Location, staff, beautiful building, breakfast, bathroom

Bedroom a little bit small but had everything I needed.

Stunning hotel in a historic building in the centre of Palma. You feel very regal walking up and down the main steps! Despite being there around Carnival with a large stage playing live music right across the street from the hotel, it was very quiet and peaceful, and we even slept with the window open without any disturbances. Perfect location too, with about a 5-10 minute walk to all of central Palma's main attraction. Bed was very comfortable and the mini fridge in the room was an unexpected bonus as I needed to store medication.

The staff aren't very friendly and kind of made you feel like a burden when checking in (at least the older man with the glasses did), and if you can't do many stairs the lack of a lift won't work well for you. This wasn't an issue for us personally, but if you need an accessible place you may want to look elsewhere.

Nice old building. Espresso machine in the room. Very clean. Good breakfast. Near to bus stop from/to the airport.

Lovely hotel located in perfect position for everything Palma old town has to offer.Room with small balcony overlooking an enclosed courtyard. Staff could not be more helpful

I was there for 18 nights following a heart by pass operation it was a great devotion stay central Palma a perfect location for anyone the staff were extremely friendly breakfast and rooms were perfect I didn’t have to walk very far to get around I would highly recommend it to anyone

Beautiful hotel, really elegant and stunning. Fantastic location and excellent breakfast. The room was big and comfortable. Overall a great choice for Palma.

Apart from the clearners the staff were all pretty misreable and unwelcoming. I think they've forgotten how to smile and be friendly. Sad, as otherwise the hotel was a fantastic experience.

Great Place; great food in the morning; enough places to lounge, great bed/rooms; everything was great! With some SPA, it would be teriffic!!!

Breakfast was not as good as I remembered from our previous stays, but still ok.

Very nice staff, comfortable and quiet room, in walking distance from the old city centre, all can be reached within walking range. Many typical good tapas restaurants just some blocks away

Very early cleaner started in adjoining room 7:15! The room could do with some maintenance.

In the best location, couldn’t fault the hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful, room was spacious and quiet, clean and really comfy bed. Well kitted out. Bad was lovely with excellent cocktails and setting. Will be back.

The building and the decor. The staff were so friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. The breakfast was exceptional and the bed was super comfortable. All of the room facilities were very good. Can't wait to visit Palma again and stay here.

There are no complaints at all, that said the shower pulsed from perfect to a little hot. More consistency in temperature would be a huge improvement but this is only being super fussy and constructive moving forward.

Location is great and the building is beautiful.

Breakfast was not brilliant but adequate. Poor vegetarian choice.

Fabulous hotel with Spanish style. Staff were very helpful advised where to catch bus etc and gave us a useful map. Rooms nicely laid out. Fabulous selection for breakfast.

Would have been nice to have some hand/body lotion. We had a superior twin the area with table and chairs was quite dim. Need a corner lamp to make reading or card playing easier.

The lobby is amazing, the hotel is well decorated. I especially liked the location, it is close to everything. I also liked the central atrium where you can eat breakfast or get some drinks trough the day.

Not much, the room I was in (309) was a labyrinth to get to - take stairs, then hallway to another set of stairs up, then hallway, than another small steps down. Luckily we didn't have any luggage. Also breakfast was okay, but didn't have too many options.

Amazing building, immaculate, the grandeur of the architecture makes it beat most of the other hotels in this price category.

Not much.. the only thing is 2 single beds pushed together is never as good as a decent kingside double.. although find this issue in many of the 4* and 5* properties in Palma!

Rooms are a bit small. There is no lift so bags heve to be hand carried or staff carry them for you. This hotel is not suitable for wheelchairs or people with eyesight issues.

Location was perfect

The fact that it had no lift so we had to climb 65 steps from reception to our room.

The room was big and beautifully decorated, well equipped with a good sofa and decent air con. The bathroom was particularly good. The breakfast was decent and the eating areas very nice. The common areas of the hotel were really lovely and very quirt - when I was bored of working on my sofa I moved around the hotel, good wifi reception everywhere too.

My room was not cheap, but it had windows onto a narrow alley and if I had my curtains open, I was very visible to occupants of the rooms across the alley (about a meter away from the windows). There were obviously bins outside because it was loud at night with glass being thrown into them, even with the windows closed.

Location, history of the building were great. The staff were excellent and friendly.

No elevator. I understand it's an historic building and maybe it cannot be installed. The shower in the room kept overflowing. The breakfast was just ok, the bread in particular being very poor.
