It was beautiful!!

This hotel is just breathtakingly decorated! Staff is super friendly and elegant. The location is also amazing. They have excellent quality bed linens :)

It keeps on getting more expensive :( Some of the rooms aren’t very dark

Everything, particularly the service was exemplary. The staff were all attentive, helpful and kind and really go above and beyond. I don't think I've ever been treated so well at a hotel. The property itself is lovely, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast is everything you need and served in a beautiful space. I think I've spoiled all other hotel chains for myself now.

The only thing is the gym is really small so if there are another couple people in there it's not great for a full workout but also, who cares??

The location was great, very close to everything The staff were wonderful…. Very very helpful and super nice and polite, a great experience with Natalia at the reception who helped us very much with having our room upgraded due to a small problem we had with our room at first.

Our two-night stay at Only YOU Boutique Hotel Madrid was absolutely wonderful. This beautifully restored 19th-century palace was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The hotel’s modern design, paired with charming Colonial details, created a unique and elegant atmosphere. Our room was quiet and luxurious, with thoughtful touches that made the experience unforgettable. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was a standout, featuring a heated towel rack that added an extra level of comfort, along with soft robes, and slippers. The hotel’s lounge area was a highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere with delicious cocktails. Breakfast was equally impressive, it was the perfect way to start each day. The location was ideal, surrounded by trendy dining and shopping options, and the hotel itself felt like a peaceful escape from the city’s energy. The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed for an amazing stay. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return on our next trip to Madrid!

The hit water in the shower took a few minutes. Tiny inconvenience really.

Absolutely perfect. From the staff to the facilities to the beautifully decorated sophisticated room.

It had a really cool cocktail bar, another lounge bar and a terrific breakfast area. The breakfasts were excellent. Staff were all incredibly friendly and will do little extras to help you get sorted with a restaurant booking or a cab or anything you need. Also it’s in a great spot for bars and restaurants nearby.

One of the many reasons for choosing this hotel is the different bars, however on both nights they were reserved for private events, leaving us with nowhere to sit and enjoy a drink.

I found the lounge bar a bit onthe pricy side which it needn't be.

We always try to book hotels as near to the centre of the places we visit. This was no exception. Yes, location was fine with us. Close to so many places of interest , restaurants , shops - on foot & by Bolt. Room was fantastic on the inside of a courtyard - so quiet & peaceful at night. We were a bit surprised at breakfast. People were not helpful to explain the Vegan & healthy corner , buffet was not of a high grade, not much choice & waiter service was terrible. Maybe language barrier was the problem cause we simply lost communication with everyone. Only staff at reception were so , so nice with us during our stay.

As we described our experience above, the breakfast stage was a horrible time every day. We call someone for a cappuccino & this would take ages to come or even never delivered. We understand that you Spanish have a bit of a problem with the English language , but even the waiter service , etiquette & manners from staff was unfortunately poor. We are not people who complain except when it is due. We have travelled around Europe & have over 300+ reviews on Tripadvisor.

An amazing hotel in an amazing location and excellent staff and service. The hotel itself is maintained in the highest standards and the location is smack in the center - so everything is in walkable distance. Very recommended!

If I have the nitpick - I would prefer a real door to the room's bathroom over a glass door with no lock, but it's not really an issue.

That the cleaning lady change every day my towel. I when I enter in to the room all the lights was on. (that's its not sustainable).

Close proximity to the old city. Very posh unique hotel. Many creatively designed rooms leading to reception creating a fabulous vibe. The elevators are lined with books. Live music resounds through the main floor bar and several other lounges in the evening.

We all loved this hotel. Starting from the moment you enter, the decor is whimsical and delightful - we fell in love with the Rhino room and this is where we started our evening. The bar serves great cocktails and is so lively in the evening. The location is very central and in a fun part of the city with lots of great restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms stocked with everything you need. Perfect stay in a beautiful city!

Location superb and breakfast excellent . One of the best I’ve had in a hotel . The staff incredibly friendly and helpful and really good recommendations . The rooms were lovely and comfortable . A cool hotel and atmosphere I couldn’t recommend highly enough . Our second visit and we will be going back .

The location was excellent with great access to restaurants, groceries, boutiques and sites. The hotel is super stylish and the staff were friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was excellent and there are ample spaces to dine and unwind in the hotel and there is the most amazing restaurant next door called Roostiq, so good we ate there twice in four days and noticed that other travellers there our second night were also repeat dinners.

Amazing breakfast - lots of variety at buffet. Fresh, tasty and well presented.

Premium room bathroom was small for 2 sharing Not enough room for toiletries Shower and toilet were together but separate from the sink! Odd layout.

Our flight arrived early, so we got to the hotel at 6:00 AM. Even early, someone met us at the car to take our bags in. The front desk attendant was supper friendly, and although we arrived early, they did some shuffling and were able to get up into our room.

The hotel is beyond charming, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. The decor and rooms were lovely and chic. We had the buffet on our last day, which was great, with beautiful options and presentation. The yogurt machine in the lobby was a bonus, as it was hot during our stay, and we enjoyed a petite cone daily. Location was excellent too.

The hotel design and atmosphere is amazing! we arrive before check-in time and they gave us the key to our room earlier and also allowed free late check out. the staff was super nice and helpful. the location is prime and the hotel os realy one of a kind. 10/10!

The gym was very basic and the main machine was not working.

Location is perfect. I was doing everything by walking. It's close to all neighboorhoods.
