very comfortable room, quiet and clean

location is a bit remote, not easy to reach. also, a bit expensive overall

very pleasant for a hostel... location, curtains on bunks, lockers with locks, all female rooms, enough charging outlets in the bunk, pleasant lobby and extra lockers for early arrival if necessary.

I would like more hooks in the bunk to hang extra belongings. It makes it easier, especially when in the upper bunk.

Beds and rooms are very well equipped. Fans installed for each individual bed which was needed even in March. Bathrooms are huge. Separate vanity sink in room for brushing teeth/getting ready. Beds are actually a real single bed size. Rooms are spacious. WiFi was strong. Always hot water. It's a hotel basically. Just sharing it with some others. Best hostel. I didn't use the communal areas like the bar/guest kitchen/cafe. But it's basically hub with everything you need.

The guest kitchen was quite dirty when I popped in for water at 6am. And our bedroom wasn't hoovered I don't think. Floor made my socks dirty. But that's quite picky!!

Friendly and helpful staff, great facilities like the cafe and quiet rooms, lots of activities that are attended well, nice fellow travellers

Location is quite far from St Pancras and I prefer walking everywhere, but that's just me and I've seen lots because of that

It was a very good hostel! The staff were all very nice and friendly. The facilities were super clean. The breakfast included was great and had so many options! And the bar downstairs was really cool too. Also in a great location!

The property was absolutely clean, well organise and well equipped with everything a traveler needs

The staff were really helpful and supportive if you needed anything and fun to talk to, You can meet someone crazy wild people and have amazing time

More choice for breakfast would have been kool but this is not a big deal due to the fact that you are in London and food is every where

It was a great experience overall. Location is walkable enough from the attractions and tube.

I wish there was another sink in a toilet to be able to wash hands while a roommate is taking a shower. Also I wish beds were more stable, so you don't feel the other person on the top/bottom bed moving

I wasn’t sure what to expect from my first hostel stay, but this place was fantastic. Super clean, perfectly located, easy to get around, and the facilities and service were far beyond what you’d expect at this price point.

The ladder rungs felt a bit hard on the feet when climbing up.😭

My first time at a hostel. It was so cozy, clean, modern! Price is very friendly!

It’s not like a dislike, but you need cash to borrow adapter or hairdryer! Only cash, no cards! More like advice to others

Friendly staff, both with the house keepers, the experience I have, the house keepers chatted with me, it makes me feel homely. the rooms are very spacious, and it was ensuite, the environment is very good, you can see people enjoying themselves all around.

The laundry is a bit expensive, To wash a load of clothes, one needs ten pounds . Minus that I couldn't find any other faults.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel in London. The staff were extremely responsive, friendly, and always happy to help, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The hostel is well equipped with a lift, which is very convenient, especially with luggage. Shared kitchen and bar are located on the lower ground floor which are great space to relax, cook, and meet other travelers. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-organized hostel with a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.

The mattress was a bit too soft for my personal preference.

Had an amazing stay for a couple of nights. The location is incredibly convenient, the café serves great coffee, and the reception staff were genuinely welcoming.

Nice location and a very good vibe to the place. Girl on reception was super friendly, actually everyone was. Room was clean, shower amazing.

Staff amazing, clean, bar down there is cool and beds had curtains so overall good.

Bed are comfy. Curtains on the bed so I felt privacy! Breakfast was ok. I liked the bar at night!

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellently equipped kitchen with lots of space for many people to cook in at the same time. A large variety free condiments, seasoning and cooking oil amongst other free foods to use. A lovely underground bar area with a pool table, events almost every evening including a karaoke night. Great location and shops nearby. Buffet style breakfast. Clean and modern bathrooms in the room. All beds had privacy curtains, even the top bunks!

Unfortunately there was a very drunk roommate that stumbled in at 4 in the morning on the first night of my stay, probably a downside to there being a bar in the same building. She lay and slept on the floor beside me and amongst all my luggage. Not a great night. Luckily the staff were very understanding and helpful the next day and I got a different room and 3 free days of their buffet breakfast. Also I had some food stolen after putting it in the community fridge labeled with my name. Probably best to put everything all together in a bag and just label that.

