Character, central location, attention to detail and relaxed atmosphere

Room was dark with limited options to brighten it up. Staff didn't communicate much

Very helpful staff , clean and comfortable.The breakfast and coffee was excellent. No parking and no elevator so if you have mobility issued this hotel may not be for you.

Reception staff absolutely marvellous. Helpful, courteous and went out of their way to make our stay trouble-free. Breakfast was well up to expectation and, again, staff helpful and diligent. Location was perfect for our needs. The property is clean and in good repair.

Stairs! Ask to have a room on the first or second floor if possible.

Location is fantastic, so convenient for shopping, old town walks, the port & cathedral. The hotel smells amazing & the beds were so comfy. The courtyard is so charming & the food delicious.

Room could have been a bit larger. A nice touch would have been some biscuits supplied with coffee/tea or some milk sachets or fresh milk in the mini fridge.

Location was amazing

No lift. We were on 3rd floor so quite a climb. Hotel staff helped carry our luggage 😊

Sounds carries a little through the courtyard but to be expected in a city centre hotel. And the courtyard is so beautiful we didn't mind

Beautiful historic building with a beautiful courtyard and lovely helpful staff. It’s a fabulous location right in the centre of Palma but very quiet and peaceful at night.

No advance warning that cars are prohibited on that that road, so contact the hotel and they will register your car. Walls are very thin between rooms. Try and avoid 4th floor, there are no elevators but staff kindly take bags up/down. While breakfast was OK, I wanted option to skip paying for breakfast and go out for breakfast instead. The kitchen staff were ill prepared for guests, eggs/fruit salad ran out and we had to wait quite bit. The layout is not ideal, small space and lots of crowding near tea/coffee stations. Staff seemed very stressed. We appreciated the offer of breakfast 'to go' as we needed to leave the hotel by 6am, but bread/sandwich was old and stale and there was no fruit. Given the selection of breakfast, we were were a little disappointed with the quality. The old town located hotels are expensive so I suppose paying 250 euros a night was OK, but well beyond what we wanted to pay for a hotel.

Beautiful, quiet hotel in a great location - ideal base to explore historic Palma. Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Lovely outdoor courtyard ideal to enjoy breakfast outside, or a relaxed evening drink at the hotel bar.

Very well-located hotel in the heart of Palma. Staff was friendly and the room was lovely. We really enjoyed the short stay and would come back any time.

The hotel is really Great, we wanted to take a rental car but there is no parking in the area and the garage is very expensive (25€ per 24/h) so we did not rent a car.

Not a major issue for short stay, the furniture/doors in in my room were outdated.

Great location. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the hotel restaurant and staff got the service just right and the food was lovely.

The hotel is beautiful - the foyer, courtyard bar and restaurant, breakfast room, lounges and bedrooms. The breakfasts were lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, in the old town and all the sights in east walking distance - the bus and train stations too. We absolutely loved the courtyard bar and restaurant, where we had nice conversations with the friendly staff. Great to see Estrella Galicia on draught and the food was very nice - it was fun to have some of it prepared at our table. The food was rather pricey for us but there were some light dishes on the menu that we could afford. We were lucky that the courtyard opened whilst we were there, since it was early in the season and still a little cool in an open air setting. The reception staff were very good to us, looking after our luggage on the last day and calling a taxi to the airport for us in the evening.

It’s a shame that the courtyard bar isn’t useable when the weather is cold. I love that it is open air and I worry about the carbon emissions from patio heaters but it might be worth co sideri g how to make the courtyard more useable all year round.

Incredible service and the breakfast was delightful. These people really work hard. Specifically Cesar, he was most helpful and kind to us throughout our stay.
