machine in room with tea and coffee making facilities. Huge bathroom. Overlooking courtyard. Staff really friendly and breakfast was great value for money.

Perfect quiet location, very helpful and efficient staff, very clean throghout, comfortable beds, air conditioning, very good breakfast.

The room was on the 4th floor without the lift. Whilst we had our lagguage delivered to the room on arrival and back downstairs on departure, it was not very easy to get back to the room after a day of sightseeing. A lift would be beneficial. It was also not very easy to find a parking space for the hired car.

Hotel rooms s in the perfect location and it was clean with a very helpful staff.

Great location/ decor/ reception staff/ cleaning. Bar facility not good as no atmosphere and cold outside. Heaters/ burners would have helped and encouraged customers. Breakfast was sub contracted and we didn’t feel the hot food offering was good at all. Raw bacon/ powdered eggs ( cold) and beans/ tortilla. Boiled eggs would be better. Toaster poor. Let the hotel down. Our room was on the front so very noisy late at night and early morning. Would request back room next time.

I missed not having a lift in the hotel in the first night carrying our bags pinto the room but the staff did offer to help. Only in arriving and departing, everyday no need for lift.

Lovely hotel. Really beautiful building, as soon as you step into the entrance hall, with its beautiful marble floor and stone arches with high ceilings. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We slept very well. The bathroom is well equipped with a walk in shower, lots of water flow, and really nice and hot. There is also a toilet and bidet. The staff were so friendly. They always recognised us, greeted us with a smile as they handed us the room key. Reception staff were happy to help with advice regarding buses and times to help us explore the island. Breakfast was included and a wide variety was provided. Again the staff in the restaurant could not be more helpful and friendly. The breakfast included juices, coffee, Cava (bit early for me) various breads croissants and pastries etc, cold meats, cheeses, fruits, and cooked breakfast. The cooked breakfast consisted of slices of tortilla (Spanish omelet) scrambled eggs, baked beans and jamon style bacon. This is the only area I thought could be a little better. Some fried or poached eggs, some sausages and some normal bacon would have suited my English taste better. The hotel is ideally situated just a minutes walk from the city centre, yet nice and quiet at night. Overall lovely hotel and I would happily stay again.

The hotel is stylish, clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. The breakfast was great and staff were also very helpful.

A little dark in the rooms and if you opened the curtains in our room we were overlooked by other rooms in the courtyard.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location if you like to be in the centre. The staff were all lovely, friendly and very helpful.

It was a little too dark in the restaurant/ bedroom

The hotel was very accommodating as I had a mobility problem and hadn't thought to check if there was a lift, which there wasn't. They very helpfully changed our room to one with less steps. It was much appreciated.

The food was very disappointing. The buffet style cold food was good but the eggs and bacon and anything warm was cold or luke warm. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food again was luke warm, and did not reflect the expectation or cost.

The hotel is stunning and the location is amazing highly recommend
