very quiet despite being so central, no noise even though right by the lift. Strong shower pressure was great. Great breakfast (room service) and comfy mattress. only briefly spoke to staff but all seem nice and very efficient.

I’m 5’9 and the bed frame made the bed feel short which was uncomfortable as an old four poster wooden frame with raised panel at the end meant my feet kept hitting it during the night. if you’re taller than me, you’ll find this tough! (room 4) it’s also exceptionally high up, so if you struggle with accessibility, you’ll need a step ladder (not kidding) desk chair felt like it was close to breaking, very wobbly. zetter has a great reputation but I found it a touch pricy for what you get.

We stayed a week and enjoyed our room and the area. Great coffee and tea making facilities in the room. The decorations and furniture are eccentric/traditional British but the townhouse uses the facilities of the modern Zetter hotel next door. Our room was to the front with great views. The location is very central but also quiet. Maybe a bit too quiet in the weekend as it is a part of town with lots of offices and showrooms. The bar downstairs is very popular, also with non-guests. It does get noisy downstairs but it did not travel up to our second floor room. We stayed a whole week and had a great time.

The elevator could do with a cosmetic update. It's dark and dirty. An extra stool in the bathroom would have been nice as there is not enough horizontal space for putting clothes etc. The matras was too hard for me, but that is a personal preference.

The character of the hotel, splendid. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Very clean. Keep it up guys.

our bed wasn’t one large bed but two singles pushed together so I ended up sinking into the middle and getting a backache in the morning

I think the cost of the rooms is a little high versus close alternatives particularly given the size

Incredibly beautiful & luxurious room & downstairs breakfast / bar area!

The boutique atmosphere of the hotel was super cute. The rooms provided a one of a kind experience and they were larger than I would expect for London. The location was also really great.

Bar not open Sunday or Monday. Frustrating when you are huge fans of the Martinis and bar food menu.

I do think breakfast should’ve been included in the price of the room. It was also very expensive as I only really wanted a single croissant.

very attentive staff. stylist interior. great location. value for money. immaculate room beautifully presented. little extras pack for snacking and comfort left in the evening for our return from night out.

we liked the fun taxidermy and decor around the entire hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. drinks at the bar were also amazing! breakfast was great too.

it would have been nice if the room was cleaned while we were there and the trash was taken out.

Bottles of water should be provided every day. The room needs 2 cotton bath mats : for shower and for bathtub.

I didn't like that our room was not serviced and you could remind people when they check in about this as you have to actually ask for room to be done rather than it happens automatically

Small quirky hotel with lots of character. Room was a little small but comfortable. Wifi was good. Kettle in the room and fresh milk available from the bar.

Breakfast was terrible. The buffet seemed half finished - we had to ask and then wait for milk, spoons, etc. and there wasn’t a lot of choice. The coffee was so strong and the pastries tasted like they’d been there for days. We only had breakfast there once! And had to pay £40!

Great vibe, excellent staff, plant-based milk offered fresh delivered to your room for your morning coffee/tea. Spacious double bedrooms with a grand vintage style. I would definitely come back - loved it.

The shower overflows with ease so if you're spending more than 5 minutes in it you can then expect flooding your bathroom when you get out. The heating/ventilation/AC system is pretty loud and so is having the windows open overnight. So really you have to prepare well in advance to have a cool room when you go to bed. This is a personal preference of course.
