Overall I feel good, no matter service or the facilities of the hotel room. it’s quite nice MGM keeps high quality services whereas hotel industry has been struck by the influence of COVID-19.
Staffs at MGM Cotai were very nice and friendly to kids. We were served with a box of chocolate and a MGM lion toy as the welcoming gifts. my daughter was so happy. Activity downstairs at the lobby is very nice for family to join, free for the hotel guests.
But there’s still one thing may need to improve: the pillows are too high, which not really suitable for children. It will be definitely perfect if you can prepare some small pillows for children.

Terrible customer service. Recommend staying elsewhere.
The room is nice, location is okay. Staff in the breakfast restaurant were very nice.
Absolutely terrible customer service. This is one of the worst experiences that I have had staying at any hotel let alone one that is supposed to be 5 stars.
I wrote an email setting out my complaint as I would not give a poor review without opportunity to reply and their response was hollow. Their staff are poorly trained which resulted in an extremely frustrating experience for me.
While the hotel is fine, I would recommend staying elsewhere as this really isn’t a true international hotel experience. There are much more reasonably priced hotels to stay in that would likely offer better service.
