Wonderful stay in a relaxing , welcoming hotel.
We have been staying at this hotel for years and return because of the staff, facilities, rooms and position near to the beach and surrounded by wildlife. The breakfast buffet is the best I have had for a long time - so much choice. The hotel offers a lot with pool, indoor and out - sauna / steam - spa if needed and gym. The rooms are very spacious and the beds so comfortable . It has everything there too in the room - iron/board - proper wine glasses and mugs for tea/ coffee. Coffee machine - . Thoughtful additions. Room service is quick and affordable . I also like their different promotions like - happy hours/ afternoon teas - picnics. We use to stay when our children were younger and the games room / activities for children and fabulous pools were a hit.
It is isolated - much more regular timings for the shuttle bus with a variety of stops would be a real bonus.

The perfect family getaway in Macau in a quiet location close to nature.
Such a fantastic relief to NOT be in the casino areas. It’s beautifully separated and close to nature, there are trails just above the hotel on the nearby hills for hiking, there are fantastic local Portuguese restaurants like Fernando’s a short walk away. The outdoor pool is lovely and the grassy garden area relaxing. The indoor pool is great when it’s cooler. My family has been visiting here for over 20 years now and it’s still a great place to stay. Huge rooms and generous balconies.

Away from the hustle and bustle a relaxing resort
The uniqueness and quiet in this peaceful location. The breakfast spread was great. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff friendliness. The jacuzzi and gym.
Please provide flip flops with the towel for swimming.

I enjoy the stay.
Breakfast was well prepared and well stock. Plenty choices. 10 out of 10
Beds are firm and comfortable.
View from the room was ocean view and was very peaceful.

Great stay and good value for the money. We loved the friendly staff.
Super-friendly staff! Big rooms with nice beds and a big balcony with pretty sea view. Nice dinner with various options from pizza to Indian food. We were a little bit concerned about the transportation in to the city when we booked, but that was no problem. Good fitness club with a cozy indoor pool. WiFi worked perfectly.
The facilities are a bit old. There are no services nearby, just the resort. The hotel staff helped our to their best effort when we needed things though. The barking of the stray dogs made the evening walk a tiny bit uncomfortable.

It is aged but more comfortable now

Wonderful staff and location
Staff were exceptional! They were attentive, made wonderful drinks, provided the best service (Lounge bar, concierge, waitstaff in restaurants). They were the reason we stayed an extra night.

There is a door between our room and the one next to us… we heard noises even snoring at the night… and we paid a hundred to play tennis but the tennis court and it’s facilities are not in a good shape!

Excellent value and very family friendly.
The room was large and bright, with high ceilings and big windows that let in plenty of light. The balcony was spacious too, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or watching the sunset.
Traveling with a toddler can be tough, but this hotel made it easy. The pool was big and had shallow areas for kids to safely splash around, while the deck had plenty of seating for parents.
The kids' playroom was a great bonus. It was colorful and filled with toys, allowing my toddler to explore and play safely. This gave me some time to relax, knowing my child was having fun.
Overall, the combination of a comfortable room, a fantastic pool, and a fun playroom made our stay enjoyable for the whole family.
Even though the hotel was just 2 km from the Cotai Strip, its location made it challenging and time-consuming to catch taxis. Fortunately, there was a public bus stop right at the entrance, with buses arriving frequently. This made it much easier to access the Strip and explore the area without hassle.

There is both an indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the outdoor one is great with poolside bar for refreshments…
On the whole this is a great hotel, perhaps some areas would benefit from refurbishment and would enhance the experience…
