The room was very comfortable. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Macau Grand Prix, and it was just downstairs! We even had a view of one of the straights from our window. Also, Breakfast was very good, even for my son who is a very picky eater and rarely enjoys hotel breakfast. I would like to thank your hotel for a very pleasant stay. Starting with my communications with your staff such as Annie Leong, who assisted me when I shipped 1 suitcase directly to the hotel via Fedex, she ensured the concierge was aware of its arrival, as well as held it for me for 4 days until I arrived. I really loved the welcome I received , the fruit, cookies, bottle of wine etx. It was very thoughtful. The location was wonderful. I really enjoyed the comfort. The staff was very attentive, always asking if we need anything. It was truly a pleasure to stay at your hotel. Thank you

Very nice and friendly staffs. Too bad no have much time to enjoy their facilities but manage have a great variety breakfast. Will definitely recommend friends to stay here.

The buffet breakfast is always tasty. The rooms are beautiful and the resort area with the swimming pool and gardens are so relaxing.

When my wife was ill from food poisoning and I had to run an important business meeting, the staff immediately stepped up and offered to deliver porridge to our room and check on my wife.

On the day when my wife was bedridden, they wouldn't let my daughter swim in the pool without supervision. She is 12 years old and an excellent swimmer. Safety first but they have lifeguards and should have let her enjoy some time at the pool.

It was great quality of breakfast and meal service. Especially, in the hotel, there are many services, such as resort swimming pool and kids co., was really really good for my kid. Moreover, the location would be better to move otherside using a shuttle bus running by Macau sands hotel, where it really close to this hotel.

We loved everything about our stay at the Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau. Our balcony room had a fabulous view, our bed was heavenly, all staff were incredibly helpful, the breakfast buffet was one of the best we have seen, the pool and poolside food/drink service was a huge plus and the ability to have late checkout all made our stay first class!

Would benefit having a nice smelling spray in reception and communal areas. The hotel is amazing otherwise and contends with the big brands so the musty smell on arrival lets it down.

It was clean, and many local eateries surround the hotel's location. The hotel does not have a casino, which is family-oriented. It takes less than 5 min walk to Sand Hotel and there are free coach bus to Venetian and Parison Hotel.

I had such a wonderful stay at Artyzen! The in-room dining was not only delicious but also very generous in portion size—perfect after a long day. The room was always spotlessly clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job. The service really stood out. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming every time we entered the hotel, which made us feel truly valued. When we needed a taxi, they were quick to assist and always made sure we were taken care of. The check-in process was also smooth and friendly. Overall, this was truly 5-star service in every way. Highly recommended!

The location.

The shuttle service starts only from noon. Poor sound proof, one can hear clearly guests talk outside the room as if they were inside. Old furnitures, refurbished I believed but fixtures were old. Resort area poorly maintained.

Gym wasn't 24hr - Shuts at 10pm. Shuttle bus non-existant. Check-in slow despite no other guests being around or waiting.

Everything was spot on. The bedroom was spacious and clean, the resort and the swimming pool were great. The breakfast was also very good. Every member of the staff was super friendly and nice.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Artyzen Hotel. Unlike most hotels in Macau that feature casinos, Artyzen doesn’t have one, which I really appreciated because it made the atmosphere more peaceful and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional throughout our visit. I also enjoyed a drink at their bar, where the presentation was impressive. Definitely a place worth visiting again! ;)

Value for money! Excellent service from reception, concierge and housekeeping! Location is great, next to Sands Macau. Easy to take free shuttle bus service to various locations like ferry terminal, Sands Venetian.

Nice swimming pool with vigilant lifeguards, room well cleaned and quiet, good location with free carpark to guests. Green and relaxing gardens, friendly hard working staff, and good breakfast. Loved the architecture and ambient of Portuguese Restaurant. Appreciated Mr. Kent Chow very attentive and helpful to make guests a pleasant stay.

Long waiting for check-in, over 1 hour. Long waiting for a free table at breakfast buffet. Children playgrounds were closed on Mondays (after speaking with manager he promised it will be open every day. Weekends dinner buffet at Portuguese Restaurant was not possible, fully booked and requesting booking 2 days in advance(even if you are guest! )

We stayed in a one-bedroom suite and had a very enjoyable experience. The suite was spacious, clean, and offered a nice view of the city. The staff were kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. Although the hotel is located in the central part of Macau, getting around was very easy—Macau is compact and walkable, and the hotel is also conveniently close to a free shuttle that connects to other parts of the city. We'd definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Charming facilities, a great location to explore the Old Town, the swimming pool is a real oasis crowned by a great spa and excellent restaurants...and if it wasn't enough, the staff is just amazing.

I loved the swimming pool, the sauna, the steam room...so relaxing ! Moreover, the staff is very friendly everywhere in the hotel !

I always love the fact that it feels like I'm coming 'home'. The staff are so welcoming and the rooms and beds, and especially the pillows, are so comfy. Love, love, LOVE the pool!

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Excellent in terms of the hotel quality, staff services, responsiveness, and the general stay of the hotel. The hotel is right next to a great community of shops, grocery stores, coffee shops and places for dining, etc. It is a 5-minute walk from bus stops that take you to either the Outer Harbour or the city centres and attractions of Macau. It's also great if you are looking for a quiet and less-crowded place to stay, as it doesn't have a casino under its lobby (but it is also situated right next to the Sand Casino, so you can also go to that casino if you want to).

The air conditioning in the bedroom doesn't appear to work as well as the one in the living room.
