Excellent,but with a major problem!
Excellent upper class property,a real 5 star luxury hotel.
Large,elegant room,everything was working and cleabn.We were upgraded,which is always a plus.
Very aristocratic and opulent environment,amazing location excactly between Mayfair and Knightsbridge.
Very nice Cigar lounge on the lower ground floor.
Although breakfast was offered inside a very beautiful room,the strickt a la carte system without any kind of buffet,always makes it look “poor” and limited.A combination of a la carte and some buffet always works better for the customer.
We had a major disturbance during our stay,which in effect ruined everything else.We were “hearing” the room next to us,which means we could hear the neighbors TV and them talking,till 02:00 in the morning.The noise was coming through the air duct right over our bed.We could not sleep till 02:00 in the morning when the neighbors went to sleep.The problem was that they did not shout or anything! It was normal talking and room noise,but when you hear the next room at this level of noise in your room….that is a problem!
When you pay 1.000£ + per night,you expect privacy and to be able to rest and sleep.Everything else comes after that.
This was really unacceptable and this experience will deter us from ever booking again in this very nice hotel,out of fear that this may happen again.

The stay was a treat to celebrate a birthday. Simply a tick in the box exercise but not for me for future visits.
Very spacious and staff friendly. Butler service novel too.
No real atmosphere. Very impersonal. Not every one’s ’cup of tea’ but if you like being waited on then this is the place to go.

A flawless stay from start to finish , always a pleasure to return to our favourite London hotel.
This is hands down our favourite hotel in London. The staff always go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after — their service is truly exceptional. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and situated in one of the best locations in the city, making it convenient and enjoyable every time we stay. It’s always a pleasure coming back, and we look forward to many more visits. Highly recommended!

Such a great place for families. The hotel are great with the kids and they absolutely love it there. Also the location
It has a real royal feel to it, the staff are so accommodating and are great with children.
The only thing is the service can be a tad slow at times, and the iPads in the rooms were broken due to a technical fault. The curtains are controlled on the iPad as they’re are electrical so it was a real struggle to pull them shut.

Luxury in Knightsbridge, what the rooms are lacking in size the service makes up for it.
Very personalised service, cleanliness, Hôtel maintenance, close to everything, great bars and dining.
Room was very small with a small window. Corridors were short and narrow.

A thoroughly lovely, welcome, perfectly managed experience.
The warmth and friendliness of the staff - not at all snobby, kind, and sensitive to how one likes to be treated.
The perfect facilities and the level of care put in everything. You can notice that everyone takes full ownership of the guest experience.

Prefer a separate shower, but that may be due to room choice. I cannot think of any actual issue. This is our new go-to in London.

Amazing experience and stay at The Lanesborough. The staff are fantastic and go above and beyond. We needed a specific type of energy gel for the London Marathon. The concierge team found the exact gels and delivered them to us in 20 minutes. The best and most exclusive hotel in London. We will 100% return to stay again.