Good quality/price ratio. London is an expensive town and this hostel manages to offer a good accommodation for a reasonable price

The hostel easily exceeded my expectations by providing a wide range of facilities, modern, clean dorm rooms with en-suite shower and toilet, privacy curtains on every bunk and friendly staff. Perfect location for exploring the city with nearby transport links.

Dietary requirements are not well catered for and the breakfast offered is very basic so bring your own food or eat out. The mattresses are very thin so not great for more than a night or two. Reception staff should really educate themselves better on activities available in London to be able to respond to visitor queries and provide useful and accurate information.

I really like that the room size is so wide and it allows us to move around easily and help me to get some space for myself when praying. I also like that we had our own toilet and bathroom in our room. I did not have to bring my own padlock because they provided us with our room card to tap it. I was lucky that other tenants in my room were so considerate and nice.

The location is a bit far from tube stations if you bring big suitcases and if the weather is not friendly. They need to supply more tissue toilet in each room because they are running out so quickly and they did not replace it.

The beds weren’t that comfy, it was a bit noisy at night until the overground stopped running, and the shower only came from the ceiling (a bit uncomfortable for a woman who doesn’t want to wash her hair)

It was very clean, spacious and the staff were really friendly! The coffee shop is a very nice place to grab a quick coffee for the day.

I stayed here before and it never fails to surprise me in a positive way! Everything is just perfect, the staff, the cleanliness, the bar downstairs and the facilities! It's just a perfect place to stay, there is nothing to change!

The hostel is really nice, comfortable, clean, it has lot of things that make your stay really enjoyable and pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful with the guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen, lockers inside the rooms and private lockers that you can rent anytime (i.e. before checking and after check out), they have different activities for guests, pool table, bar, cafe, night karaoke, etc. The location is perfect, 10 min walk from two different metro stations and 15 min walk from the London tower attraction

I always like it here, it's just a really nice hostel, with nice staff, and a good bed with curtain, charge points, safe etc at a really good price.

More comfortable seats with sockets in the public cafe area (though I get why you might not want that)

Friendly staff. Well thought beds and set up, room was warm, it's a hostel but organized more like a hotel.

The floor didn't look filthy but it actually needed a good vacuum. There is one tiny stool in the room and nothing else to put some stuff on, so I had to repack on the floor and my backpack got extra dirty and all of that ends up on my jacket. There also aren't nearly enough hooks, only a few close together behind the door. Same with the bathroom, only one hook behind the door.

Lovely personal space, despite it being a dormitory. I loved how you had a range of facilities to hand within the bed space. The curtains are a great addition to give some privacy. Very clean and reasonably priced given the location and that it was NYE.

The guest kitchen was not accessible after a certain time. Check out was 10am and breakfast served until 10:30, so I left the room at 0930, thinking I'll check out and then enjoy breakfast, but you needed the key card to enter the breakfast room. It also wasn't obvious that bedding had to be stripped, so I had to go back to do that. Breakfast was not good value for money. I suspect most the cost comes from them having to wash up all the tiny pots the food comes in! There was very little option for anyone gluten or dairy free, fruit juice cost an extra £3 and only one coffee machine worked, so you had to queue to get a drink. You're better off popping down the road to Sainsbury's, as it's only small continental offerings at the hostel anyway.

It was the best stay in london. It exceeded my expectation. I will book again from this hostel ince i come back to london. They even let me check in early at 10am so i was soo soo happy and grateful . Thanks to the staff who let me checked in early.

They dont have socket inside the room near to toilet or sink to i can use my own hair dryer to straightener. U have to go down near to the reception to be able to use the hair dryer

I couldn't plug the adapter, because the shelf is so close to the socket and the adapter is bigger.

Location was excellent, staff were wonderful. My favourite hostel in London/Europe.

The social atmosphere was great. There were a lot of activities on at the hostel including comedy and live music and the bar was great. I had two rooms (dorms) and thought the second room was very spacious and light. The bests were comfy and had the essential charger, light and safe and there were lockers for bags. The kitchen was very well equipped and quite large - probably the best I have seen so far. Staff were friendly and super helpful.

My first room on the ground floor was very dark and crowded in comparison to the second as the window looked onto the courtyard and was not very private, hence the blinds were often kept shut. There were a few mechanical issues with a toilet and a heater but these were either minor or fixed quickly once the staff learned about them.
