everything was perfect

The hotel and ambiance were exceptional, as was the staff. Although I speak a little Spanish and my wife is bilingual, it was still nice to note that everyone at the front desk was totally fluent in English. We were provided with a welcoming glass of Cava at check-in and given a free room upgrade.

The toilet and the shower were both jammed into a tiny cubicle in the bathroom, so that only one could be used at a time and it was difficult to comfortable squeeze onto the toilet. For such a fancy room and nice hotel, this aspect was quite shocking.

They seriously need to deal with the issue of making room dark. There’s always light coming in from bathrooms glass doors, or a crazy green light from ceiling at night!!!

Unfortunately didn’t have water in the bathroom for 2/3 days-Sunday and Monday— most likely a municipality problem. However staff was helpful in allowing me access to another bathroom to shower. Not the fault of the hotel but still quite inconvenient

I'm very sensitive to noise, the hotel plays music in many locations within the hotel which was a bit annoying for me.. But after approaching to the stuff, they showed me a couple of other rooms in other locations and I changed to another room that was much better!

We’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, but this one seriously has the most accommodating staff we’ve ever encountered. Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and always going the extra mile. Not to mention, the hotel itself is amazing in every way. Highly recommended!

I liked the vibe. The people, the quiet room on the high floor, the vividness of the place, the bar, the restaurant. And of course the key location. I loved the pillows and room amenities. Would definitely go back!

Loved the atmosphere of the Hotel and the cosiness of the Room. Excellent quality of the bed and mattress.

Breakfast should have more "international" options, and the staff should give more support during the breakfast service.

We loved everything about Only You. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about beautiful Madrid. The decor was a pleasant mix of traditional with modern and unexpected touches - never boring. Everywhere we looked, there was something interesting to catch the eye. Our room/bathroom was well-equipped, spacious and very comfortable. Dining/cocktail options were great. I felt like a kid in a candy store at breakfast, with a fantastical array of sweet and savory options as well as made to order items. We loved the location, which was close enough to walk to the Prado, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, markets, and so much more. Public transportation to/from the hotel was easy via airport bus, and cabs/ubers were plentiful throughout the city.

It is in a great location. The staff are friendly and helpful, even letting us check in early. The design is brilliant.

It would have helped if the shower had indicated clearly which position was for water to come out of the overhead shower and which from the handheld. It was an open shower suitable for the disabled and we managed to get the floor very wet and therefore slippy. Other than that the hotel has great facilities.

Stylish, interesting and very clean with excellent customer care. Lovely products in the room. Hair straightener, steamer etc.

The rooms are sparsely furnished. 1 chair. No drawers or shelves. And only space to put 1 small suitcase on luggage rack. Nowhere to put you smaller items. Seems a rookie error to me and dropped my score considerably.

Hotel is beautiful! Restaurant delicious. Very cozy and centrally located.

The beds aren't very comfortable. Our king was two beds pushed together and they were overly firm and had a bump in the middle. The pillows are very hard that come with the room. They have a pillow menu but I think it would be better to put better pillows in the room and skip the pillow menu.

Love the suite, thank you so much to the hotel for the upgrade.

It was beautiful and charming. Very comfortable, the perfect place to explore Madrid from. Maybe too cozy and comfortable as I found myself enjoying it so much that I didn’t want to leave. The location was also incredible, easy to get to the main highlights of the city

An incredible stay from start to finish! The staff were warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious, and the bar served some of the best cocktails in Madrid. Perfectly located in the heart of the city, it’s stylish, welcoming, and the ideal place to stay. Highly recommend!

The flow is a little confusing when you enter. But once you figure it out it’s fine and not a big deal.

Excellent location in a vibrant neighborhood close to everything. The hotel is very stylish with beautiful rooms and a lot of energy. The staff was off the charts friendly and incredibly helpful in suggesting and booking restaurants and things to do. The breakfast was truly one of the best we’ve had in all our travels.

I would note that some of the rooms are interior, meaning the frosted windows face into a window well. We moved to a larger room with French doors and a small balcony that was charming but we did need to upgrade (at a reasonable cost).

Breakfast was pricey. Hotel is wonderful, stylish. Rooms are on comfortable.

The bathroom had a vented door so if you want privacy whilst sharing a room it’s not for you.

I must thank Victor from the reception for his amazing help! He directed us to the best and local places to eat which weren't Michelin but better! I wish there was a Victor in every city we visit! Also he helped us to upgrade our room and change it's location because first one was looking inside the hotel which wasn't so airy and had a bit of smell. I recommend choosing the rooms that are facing outside of the hotel. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. The hotel was really clean and comfortable. Also the location is perfect if you want to be able to walk around the city and be in a quiet and safe street. For Michelin lovers it is also a great option since there is a great place in the hotel entrance.

Breakfast could have a bit more variety but it was okay. I can relate that price is because of it's perfect location and luxury stay experience although it could be a little bit more convenient.

Very central and walking distance to my office, museum and the attractions. The staff of the hotel has been excellent. Restaurant recommendations were fantastic. As i had to work late in the room, I ordered room service and the quality of the steak tartare and oxtail cannelloni were superb. Very tasty. Highly recommended.

The price of the room on Saturday night when i extended my stay nearly made me fall off my chair. Too expensive.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and it was pleasantly quiet. I also appreciated the elegant décor and subtle touches. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were welcoming, helpful – and I must say, very handsome too! The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Beautifull hotel with lotw of special touches, lovely lobby, restaurant, bar and common areas. Great personal service and location, a true boutique hotel experience in the heart of the Chueca neigboorhoor in Madrid, highly recommended.

The room we got was quite smalish, and there is almost no space for clothing, it is nice, but not of the level of the rest of the property, I expected a nicer larger room for the price. Everything else was excelent.
