I love the hotel and the environment. Despite of being in the centre it was extremely quiet. The staff was super accommodating.

This was my second time staying this summer. Everything is great. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet; the inner courtyard is lovely and the staff are so helpful.

The room was good. Staff was always helpful and friendly.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious. Colors are very soothing. Great location in Palma. Breakfast service in the plaza was so peaceful and there was a diverse selection of items.

I have stayed before. The staff is wonderful kind and helpful. They gave me a breakfast bag as I left for the airport too early for their lovely breakfast buffet. The location is superb in a wonderful palatial courtyard building. The rooms are small but very comfortable.

There is no elevator so elderly guests would need help w their luggage. The courtyard restaurant looked great but on both nights there were wedding receptions so we couldn’t even have a cocktail there.

Lovely building in a great location

The courtyard bar and restaurant are not owned by the hotel so we were turned away twice despite there being tables as they were “too busy “- so despite you having to listen to their music all night you cannot be guaranteed to be served so we went to the bar in the hotel next door. The second time we were turned away they were quite rude to be honest.

Excellent location, beautiful building, amazing breakfast, lovely bathrooms and bedding, great staff and service. A gem in the city centre with a gorgeous courtyard. Will stay again.

I wasn’t aware that the restaurant closed one night and also the bar is unavailable during a private event (pre-wedding) but this did not detract from our stay.

no lift! had a painful foot so walking up and down to 3rd floor was difficult but staff did try to move us

Very good location. Huge bathroom. Great breakfast in the central garden. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed.

Room 101 was too small for the large bed. A poorly positioned small desk made it very difficult to get around the room, so we moved it and the mini fridge beneath it. It was fine after that. Room 101 is also just above reception and noise carried up the stairs. The night reception staff member was very good in clearing the noisy guests from the lobby after my complaint around 12:30 am. Both the bathroom and the bedroom were relatively poorly lit. I needed to use my phone light to see in the wardrobe. We didn't feel it was very good value for €320 per night.

Historic building beautifully renovated and well furnished. Spotless rooms with supremely comfortable bed. Efficient Air Con. The hotel is tucked away just off the Passeig del Born, an ideal central location yet a quiet and calm oasis away from the noise and bustle of central Palma. Easy check-in and check-out. Helpful staff at Reception. Charming courtyard restaurant for al fresco drinking and dining.

Breakfast Buffet was adequate but laid out in a dark, gloomy room just off the courtyard. Air Con was not working during our visit and it was uncomfortably hot which was not the most appealing place to serve cold meats and cheeses, fruits and yoghurts. Fortunately, we were able to eat outside in the courtyard when it stopped raining.

Great location and a beautiful hotel and really good staff.

Our bedroom was fairly small for 2 friends traveling together. We had twin beds but they were literally side by side. Nowhere to put 2 suitcases

Nice, design hotel in the old building, in the very center of Palma. Good, intim atmosphere. The guy in duty during breakfast (Carlos) was amazing - top professional but very relaxed in the same time. The whole staff was very attentive and nice.

A bit of noise coming from neighbouring rooms (it is wooden construction of the ceiling, I guess).

My sister and I immensely enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect, the staff were so helpful and friendly - there was nothing to fault. The location was fantastic too. Everything was virtually at your doorstep.

Central location of hotel

No lift, not a problem for us however be mindful if booking. Our room was on the third floor, the staff however did offer to carry our luggage ☺️

Staff were fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. Small hiccup with our room but sorted quickly and professionally. Rooms were lovely, we stayed in a superior suite which I would choose again. Very clean. Hotel was full, however we were not disturbed once. Great bar and amazing food at restaurant. Location was brilliant, quiet location but within a 1 minute walk of the main areas.

A small welcome pack including more coffee pods and water put in the fridge so it's cool would have made our stay even better.

Excellent location to explore Palma. The room was very comfortable and we loved having drinks in the downstairs bar! Breakfast was a buffet style set up and had a variety of food options to choose from.

Bar in beautiful courtyard (where you ate breakfast) didn’t open until 7pm. Might have been nice to get an afternoon drink there and sit and read a book!

Our room was gorgeous, breakfast in the morning was really nice as well. The staff were very easy to deal with. It's so close to the centre of town and very close to a good bus route.

From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming and keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is located in the heart of the main attractions of Palma and extremely convenient for all we wanted to do and see.

It was slightly noisy at night from some guests who were using the bar . (Our room was situated on top of the bar), but this did not entirely ruin our stay. During the day, the lovely facilities were not open for residents to use to relax in although coffee and drinks were available in the room.

Because it is a historic building the hotel doesnt have a lift and its quite humid in general indoors.

Incredibly quiet, given its central location. It's a beautiful building; everything was within easy walking distance and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfortable too so we slept very well. All perfect!
