Only You Boutique Hotel, Madrid

The location of this hotel is fantastic with lots of options for food and drink nearby, but still quiet at night. Our room was large by European standards, well appointed, and comfortable. The hotel had nice touches like a soft-serve machine in the lobby. The decor of the property was quite nice as well!

a rooftop pool would have been nice ;-) seriously though, everything was great.

It was a lovely place to stay and the staff were very kind and helpful. They were late with our room but upgraded us to a suite which was much appreciated.

Beautiful place with stunning details in interior. Wonderful breakfast with Spanish cuisine and ham, sausages specialities. Also good vegetarian restaurant in the hotel. Perfect service and location

The gym is so small and stuffy that I wouldn’t even consider going. I wouldn’t call it a gym for practical purposes.

Our stay was nice & the hotel was very nice with a great breakfast. My main complaint is that they were unable to ship my sunglasses. We forgot them in the room with a baseball cap when checking out. We contacted them immediately and asked that they send them to our hotel in Barcelona that we would be at in 10 days. They replied back to us that they found our baseball cap but not the sunglasses. We replied that the glasses were attached to the baseball cap so if that was found, then the glasses were found. They replied that they would double check with house keeping. Suddenly, the glasses were found. We asked again about sending to Barcelona. We were told that they would takeover seven days to reach Barcelona and because to the back and forth to locate the sunglasses it wouldn’t make it in time. We then asked them to mail the sun glasses to our home in the United States. We asked if they could be sent by Fed Ex, UPS, DHL etc and we of course would pay the shipping costs. Their reply was that the company they use does not ship to the USA. For a major Hotel in an international city to not be able to ship out of the country was very confusing and fell well below the level of service we would expect from Only you.

The staff was exceptional! The common areas were beautiful and the room was very clean. This was our favorite hotel in Spain. Excellent location with many nearby shops and restaurants.

The hotel itself is in abeautifully restored classic Madrid building. The rooms are gorgeous and with every detail. The restaurant is dreamy and the neighbourhood has all the boutique shops one can ask for. And it is all walking distance from the centre: Plaza Mayor, retiro, etc. Special recognition to Natalia Moraleda, from the Front Desk. Her helping attitude, her positive demeanor and her willingness to always help is admirable. She is really top-notch. She made all the difference from the moment I requested early check-in to help to have my client's room ready and key in hand at arrival. She is truly amazing, one of those staff members that truly make a difference. Gracias, Natalia!

Staff friendliness - English language excellent and willingness to go out if their way to be helpful. Room was nicely decorated with good facilities Cafe was excellent for brunch. Excellent position close to the old city attractions

loved this boutique hotel - great little bar and also a lounge room to sit and relax. The layout is so unique and beautiful. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Service and accommodation were excellent.

Good quality

Location of the hotel was perfect for getting around. Easy walking distance to everything - museums, palace, parks, shopping, restaurants, markets. I reserved two rooms, one for my spouse and I, and another for a family member. Both were perfect for our needs. Daily housekeeping services was great, and the people at the concierge and front desk were always helpful. All the staff were professional and friendly.

Beautiful hotel in central location, for shopping, dinning and walking.

The hotel’s location is in a very nice area, surrounded by lovely boutiques and restaurants. It was also very enjoyable to have a drink at the hotel bar. If I come again, I would definitely stay at the same hotel.

the room we booked faced one of the interior courtyards so there wasn't a lot of privacy or any fresh air which we hadn't realized when booking, so the price is high given that, but still a great experience.

Staff were exceptional! We also enjoyed the amenities such as lounge, gym, bakery. The location was even better than expected.

We should have opted for a larger room. Ours didn’t have usable windows and was small, but our friends said theirs was great.

There was everything to like about this hotel. The location is great, the hotel is beautifully decorated and appointed, the food is delicious, the room was super comfortable and the staff were fantastic - especially Andrea who was so helpful and friendly during our stay. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful establishment. You will not be disappointed.

Bedrooms were small which we did expect given the location but it lacked storage for clothes with just a very small wardrobe .

very stylish, yet comfortable, room was small for a deluxe but nicely done, lots of nice places to hang out in the hotel from the bar to the breakfast room to the sort of study, great decor, interesting, and different

the bathroom was very small and half of it was in the room, hardly any space to put your products, same for clothes, a stay for more than 3 days is not possible since there's simply no space to put your clothes

This hotel is so cool! No need to go out and find places to hang, this hotel has everything. The common areas were so cool and lively, in line with the neighborhood, Chueca —probably the best location to stay in if you want to do some shopping. The room is soundproofed so don’t worry about the partying.

I shouldn’t even be saying this, but bring your power adapter.

The room is too bright, there is a green light on the ceiling that can’t be turned off. Because of that, I had a very poor sleep night.

This is the 5th time we go to this hotel The rooms are very clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The location is great I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting
