The bathroom had a vented door so if you want privacy whilst sharing a room it’s not for you.

I must thank Victor from the reception for his amazing help! He directed us to the best and local places to eat which weren't Michelin but better! I wish there was a Victor in every city we visit! Also he helped us to upgrade our room and change it's location because first one was looking inside the hotel which wasn't so airy and had a bit of smell. I recommend choosing the rooms that are facing outside of the hotel. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. The hotel was really clean and comfortable. Also the location is perfect if you want to be able to walk around the city and be in a quiet and safe street. For Michelin lovers it is also a great option since there is a great place in the hotel entrance.

Breakfast could have a bit more variety but it was okay. I can relate that price is because of it's perfect location and luxury stay experience although it could be a little bit more convenient.

Very central and walking distance to my office, museum and the attractions. The staff of the hotel has been excellent. Restaurant recommendations were fantastic. As i had to work late in the room, I ordered room service and the quality of the steak tartare and oxtail cannelloni were superb. Very tasty. Highly recommended.

The price of the room on Saturday night when i extended my stay nearly made me fall off my chair. Too expensive.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and it was pleasantly quiet. I also appreciated the elegant décor and subtle touches. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were welcoming, helpful – and I must say, very handsome too! The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Beautifull hotel with lotw of special touches, lovely lobby, restaurant, bar and common areas. Great personal service and location, a true boutique hotel experience in the heart of the Chueca neigboorhoor in Madrid, highly recommended.

The room we got was quite smalish, and there is almost no space for clothing, it is nice, but not of the level of the rest of the property, I expected a nicer larger room for the price. Everything else was excelent.

Very nice boutique hotel in a good location with a cozy atmosphere. I particularly liked the "giraf pattern" courtesy bathrobe, it's trivial of course but it was a really nice touch.

It wasn't really clear when and if the bar on the ground floor was serving food or drinks or both - we went twice and both times it seemed as though the staff were surprised to have customers and were confused about what they could or couldn't serve and where (as there was also a sort of dining area in the atrium).

The room was well-appointed and beautifully laid out. Loved the balcony and windows that opened! Little things, like the vase of flowers and bottles of water, are noticed and highly appreciated! Loved the free lemon ice in the lobby! The lobby, restaurant and downstairs rooms are all lovely and welcoming. A truly great stay!

The bathroom is a little tight and not very private, so you had better know your partner well!

The property was exceptionally clean. It was in the perfect location and within walking distance to main attractions.

The entire place looks like a dream. I loved the details! And all the different rooms.

The breakfast is wonderful, the location fantastic - everything is in walking distance. Rooms are on the smaller side but overall well appointed and equipped. The staff went out of their way to provide us with a room after our very early morning arrival from an overnight flight - thank you, it was highly appreciated. I would like to especially point out the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk - truly remarkable! overall the hotel has a lovely style.

This hotel is a 10/10! Perfect location, beautiful venue, and incredibly friendly staff. I have to give a special shoutout to Vagner - the friendliest of all. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and didn’t miss a thing. Every time we walked in or out, he was there with new suggestions on where to go, what to eat, or where to take a nice stroll. His energy and genuine care made our stay even better.

This hotel is a home away from home. I stay here every time I go to Madrid. Love the staff, the breakfast, the rooms and facilities are great. And location is fantastic.

Super cute! They also had a great blow dryer and flat iron.

No where to set luggage

Great location in the Baquillo district, superb design-led hotel with great dining, bars, lounges etc. will definitely return.

Rooms are on the road so it can be noisy. Not sure they can do much about it perhaps better sound proofing but that’s unlikely. Only weird thing - and it is a very strange design choice - is that there is no proper door on the bathroom so toilet, bathroom noise and morning light all come through into the room which kind of makes the blockout blinds pointless and depending on who you share the room with, can be kind of awkward!

The view from the standard room. It makes sense for the hotel to make future guests aware of it. The view from the room is a very important factor for me. I wrote to the hotel in advance, asking for a nice view room. They replied that they would do their best. However, only upon our arrival we were informed that all the standard room have the view to to the “internal patio” which in fact is a technical zone with conditioner and pipes. I mean the hotel is incredible but not cheap. And the “view” for this price is disappointing.

From the moment we arrived we had exceptional service at Only YOU Madrid - the staff were very genuine and professional. One evening we returned to our room only to be greeted by a beautiful surprise celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and recent completion of the Camino Frances - this was such a unique and personalised experience which my husband and I were overjoyed with.

The people working are just lovely. The accomodation (room, common areas, breakfast rooms) are sublime. The food excellent in my mind. The location of the hotel: difficult to improve on.

Gym too small.

The room was confortable but we had to pay an extra for the premium as the basic seemed too small. The Bed was confortable and I liked the decoration. The high ceilings make it look more spacious.

The Gym is too small and it's not inviting. There was some noice coming from the streets at night.

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff at reception were so nice and friendly. We loved the location, the vibe, the design and the generous breakfast. We also liked the bar - great drinks and service.

The location of this hotel is fantastic with lots of options for food and drink nearby, but still quiet at night. Our room was large by European standards, well appointed, and comfortable. The hotel had nice touches like a soft-serve machine in the lobby. The decor of the property was quite nice as well!

It was a lovely place to stay and the staff were very kind and helpful. They were late with our room but upgraded us to a suite which was much appreciated.
