loved this boutique hotel - great little bar and also a lounge room to sit and relax. The layout is so unique and beautiful. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Service and accommodation were excellent.

Good quality

Location of the hotel was perfect for getting around. Easy walking distance to everything - museums, palace, parks, shopping, restaurants, markets. I reserved two rooms, one for my spouse and I, and another for a family member. Both were perfect for our needs. Daily housekeeping services was great, and the people at the concierge and front desk were always helpful. All the staff were professional and friendly.

Beautiful hotel in central location, for shopping, dinning and walking.

The hotel’s location is in a very nice area, surrounded by lovely boutiques and restaurants. It was also very enjoyable to have a drink at the hotel bar. If I come again, I would definitely stay at the same hotel.

beautifully renovated, high design space offering all the private and public amenities one could desire in a fantastic neighborhood. lovely and helpful staff who try hard to make your stay feel personal.

the room we booked faced one of the interior courtyards so there wasn't a lot of privacy or any fresh air which we hadn't realized when booking, so the price is high given that, but still a great experience.

Staff were exceptional! We also enjoyed the amenities such as lounge, gym, bakery. The location was even better than expected.

We should have opted for a larger room. Ours didn’t have usable windows and was small, but our friends said theirs was great.

There was everything to like about this hotel. The location is great, the hotel is beautifully decorated and appointed, the food is delicious, the room was super comfortable and the staff were fantastic - especially Andrea who was so helpful and friendly during our stay. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful establishment. You will not be disappointed.

Bedrooms were small which we did expect given the location but it lacked storage for clothes with just a very small wardrobe .

The hotel itself was wonderful, the location was amazing walking distance to everything, amazing resturants nearby, great safe neighborhood. The response from the hotel was so fast, someone was there at the room before your able to hangup the call, amazing. Staff was so so nice very kind and polite Great great experience.

very stylish, yet comfortable, room was small for a deluxe but nicely done, lots of nice places to hang out in the hotel from the bar to the breakfast room to the sort of study, great decor, interesting, and different

the bathroom was very small and half of it was in the room, hardly any space to put your products, same for clothes, a stay for more than 3 days is not possible since there's simply no space to put your clothes

This hotel is so cool! No need to go out and find places to hang, this hotel has everything. The common areas were so cool and lively, in line with the neighborhood, Chueca —probably the best location to stay in if you want to do some shopping. The room is soundproofed so don’t worry about the partying.

I shouldn’t even be saying this, but bring your power adapter.

The room is too bright, there is a green light on the ceiling that can’t be turned off. Because of that, I had a very poor sleep night.

This is the 5th time we go to this hotel The rooms are very clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The location is great I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting

Location is very convenient. A great, clean and very cosy room with having all the necessities - including slippers, vanity kits, and even hair straightener and clothes steamer!

Nothing critical. Sometimes it was a bit confusing in the lobby because of multiple doors. To have some direction indicators could help.

The shower and toilet are separated from the washing sink. I don’t like when the washing sink is part of the room and not closed behind doors. The space of the shower and toilet is very very small might even be unsafe

Amazing staff and Amazing hotel, I asked to receive for me a box before my arrival and they very super nice and supportive at the moment of the check in the box was already there for me, it was my birthday and they on request of my wife send to me some ballon and cake they gifted us a bottle of champagne really amazing experience with a lot of attention, we felt super pampered I recommend this place, breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety and very good quality. Since this vacation am in love with this place…least but not last before to go the gifted us with a Mug which was a cherry on top of the cake

This is our favorite hotel to stay in Madrid. The location is great, staff are excellent and the breakfast is delicious.

During our stay, the air condition was not working well, both in our room and in the patio where we had a breakfast.

Beautiful hotel in central Madrid. Dry near the Prado and museums, and centre to walk around exploring. Lots of local areas nearby and we found some wonderful restaurants and bars. Lovely high ceilings, tiles and flooring including wooden stairs.
