The Lanesborough Hotel is a five-star hotel, which is located in the Knightsbridge and has a view of Hyde Park. This hotel features luxurious rooms, which have free Wi-Fi and a tablet. Fabulous- we were treating my parents as a special birthday gift and they absolutely loved it!
Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was beautifully maintained and all of the rooms were comfortable and impeccably maintained.
The food was delicious and the floral displays were stunning, adding to the calm and welcoming ambience.
A minor point- it would’ve been great to have both tea and coffee making facilities provided in the room along with some fresh milk and may be a few biscuits on arrival.
( We had tea but no milk or coffee even though both were requested in advance).The fruit was a lovely touch though.

Great place for a special occasion but very expensive.
The staff were excellent in the dinning areas and the bars, very friendly and helpful and also in the Spa
The butler service was very slow, took over 20min to get a response.
They are also very slow at forwarding the bill by email - still waiting for it

Phenomenal service - as expected
The location, staff and comfort were second to none. Nothing was too much for our wonderful hosts and they prepared our room beautifully for birthday celebrations.
Our room was a bit warm despite a pre-arrival request form asking about temperature preferences (but I'm splitting hairs). A bit disappointed that the ladies steam room wasn't working and one side of the hydro pool (which apparently hasn't been working for some time).

Enjoyed every moment of our stay in the Lanesborough.
Outstanding hotel in all respects. Every member of staff made us feel at home. The staff in the Library Bar made our stay particularly special. Definitely the best hotel, with the nicest staff, I have experienced. Thank you to all involved.
Nothing needs changing. Without exception, every member of staff worked hard to ensure that our stay was perfect. I cannot think of anything negative to say.

A “home away from home” experience. The location is ideal and the staff were great, especially Angel at the Bar who really is a credit to the hotel by ensuring customer satisfaction with his exceptional service and great manners.

the only thing we are not ok is that the vallet parking is not so good. when we return the car to our car rental, there are all scratches around the car and we pay huge damage cost to the service. we do not take any photo before we give the car anyway but we are very confident that the scratches is not from us. everything else is perfect!

Stayed in the hotel to celebrate my daughter's 17th birthday. Could not fault it at all - fantastic hotel, friendly and efficient staff ready to help with anything including birthday balloons for my daughter! Thank you so much for making her birthday stay so special!
